John came out ( On Time) and installed additional drip irrigation to a planter box. He was very professional , took time to explain everything and was very pleasant to work with.

The service man was on time and fixed the problem very quick!

Brennen did a GREAT job repairing not only the damaged sprinkler head I called about but also checking the entire system and finding/repairing a cracked pipe and several more damaged heads (replaced with Rainbird heads). I recently had a cracked pipe in my irrigation system. I called Shaffers Irrigation for repair. Mike came out, looked at the problem and within 1 hour (closer to a half hour) repaired my leaky pipe, which could have been disastrous. Mike was professional knowledgeable and methodical with his work. I am a very satisfied customer. Highly endorse this company. You will not be disappointed.

A couple of months ago we needed our maintenance checkup. Brendan came by he checked all our sprinklers, he adjusted them so our lawn gets covered efficiently. He replaced a few of the heads. Gave me some advice how to take care of some bare spots in the lawn. I was very happy.

Because Shaffers installed our system when the house was built in 2003, technician Mike Taylor knew just where to look to diagnose and repair the system. He utilized a variety of Rain Bird sprinklers maximizing efficiency and coming in under the originally estimate.

Had a variety of sprinkler/irrigation issues that Michael Campbell of Schaffer Irrigation addressed in a Friendly, Professional and fair manor. Would not hesitate to use Shaffer again or recommend to anyone in the community. We had Schaffer install our system 22 years ago and have had very few minor issues, mostly just wear and tear. Over time, the thickness of our lawn has increased which effectively lowered the lawn sprinkler heads. Michael raised all the sprinkler heads and adjusted them and even gave me tips on adjusting them, which I am very appreciative of. Zone by zone he went around and checked all the sprinklers were operating in the manner and direction they should.

Scott came late on the appointment day but he stayed until the problem was identified and resolved. There still needs work to be done but he found the problems. He was very pleasant and cheerful even being late in the day and still very hot outside. Ive had numerous companies try to fix my irrigation but only Shaffer Co. We recently had a problem with our pump to our irrigation system. A new pump was installed by a different company and it just wouldnt work for many reasons. I called Shaffers Irrigation. They came out immediately, evaluated the situation, advised that the pump I had was not the proper pump to handle my lawn situation. They installed the correct pump, corrected improper nozzles, adjusted others and put our system back in service. Their office personnel were very sympathetic to my situation and extremely courteous. The tech that came out Mike was knowledgeable, informative and very patient. Best of all, the price was reasonable!!! Highly recommend them.

He explained, in great detail, how he would approach each section of my sprinkler system to determine why my system was inoperable. Chris from Shaffer Irrigation provides outstanding customer service. He came out on a Saturday on short notice and repaired a zone valve that wouldnt close. Separately, he provided a controller solution that saved me $400 compared to another local irrigation cos quote.

We were very impressed and happy at the work Scott performed while working on our system. Our system is old with 8 zones and he very methodically went over the entire system after changing out and relocating the timer. Faith and Nina in the office were very responsive through four different telephone calls. We are quite happy with Shaffer.

There were problems with our neighbors sprinkler system. We called Schaffer s irrigation they came found the problem. The company works for FPL replacing the wiring to put them underground damaged the pipes. John came today and fixed the pipes. We had Chris come out to see what was needed to an inferior irrigation system that was installed by a DIFFERENT COMPANY. All we can say is WOW for explaining and helping us so we can have the irrigation up and running again!! You are amazing!! There was a stone stuck inside one of our valves that was preventing the zone to stop running while the others were. There was flooding occurring between houses so we couldnt continue with the watering. Chris, thankyou for finding and removing the stone, so now it works as it should. No more continual water running from the nozzles on that stuck zone anymore! Aside from the company that did our complete install of the new system, Chris pointed out what should have been used and the proper placement. We are looking forward to having your company back to get everything proper to have the perfect nice irrigation that we should of had in the first place. Shaffer s Irrigation. I had a serious leak in my irrigation system and needed a service call. I am new to the area and had not yet established a relationship with any company. I made a few calls and was told they couldn t come out for a few weeks. In the mean time my lawn was burning up. I contacted Shaffer and explained the situation. They were very understanding and had a technician here in less than 48 hours. The problem was solved. The technician did a great job. The office staff is very professional. I am now under a maintenance contract with them. I would highly recommend Shaffer Irrigation.

