The service tech , Deshaun, used a tool to remove all spider webs off of the house and pool cage before applying the pesticide around the perimeter and in the garage. I was sent a follow up review of the initial inspection soon after for our records. Both were professional and personable. I would highly recommend this team.

Wouldn t suggest going with them unless you plan to stay forever. I asked the guy who came out to our house to cancel our account and he never told anyone. Then we get a bill for two months that we never received or wanted service and they said there was nothing they could do.

At a time where customer service is all but lacking everywhere, it was refreshing to speak with the Director of Customer Service who listened to my concerns and was able to put into place a course of action to satisfy my needs. I was provided with a corrected phone number for service and he went above and beyond to ensure a resolution was met. This is the PETRI I know, thank you again! 12/20/24 UPDATE!! HERE WE GO AGAIN! I CANNOT get anyone on the phone! What kind of business doesnt answer the phones? Your customers are what make your business and youd think theyd have the respect to have decent customer service. The only time I heard from them is when I wrote the last review. My last service was an unannounced, unscheduled appointment where I happened to be home that the tech said was a confirmed appointment. So now theyre to lying!! Im not surprised, this company is going down, NOT AT ALL HOW IT WAS WHEN I STARTED. All my friends, (12) them with Petri share the same sentiment and agree its time to find a new service! Ive been calling for a week to get service, when asked for a manager. Was placed on hold and still no one had called me back. Used to be very satisfied with all services, now since being bought out, I cant even reach agent on the phone! They have no problem charging my card every month, this is getting ridiculous! I only had high praise for them now not so much! I will try again tmrw and if no luck, Ill write another review! Stay tuned!

Started using them when we first moved back down to Florida. We were paying for a plan for monthly outside pest control treatment (ants, roaches, mosquitoes, etc). They visited twice, and after that they just stopped coming by for monthly treatments. So, we canceled the service. Except theyre still sending us billing statements even after talking to two different people on the phone about it. Were not paying for a canceled service (which wasnt ever really being fulfilled). Stay away from Petri and find another pest control service. Theres enough to choose from in South Florida.

Yesterday, 11/18/24, I had my ornament and shrub service with Petri Pest Control. Everything started normal with the technician, Bobby, ringing my doorbell to tell me the service he was going to perform today. I pointed a couple areas of concerned and then went inside my home. About 30 minutes later Bobby rings my doorbell again. He tells me that his equipment is not working properly and that he will return later to finish the service. I was so surprised he did this, he was so honest. I have had experiences in the past with other companies where the technicians just left without finishing the service. Giving me the impression that they had done the service I paid for. Bobby did return later in the day to finish the service. Shout out to Bobby and Petri. Thank you.

I started year round pest control services today. The technician, Patrick, called in advance to say he is coming. He arrived on a timely basis. Went through the house noting the pest issues that we have. He proceeded with the treatment throughout the inside and outside of my home. Explained everything along the way. Was professional and courteous. Now we will hope that the treatment works!

This is the first time I used Petri and I am very satisfied. The gentlemen were professional, courteous and friendly. They explained what kind of pest had invaded my home and took care of the problem. They will do a follow up next week to make sure those pests are gone. I highly recommend Petri.

Sadly, I need to update my review. It seems the ownership changed and so has the customer care. Randy, who services my house, is amazing. But the customer service has gone down hugely. They have messed up my appointment three times where someone showed up when it was not scheduled by me. I dont what they are doing on their computers to screw up an appointment as they have. And you have no idea where you are calling so there is no personal care as there used to be. Big difference no longer family owned. Disappointing. Where to start to say how amazing Petri Pest control is. I found termites in my kitchen cabinet and after having a few other companies consult with ridiculous plans of action, Tara showed up and brought me so much relief that she had someone that could take care of the bugs eating my cabinet. I felt heard and taken care of in a way that sadly doesnt happen often. The professionalism and care from this company is incredible. I highly recommend them!

