I had Elegant Lawn do leaf clean up at my residence here in Pontiac. Did a good job ant looks great. Cleaned under deck in bushes. Attention to detail is big and love the job they did. I will use them again.

They asked if my mother needed her lawn mowed because she had a busy schedule but since she didn t need at the time she respectfully declined but thanked them for the offer. She then was recognizing her hard being mowed but no one there when she arrived home and no one trying to get a hold of her. One day the came up to my mom and said she owed them 400 dollars. She never signed anything or agreed for her yard to be mowed. These people came onto her property without her knowledge and tried to charge her for services she did not sign up for or asked to be preformed. These people are very unprofessional and low life people.

Over the summer we de-thatched our lawn! After we did that, elegant lawns was great in assisting and providing us with the tools and services we needed after that to get it back in shape! Very responsive, and reliable with great prices!

I purchased my home at the end April of 2021. The flower beds needed cleaned, there was an overgrown garden patch behind the garage and I was overwhelmed with unpacking and moving in that I knew I would not be able to take care of the landscape the way it needed to be done. Devin was prompt to reply and gave me a quote to get the work completed prior to my daughters graduation party less than a month later. I hired Elegant Lawns to maintain my lawn for the rest of 2021 for a very reasonable weekly rate. When fall arrived so did some serious health concerns with my husband. The leaves were needing cleaned up but my days and weekends were filled with doctor appointments and trips to the hospital. Devin & his crew saved my sanity by quoting me leaf clean up and took care of it after most of the leaves had dropped. With the winter approaching and having a very long driveway with a husband recovering from foot surgery I knew that if we received any significant accumulation we would be stuck in the house if I didnt hire someone to plow the drive. Devins crew was efficient, reliable and well worth the price he charged. I am so happy that I found his company when I did. He has saved me from a lot of stress during my 1st year of homeownership.

Devin and his guys cleaned out several flower beds, edged and added new mulch. They also removed a section of lillies in the yard that I wanted removed, added new dirt and grass seed. Did an excellent job!

Great communication! We had them deliver and spread mulch in two areas. We have several flower beds and wanted to mulch them ourselves. They put piles of mulch in each area so it was much easier and less hauling to the areas we needed it. At each step they kept in contact with us. When they couldnt meet the original delivery date, we were called and were able to select an alternate date. We will definitely use their services again.
