Responsive and quality work

I am concerned no-one showed up to take care of our yard this week. The team promised Tuesday or Wednesday, then Thursday, and with rain on Thursday they informed us, via a phone conversation, that they would be at our home on Friday. Our yard has not been serviced and it is Saturday afternoon.

They did major overhaul and removal of deeply rooted mess the builder put in 5 years ago. They resodded, mulched and went to a nursery to buy plants. Joe is now my monthly gardener. It is impossible to find full service and Taormina is what I ve been looking for. Joe is honest and takes great pride in his work. What impresses me the most is he wants 100% happy raving customers.