Every time they came to the property they either killed plants I had just bought, put huge amounts of grass in the swimming pool (which cost money for a special cleaning), damaged new trees, filled the garbage can with yard waste against both my explicit instructions AND the local ordinance, resulting in me receiving warnings from the City, and killed newly planted grass repeatedly after I was threatened with fines from the City for having so much bare dirt on my front lawn. Absolutely the worst landscaping company I have ever seen!!

Petri can be counted on for quality customer service. I contracted with Petri for termite fumigation. They subcontracted the job out, which I agreed to ahead of time. Unfortunately the subcontractor did a poor job. However, Petri took responsibility for the poor quality of the subcontractors work and made the service shortfall right. I have respect for their willingness to take care of me as their customer. I expect you will find their service to be of similar quality.

STAY WAY........Where should I start, I canceled my service after 1 year due to technicians not calling ahead to advise me so I can have my dogs put in. Technicians were just showing up without an appointment or call. When rescheduling for service they would show up 3 hours later or the following day. I called to cancel my service on July 29 and did not received any kind of cancelation email, so I have to call twice so they can send me an email stating that I had canceled. Well the cancellation email is dated August 6 and I got charged on August 15. After contacting numerous times for a refund still getting the run o around that its takes 48 hours to process 7 to 10 ten days to get the refund its been 3 weeks now and no refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I was informed by my doctor no pesticides or herbicides around the house as the chemicals can negatively impact our fertility treatments and especially hurt the baby potentially causing birth defects during our pregnancy. We have been trying for years to get pregnant, and took strict measures to avoid chemicals among many other sacrifices per our doctors advice. They are only supposed to check for any issues around the house and take care of cobwebs. We have not had anyone spray for the past 2 years and suddenly in our 1st trimester, they sprayed back in April while we were driving back from a medical appointment. It was very upsetting but they assured us it will not happen again and they would put in big letters Do Not Spray. Well right now, they showed up, without even speaking to us, they started spraying, this time we were home. Then we said do not spray, the person ignored us and continued spraying all along the house and we noticed this in the backyard. We had to open up the door again to say stop. Then the fumes of chemicals came into our home. Unbelievable. And now, we cannot go outside the house at all this Labor Day weekend due to the issue, and he sprayed on our back patio where we sit. We are canceling the service today and finding another company that will not use chemicals to spray our home against our wishes.

So I have been with Petri for about 7 years and honestly up until this year, I have not had any complaints. Apparently, Petri merged with Rocket Pest and since then, their service has been beyond subpar. They came to service my property the other day but wasnt able to because of the rain. They marked service as complete but wrote in report that needed to reschedule. I had made the assumption that they would have called to reschedule. Instead, I have to call their customer service and was told that they wouldnt have known to reschedule since the service was closed out and the only way they would have known was that I called. I find this customer service unacceptable, especially because they managed to charge my credit card on time and without any issue. Petri really needs to re evaluate what is important to them since right now, they are back to bottom of the barrel.

THE WORST!!!!! The Absolute Worst they lost a long time customer due to their Atrocious Customer Service! Since they were acquired and No Longer a Mom/Pop company, its all downhill from there! Their Bug techs changed constantly, adjusted how they treated the house w/out notice, quality of service declined and just to get someone on the phone to discuss issue/concerns/problems, the Customer Service representative became Horrendous to deal with New Ownership should take notice. Unfortunately the Lawn service was collateral damage, it was Good and the Tech, Will, was an absolute amazing person, but their Customer Service destroyed any chance to continue their service. AVOID like the Plague! Too Many other Local Mom/Pop Companies that truly Care about their customers to use.

Ive been using Petri pest control since Sept 2021 with no problems. They always called ahead to say when the tech would be in the area to schedule my appointment. Now since they merged with some company its just issue after issue this year. They want to change bimonthly to quarterly with no notice. All of a sudden bimonthly is an added fee. They dont even let you know they are coming and just spray the perimeter. Its like theyve become a scam and Im not interested. I see Im not the only one disgusted with service after reading other reviews.

