These guys should be charged with horticultural murder. The damage they have done to the grass at my apartment complex in less than a year of mowing is disgusting. You guys come cut grass in the rain here on a regular basis. Then you have to return the next day to touch up because obviously cutting grass while it's raining isn't smart. The complex is big enough that you also make 2 normal visits to mow. For some reason you do another quick mow of the first half of the property. So on average you cut the grass on my property 2 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK. YOU ARE MURDERING THIS GRASS. STOP CUTTING IT SO MUCH IT IS STRESSING IT OUT AND ALL OF IT IS DYING. I almost forgot to mention that they have came 5 times with an autoseeder and drove it around the property to fix the grass. With a property this old with a long standing yard. You MUST prep it first by aerating the dirt or you are just wasting seed, time, and money. The fact my family has owned a Sprinkler and Landscaping company in Eau Claire, WI for 25 years that preforms some of the same services gives me some inside knowledge on the situation.

Great company, the workers really care about what they are doing. They assign an account manager to help keep an eye on things and handle any issues that come up. Very impressed
