CHRIS AND HIS CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MYYARD.

I called them for a quote to add 2 Palm trees. One on the front of the house and one on the back. Add irrigation for the 2 palm trees. Rearrange flower bed in front of house. When I got the quote it was incorrect. They never added the irrigation so I never signed off on it. I called them to let them know I had a fence installed after meeting with them. I spoke with the representative and they scheduled me for an early appointment on a specific day to come and take a look again. That appointment never took place. The representative never met up with me, never got back to me or rescheduled. Who knows what happened. I hope everything is ok with the representative. I know things happen. I moved on to another company. My experience trying to get some landscaping with them was bad. But, it may be better for someone else.

Contact is great - always can speak to someone about a yard issue -which may need attending to (bugs, spots, etc.). Also had some sod replaced, plants added and removed and mulching - they did a great job.

Don and his crew did a great job preparing a clean , clear landscape pallet to better visualize for plants and foliage. Now onto the next phase.

We learned about their business from neighbors and could see the beautiful transformation immediately and decided to give them a try. Chris, Scott, Mel and the rest of the crew just did an amazing job on our yard - added landscape lights, trimmed trees, improved drainage, and pruned our overgrown plants. Yard looks perfect now and ready for Spring. They also trained us in how to prune and care for our plants going forward! We are now using both their lawn maintenance and pest services monthly so all yard care is with one knowledgeable company. They also handled our irrigation needs before and after pool installation. These guys really know what they are doing and it is a pleasure to work with this firm.

Austin and his team are top notch! This is the 2nd house they have done a major over haul on my land scape and they do not disappoint. Professional, thorough, fast...all the things you look for in a landscaper. Austin and his crew are the best. We had them revitalize our ten year old landscaping and lawn. They are now going to take care of our lawn and bushes. Cutting,trimming,and fertilizing. I always took care of it myself but at my age and recovering from COVID I needed help. I m glad that my neighbor Johanna suggested them.

Another company bailed and said they couldnt take on a job of this scale so I found myself in a pickle. Not only did Austin take it on, but it was done QUICK. I was shocked, they had a crew of 8-10 guys there multiple days to get it completed asap so that my yard wasnt a wreck longer than needed. Very happy with their service and switched maintenance over to them as well.

So impressed with the sod replacement job Taylor Anthony did for me. Very hardworking crew in terrible heat really cared about giving best job and making sure I was pleased. Precision fit healthy sod pieces to be practically without seams. Totally exceeded my expectations!

Crew leader Rusty, our main contact, design, and oversaw operations, did an outstanding job. He and his crew were very easy to work with, always on time, and very accommodating, polite & courteous. They did a fantastic job! Scott was most helpful regarding our irrigation & lighting. When all was completed, everything was very neat. Best of all our landscaping came out looking what we had much planned for it had the look we wanted.

We have had several other landscape firms over the years in PVB, at two different homes. No one comes close to TaylorAnthony on service and performance. They have strong, responsible project leaders who are on site with the teams, and the teams are hard working, dedicated and talented. I have used Taylor Anthony for years and received great service. Several months ago, I requested tree trimming and shrub removal services. After the service was completed, I identified an issue and Austin came out personally to see that the issue was corrected. Additionally he recommended sculpting work to one of my trees to ensure it remained balanced.

Josh and Scott completely updated and increased my landscape lighting. They are the nicest and easy gentlemen to work with, and Josh s vision for my landscape lights was perfect. They also installed pine straw mulch to complete a total improvement of the aesthetic of the home. I highly recommend Taylor Anthony, not only for landscape lighting, but also many other services that this company offers. They are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Excellent landscaping makeover experience with Austin and his team!

This was the first time i used them, i have some medical issues that prevented me from keeping up with the yard and stuff. They came in and within 5 hours they transformed my outdoors in a manner that would have taken me a week of Sundays to do myself and the price was more than fair. I will use them again, but before it gets the level of mess they managed this time. HIGHLY recommend them.

Austin and crew did a fantastic job refreshing plant beds around the house. The price was very reasonable for the extensive nature of the work. The crew completely removed old mulch and weeds, put down new heavy duty weed sheet and installed a generous amount of fresh pine bark mulch. They took the time to trim the shrubs and even did some patio sweeping and grass trimming around the fence while they were here. Beds looked fantastic when they were finished and mulch just survived the heavy rainfall and wind. We will be using them for all our future landscape needs.

Good workmanship is hard to find these days with a lot of things. The Taylor Anthony Crew was awesome! I wanted to send a big thank you to everyone at this company who helped complete our drainage nightmare. This company was beyond easy and accommodating to work with and highly professional. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the job that was completed. Everything from the French drainage, our neighbor s French drainage, sod application, and aluminum fencing for patio rocks looks perfect. This company took a 4 month stressor that we had with 2 previous lawn companies and turned it into such happiness and relief. Our yard looks amazing. You can tell that everyone at this office truly cares about completing the job requested, doing it correctly & professionally, and making the customer happy. It is hard to find companies like that now a days. We use Taylor Anthony for our weekly landscaping needs as well, and our grass and flower beds have never looked better! Austin and his team replaced my entire dead yard at a great cost and in a timely fashion. He even fixed my irrigation system and fertilized the yard. Highly recommend ten out of ten service!

I hired Taylor Anthony to clean-up my yard. My husband is ill and not able to work int he yard. They were helpful in developing a plan. The biggest issue, was I had a Palm Tree which was not healthy. The yard itself turned out nice and they were here on time. However, the Palm Tree, replacing the old one, is not doing well either. It took a few calls to have them come out and look at it. Not sure what was done, but the tree is beginning to look like the old tree. I would recommend the company for basic work, but not replacing trees and followup.

