Double J's Landscape Supply in Ponte Vedra Beach

I had an outstanding experience with this company, thanks to Christian. He went above and beyond to ensure that my surgery center had the sand bags we needed. Christian was incredibly kind and attentive, providing excellent customer service every step of the way. He made sure we got exactly what we needed, quickly and without hassle. I truly appreciate his effort and dedication—it made a big difference for us. Highly recommend!

We ordered 16 cubic yards of Mulch from Double J's this week. The mulch was high quality. The driver was terrific. Dropped the mulch in two spots. The best part was dealing with Ashley. She is terrific. We had a very small issue which she resolved. She makes you feel like a very Valued Customer. I am buying all future mulch from Double J's. Initially had what I felt like was a poor experience resulting from a miscommunication. Upon leaving a review the owner, Mr Still, gave me a call to talk about it. It’s so good to see people truly care about their customers and their business. I really appreciated the time he took to talk things over and find a resolution. Double J’s will not only be my go-to for general yard needs, but will also be my suggested place to visit to my friends and family. Thank you Mr Still and the crew at Double J’s.

I have used Double J's in the past and they were great. Went in last week to have them fix my weed eater which they have serviced in the past without a problem and I found out that they are under new ownership. New owner would not fix my weed eater and let me know they only work on equipment they sell. Does not sound like a smart business plan, but I guess we will find out in a year or so if they are still in business.

Great to work with. I took my sluggish lawn mower to them and they diagnosed it in a few hours. They were fast and very reasonable. The mower runs like a champ now. And while I was there I noticed they have mulch for about the same price as the big box home store and they deliver for a small fee so I don't have to lug it myself. I'll be visiting Double J's again soon!

I haven’t used this business to buy equipment of for repairs. I’ve only used them for supplies such as mulch, top soil, and clean fill. They are very helpful and friendly, great location if you’re in Palm Valley. I wish they had longer hours on the weekends which is when most homeowners do their yard work. But otherwise they’re great.

Eddie, Kevin and Kenny are all great guys. I always bring my mower to them to fix. They get it done pretty quick. Eddie is always helpful when I call and need some assistance with my mower on the job.
