Toula's quality of work has definitely gone downhill in the recent weeks. I explain things to Tommy. Sometimes he just does what he wants, not what I requested. Two weeks ago he blew lawn cuttings and debris onto both front and back porches. The debris was at the thresholds of both doors. I even pick up items on the porches so they can blow moe easily . Yesterday he and his helper came, they did most of the front yard, then left. He did not say anything, they just left. The back yard was not even done. Tommy used to text the day before or early the day he was coming. Most of the time he comes on Thursday. He showed up on Tuesday without any advance notice. I have physical limitations. I can not jump up and do things to suit him. Yesterday I had an appointment and he arrived as I was leaving. He puts orange cones into the street. One of them was blocking my driveway. When I told him to move it he and Kaleb got into his truck and left. I have not heard from him since.

Toula’s has been doing my lawn for about 2 years. He has always done an excellent job. (Mowing, edging and fertilizing at proper times). He listens to my concerns and is ver knowledgeable regarding lawn care. I highly recommend him.