Unfortunately, it takes a few months to notice your landscape is deteriorating. TA365 neglected my corner home for months and never walked over to tell me how we could do better together. Instead, they would just cut, do the basic and leave. It will cost a lot more to bring things back on track. I would strongly suggest not to work with this company, because worse than their work are the sales and operations managers.

Efficient, respectful and thorough is how I describe my landscapers. I am so very pleased with the team servicing my property. The on site employees are always willing to go the extra mile regarding my requests and answer questions. A Great Landscape Company to work with on projects! Attention to detail, strong knowledge and skills to complete the project as it was intended!

I bought a historic home (my first home) with 5 100+ft tall pine trees in the tiny back yard. Taylor Anthony 365 was recommended by the arborist I hired to remove the trees re: debris removal and landscaping. This was during the first 2 weeks of the Corona virus, so everything was chaos. I had MULTIPLE contractors ghost me after an initial 2 hour meeting regarding one need or another. That was not the case for Taylor Anthony 365. Austin arrived on-site and provided me with an overview of what cost and processes would be for my immediate needs. The quote was fair, and the timeline was excellent. His competency, professionalism, and candidly his kindness gave me the confidence to bring up a couple of additional items that were on my project list. He also worked out a plan to address those elements (debris removal, leveling the yard, irrigation, yard pest/fungus treatment, sod, and landscaping medium (rocks/pavers). ALL of these items have been subsequently addressed. When I call -- someone answers. We have an actual conversation, and actual solutions are provided WITHIN my budget. Speaking of budget, I have always been provided flexibility regarding timelines. If I needed to wait 2 week (or 2 months) to move on to the next phase of my goals, that was not a problem. No one called to pressure me to move faster and every time I have reached back out to proceed, my customer experience has been the same. The job site (my home) is ALWAYS left in immaculate condition. In the event that one project may spill over into a previously undiscussed area of the property, I am always informed prior to those decisions being made. There have never been any assumptions made regarding what I want. I am always consulted. I have recommended Taylor Anthony 365 to well over 7 over my coworkers and friends during the past 6 months. In EVERY instance, Austin has met with and consulted these individuals in the exact same manner of professionalism and expertise in which he engaged me. Several of those jobs are now completed and the results have been absolutely gorgeous. In every instance, the home owners have contacted me and shared how happy they are with the completed work and how knowledgable, courteous, and professional Taylor Anthony 365s team were while on their property performing the work. If you have landscaping needs, I STRONGLY recommend Taylor Anthony 365. They have been a rare source of accountability and sanity for me during this crazy process of pandemic home ownership and the exceptional work they have done at my home will last for decades.

Taylor Anthony has done a couple of projects for us at our home in addition to handling our weekly lawn and landscaping maintenance and we have always been very pleased. Austin is always responsive and helpful from the planning stage through the entire project and addresses any concerns in a timely manner. I would not use this lawn company again

Guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned all the old mulch out of the beds before putting in new mulch. There were years of old mulch to move out. They also laid 3 pallets of sod and planted a flower bed along the fence line. I was so surprised to see how clean they left everything. They even blew the grass. From now on these are the guys I use. Quality!

The guys that were sent to do this job from Taylor Anthony 365 (Mike and Tim) were on time, professional, answered any and all questions I had. they were easy to talk too. Taylor Anthony just completes a second large project for our home by installing a beautiful paver walkway around our pool enclosure. They did an outstanding job! The crew members were very professional and knowledgeable. Supervision of the project was excellent. I highly recommend Taylor Anthony for all landscape work. I also hired them to do our lawn care and those guys are excellent too!

I had Taylor Anthony 365 rip the old dying bushes out of my front flower bed, replace them and install low voltage lighting. I let Austin handle the design work and choose what plants to install. He also worked with a local nursery and I was able to pick out the tree that I wanted. I was looking for a Ligustrum that I could groom into a large bonsai affect and thanks to Austin I was able to pick the perfect tree from the nursery. We are extremely happy with the Drift Roses he chose as they are always blooming and are spreading out to become a ground cover. I was unfamiliar with them when Austin recommended them but they have been a good choice. I am extremely satisfied with the job that Taylor Anthony 365 did for us.

We recently had our front yard relandscaped. We have lived here almost 26 years and finally decided to update the plantings to make it easier to maintain. Austin met with us and helped us develop a plan. Russell and his team of workers showed up on time and even though there were some weather issues (rain), they completed the work as soon as they could. They were very polite and answered all my questions during the process. We are very happy with the our new curb appeal yard and would highly recommend this company.

Austin was a pleasure to talk to and he was very knowledgeable as to what type of drainage I needed. However, their work crew covered 3 of my sprinkler heads with dirt and one with dirt and sod when finished. It was a couple of days before I discovered this and notified TA365. The end result was that they did fix this issue in a timely manner. If their foreman had paid attention to detail before digging the trench for the drainage pipes, I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4.

Extremely happy with lawn service since switching to them about a year and a half ago! Always one of best looking lawns in the neighborhood. In addition to regular lawn service, they have also planted additional bushes, shrubs, and mulch, and you get a written estimate for any extra services you request. Austin does everything he can to keep his customers happy. Most recently, he even moved my pool patio furniture to a more secure location on the lanai when I told him I was out of town and couldnt make it home to secure it before Hurricane Matthew arrived!
