We recently purchased our home in Port Charlotte, and I was recommended to hire Lauren. When I explained to her what my needs were, she was able to address them, and informed me she would give me a quote. I thought her price for mowing and trimming was fair, so I hired them. She does great work, just wish her helpers had better integrity.

Came same day I called. Did an amazing job! Very nice and responds fast!

Lauren was very rude.

I had high hopes for Lauren and Dan when I hired them to mow our lawn four times in July 2022, as we were going to be away. Dan wanted to be paid $200 in advance for the four cuts so he wouldn't "have to chase me down after." They managed to mow it twice due, reportedly, to a mower breaking down. Fine. They mowed it a third time a few days after our return. Good enough. I asked them, then, to mow it the fourth time during the week of August 22, when we would be away again. I had followed up with text requests to remind them. They didn't. I contacted them and said they could still make it up in the first week of September. They didn't. So now I contacted Dan and requested a refund of the $50 for the fourth mow we never received. After some back and forth he said he would (Sept 8 now). A week later I reminded him (Sept 16). Still no refund. I let it slide, then Ian hit. I texted again on Oct 27. No reply at all this time. On November 1 I said he shouldn't be ghosting me after putting off my refund for two months. No reply. So this is what I've had to deal with, thinking that I could count on Dan and Lauren for yard care, completely contrary to my hopes for our relationship. UPDATE: After posting this (originally one-star) review, I was immediately contacted by Lauren who was most apologetic. She claimed to have been unaware of my communications with Dan (which I believe -- couples and communication!) and acted quickly to refund the $50 for the fourth cut that did not happen. So she does clearly care about customer satisfaction and maintaining a stellar reputation, which is encouraging.

Lauren and her crew were very professional and really priced to cheap for the work they put in . Also there prices I’d say are way low for the amount of work they put in . I’d say they really went Above and Beyond what I was expecting. I recommend They’re business