I just wanted to commend Christian and his install crew at my home recently. I was greeted by Sam on the day the work was to be performed, bright, and early as scheduled at 8:00am. Sam as the lead on the project went over the work of reestablishing lines that were capped off previously (for work on a new pool construction underway) and all the details of additional heads and drip lines around the outside perimeter of pool deck, as well as moving some existing heads to accommodate a driveway expansion as discussed with Christian the week before. Sam, John, Mike and Bob were very courteous and listened to my concerns and followed through meticulously with our plan. Christian, as promised showed up to make sure the team was there to fulfill the high standards that were set in our walk-through a week prior. All five men worked on the project as if they were doing it for their own home, cleaning up after they were all done! Needless to say, I was very happy with Shaffer s Irrigation s and highly recommend them to anyone seeking to fulfill their lawn watering needs! I was assured by Christian if there were any issues afterward to not hesitate in calling! Thank you again guys for a job well done!!

W have used staffers irrigation since 2000 when our pgi home was built and bill Shaffer personally put in the system. Now that we live in the country, shaffers have been here to adjust and maintain existing system. Robert has been to our home twice this year. Once for a seasonal tune up. While he was here we planned a return trip for him to rearrange heads in one zone for better utilization. He came back a couple weeks later to implement strategy. I was working elsewhere with a handyman that same morning. I later concluded Robert was so neat lifting and replacing sod that I could Hardly tell where he dug except to see the new heads he installed. Would like to have Robert back the next time we need service

John did a complete check and repaired and replaced all necessary irrigation sprinklers. He was here promptly as promised and actually ran from place to place. He explained everything that he did. Above and beyond! I highly recommend!

Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to my house lot including my irrigation system, and until last week the system was not working properly for all 6 zones. Enter Christian Carroll who was able to diagnose the issues and he personally took responsibility to bring in a Shaffer crew and get the system back to where it was before Ian, and even working better. Christian followed up with me to make sure the system worked properly in the days following the service call. I want to recognize Christians efforts and thank him for an excellent job.

Didn t hook it up right. Then they wouldn t come and fix it. Our drip lines were not covered. We ask to fix and they did not fix that. Very poor service. Would not want anyone to go thru what we did with them.

The service tech Michael was very professional and quick with his diagnosis of our sprinkler system and was able to get it up and running in no time, I highly recommend shatters irrigation!

When my seawall was going to be replaced, I knew the irrigation system would be destroyed so I needed to have a company to do the work. Mr. Shaffer and his team installed my sprinkler system when the house was built in PGI 20 years ago and he always was able to come over and fix any problems over the years. I understood he retired a few years ago. I expected that Mr. Shaffer would not have sold to an unreliable new owner, so I called them to provide an estimate and set up a time to install the sprinkler system after the seawall was installed and the dirt back filled. Chris came over gave me a verbal estimate, a few days later his team arrived as soon has the area was ready for replacing the sprinkler system. They finished digging trenches for the new piping in 5 hours graded all the dirt so the sod could be installed, tested all the sprinklers and zones all around the house, replaced and repiped a few at no charge, so that when they left, everything was operating perfectly. Nothing falls short of the word excellence when it comes to A to Z dealing with this company, hurricane Ian left myself and my neighbors property in disrepair, Shaffer irrigation has gone above and beyond from inception of first Contact to completion of both properties, from the sales staff, to the office, to the field workmen has literally been nothing short of above and beyond customer service and quality of work, these were big projects and nothing shy of something simple to be done and yet they literally took a train wreck from a hurricane and brought it back better than it was before in record speed and cost efficient! I would highly recommend this company and its employees to any of your needs residential or commercial!

Shaffer installed my irrigation system over 10 years ago. They did a great job and since then they have fixed the few issues I have had due to wear and tear. Most recently they repaired the check valve in the pond where we get our water from. They arrived on time and did a great job. There was a misunderstanding in the price which they corrected. I appreciate them listening and seeing where we had a problem and fixing the price accordingly. Couldnt ask for more out of a company

We were so pleased with Mikes service from Schaffers Irrigation. We thought we had one small leak in our system and when Mike came and turned it on, we had 5 leaks and missing spray nozzles. Mike was so professional and fixed everything quickly and well and gave us some training on our system so we use it more efficiently. So Impressed with Shaffers Irrigation. John came out with his partner for what we thought was gonna be a major repair, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Will definitely use Shaffers irrigation for any future repairs that I might need.
