Absolutely the best. Dom transformed our backyard. Installation of sprinkler, custom garden, pergola, pizza oven - essentially the works. Team did the job start to finish- staff was smart and brought a level of competence we have yet to experience from another vendor at our property. Truly the best.

Dom and his extraordinary team are as good as it gets!! Dom’s team installed a large 5 cultec dry well drainage system, performed a full property regrade, and built a new wifi/smart controlled full property sprinkler system in a little over 3 days. This was a huge undertaking that was done in 90 plus degreee heat. Dom’s crew arrived early & left late everyday. Evermist had all the trucks, equipment, tools, and supplies onsite, and available for use each day. As you can see from the pictures their work product was perfect. The system they built has since been tested twice during a few one inch plus rain storms, and it worked perfectly with no flooding issues as we previously experienced. In addition, Evermist has continued to check-up on their work to make sure everything was done correctly. I’m so glad I went with Evermist for this huge project, and Will absolutely work with them again for additional needs.

This is how a business should be run. I submitted an email requesting repair as a new customer. I was called within 2 hrs and scheduled an apt for estimate. Person showed on time was knowledgeable and told me exactly when I receive my estimate. Which came when promised. Repair apt was scheduled within the week. Team came to do the repairs. They were on time, very professional & considerate of the property, and left the site as they found it. Work was done quickly and they kept me informed. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Wasted my time, showed up twice, did not recommission the system, gave me an attitude. Stay away, find someone else! PS The response below twists the facts beyond recognition: the first visit (which was really second since they winterized the system the year before) was commissioning during which no repairs were attempted to actually commission the system. Instead, in a typical money grab exercise, they asked me about improvements, made it all into the list and sent me a week later $1600 quote where urgent repairs and potential but not urgent projects were lump summed into one number, refused to break it down (I called 3 times) and after waiting further, I had to replace the controllers (which I asked them to replace but they never quoted) and moved on. The owner told me they would not complete the commissioning before using new controllers installed as an excuse to place blame on me. This is madness which I am not willing to participate in!!! My previous contractor would never leave without repairs done and putting the system back online ON THE DAY OF COMISSIONING.
Two zones stopped working this spring, no water came out at all. Called for service, waited almost a month and finally came. They performed a series of testing and could not identify the cause of the problem. They sent me a nearly $200 bill for the service. Nothing has ever changed. This is terrible and unacceptable.
Not professional and not reliable, my comment is: Do Not Use This Company! My appointment to turn on the sprinkler was 5/19, someone came and could not do the job at all and told me the company will send supervisor to handle it, now its two weeks later still nobody contact me or showed up. My lawn start to die. Negative

When they come they are very knowledgeable. The problem is communication, follow up, missed appointments, having then come in a timely manner, and missrepresentation of issues. I tried twice and both times I ended up regretting it. First visit came after a long delay but did a good yet incomplete job. Told me my timer was broken and they needed to buy a new one. Weeks later, for the second scheduled new timer set up visit, they stud me up, then told me on the phone they had come (a lie) and the timer was broken (we knew that), and I had to reschedule (had done it already). They actually rescheduled for a day when I am not home. On top they said they left me messages on my phone (not true) about all this. Never again.

Long time sprinkler customer where Evermist has always done great job, big property, 35 zones, irrigation well which has had troubles. First time using lawn care service and they did fantastic job, responsive to problems as they arise and recognizing fungus problems resulting from over or under watering. Able to coordinate and adjust appropriately which has made my lawn look best in years and poised to come in even better next year. Coordinating sprinkler and lawn care with someone like Evermist who really knows your property is very efficient and effective.
Evermist has been servicing my sprinkler needs in both my former home in Chappaqua & in my present home in Hartsdale. I bought all the equipment from them as well. Their men are well trained & the beauty is they keep their employees. That says a lot about the company.

Lawn Sprinkler repair
They responded to my inquiry so quickly, and within a day, was at my home to investigate my sprinkler system, which I had installed with another company. They quickly figured out the problem (which was actually a very simply fix), took the time to explain everything to us regarding our sprinkler system, and didn t even charge us for the visit. We will be using them for our regular sprinkler maintenance moving forward. What a great trustworthy company!
If youre looking for the most honest and professional business to take care of your landscaping THIS IS YOUR LAST STOP. I had a company install an irrigation system for our home, and they completely let us down. They didnt do the research they needed to do to make the system they installed to work correctly. I called EVERMIST to see if they can come help figure out the problem. They didnt just figure out the problem, they fixed it 100%, adjusted what needed to be adjusted, showed up ON TIME every time and were the most professional while doing it all. This company is built HEART and DOING THE RIGHT THING (the first time around). I know you will be as happy as I was using EVERMIST for your landscaping needs.
