I contacted Jacob to handle some landscaping cleanup and mow a property. Communication was decent at first and we got all set up to do the mowing for the summer, Jacob sent me a contract and said we would start in mid-April. I spent weeks trying to get ahold of Jacob after that and he finally responded saying he had a family emergency and was going to mow the next day. I never heard from him again after that and had to move on.
They are great! We called them yesterday to give us a quote on tree cleanup and downed limbs all around the property. They came out today and took care of it which included a huge limb that had landed on our neighbor’s shed, limbs on our chain link fence, and another large limb that was leaning precariously against the edge of the roof which if removed wrong could have crashed through our window. Professional, honest, hard working and reasonably priced. Seriously. Call them.
