This place is unprofessional they suck honestly.

Trailer blocking half the gas station because he couldn't pull up 2 ft. Whole crew sitting on phones in truck. Go in, buy my stuff, walk out, still sitting on phones. Not pumping gas. Blocking half the gas station. Started about the time I left.

BrightView does a great job handling customers needs and services .

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Brightview has provided snow removal for the 2 years we have lived in our new home. They have had multiple occasions where service wasn't performed and when they do show up it is often late. Also many liberties taken with how much snow has to fall before showing up. In the last 2 years there have been 8-10 events that qualified for them to show up. I had to shovel myself out 4 of those times so I could get to work or just make up from them not having staff to provide service. They also manage the commons area of the sub for spring and summer and then took over the lawn work in our part of the community this spring. So far same poor service.
