Four Seasons Lawn & Landscape, LLC in Ponchatoula

Tried calling 6 times over the past year. Mailbox is always full. Left 5 text messages requesting different services; the most recent was today 08/07/2023. First text message was 09/2022. Very unprofessional, but typical of ALL landscapers in this area! Obviously none of them need or want the work. I'm busy too and resent having to waste my time chasing down people that I'm trying to give my money to!

I have called on these guys a couple of times to help with my mother's lawn. I am out of state and it is so good to know that they will do a superb job. They get the job done quickly still with such attention to detail. She is super happy with them too. Super grateful!

John said things that he would do and did not do them. He also told me that his lawnmowers mulched the grass. It cuts the grass. he did not blow areas of my yard after he mowed although he said he did that. I specifically told him to lock the double gate when he left my property. He did not lock the gate. He said he would use weed killer. He did it once maybe twice. The 2 ditches needed to be weed-eaten, he did not do that that. When I called him about these items he told me that he quit. He was complaining that it was 7 PM and he was still mowing. His business hours are until 8 PM. This is August in Louisiana, perhaps he needs to hire help. Perhaps he needs to manage his time better.