Ive made multiple appointments for someone to come by and spray the house and on multiple occasions no one has shown up. Very frustrating when I rearrange my day to accommodate them. I called Petri and spoke to Aaron/Eran who was very rude and aggressive and instead of helping me just argued with me claiming someone showed up and calling me a liar. Do not use petri

I have been using the services of this company for 7 months. call them were novice cockroaches. During this time, their number grew, their size became much larger, and they began to appear in all rooms. They do what the service does, they take money from me. but no one showed up at my house for more than 2.5 months. But show in system like they was. When I call them they say they will arrive and no one is there: it is not possible to cancel their services if you are not satisfied and want to break the contract - you still need to pay for the services all year. Thats how they works . . Not recommended at all!

8/724 Petri personnel change resulted in terribly inefficient, incompetent technicians causing more problems than I can handle. Trying to communicate by phone, email, response to their service notifications, is useless. No responses to anything. I have initiated cancellation process, waiting for email confirmation.

After posting a negative experience, management reached out to me and was apologetic and credited my account of my charge. I appreciated the prompt follow up

We have had Petris service our homes for the last 10 years, BUT AFTER TODAY and the last few months I will NEVER use AGAIN!!!!!! It all started last December when our normal tech stopped working for them. They do not show up when scheduled, then we reschedule THREE times but still dont show up. After I told them DO NOT come to our home again because I was not sure if I want to use their services again, they show up without notification only spray outside - forgot to bait rat boxes and send a bill. Then after a few months we decided ok, maybe they got the kinks out of all the new employees so well try them again. Today the tech was supposed to be here between 12-2. I called and spoke with the receptionist she tried calling the tech and said he didnt answer but she sent a message to him to let us know when he was on his way, that was at 12:10.pm. at 2:00 no tech no phone call. I called the office at 2:29 they were closed already - Its now 4:00 - no phone call - no tech - They have lost our services - one customer may not matter, but I wanted to let others be aware - We all have busy lives and Saturdays are days that we do stuff that we cant do during the week - how inconsiderate and not responsible can a company be? BEWARE ****Unauthorized credit card charges**** Be careful when giving your credit card to this company, I used their services once, last summer,, and paid by credit card. I noticed 2 new charges in April and May this year, on my credit card, $607, for no reason! Then, try to call them and resolve the issue .good luck, no one picks up the phone unless it is to book services. This is not a quality company. last week the owner replied to this post (see below), I am still waiting for someone from management to reach out .and I had to call my credit card and contest the 2 charges they made without authorization! Ever since Rockit Pest company bought/acquired Petri it has been an absolute nightmare! I haven t been able to get a hold of anyone for 3 weeks, I ve been overcharged, the pest control service has become poor and unkept. I m very disappointed as Petri used to be wonderful. New owners please contact me! I sent an email with my info. Petri, I HAVE contacted via phone and email and no response!

Stay AWAY from PETRI for home fumigation! Gave us an ETA of 3pm-6pm never showed until 9:30pm and woke us up to do House tenting at that hour of night!! Made 6 calls to office and still no return call from Manager. Girl in office said he cant call us due to 6 percent on phone! 4 days have passed still no call from Petri! Horrible customer service. Has to call another company! O stars for petri.

I would like to commend some of the fine folk that work at Petri. Kayla Barton in Customer Service is just a pleasure to do business with. She is professional, courteous & a true problem solver. Ive used Petri for about a year now. Three different services. Spoiler Alert - I cancelled all three today. (1) Lawn Service - I was very satisfied. William (my technician) was great. (2) Outdoor Termite Traps - Salesman was misleading. He justified price by saying they come every month to check traps. Turns out that is not true, they just check them once a year when its time to renew contract. The Install was a fiasco. I had just installed a new sprinkler system, and they use a big drill, so I was concerned he would hit something. He seemed to resent that I wanted to show him where not to drill. As soon as I walked away to take a phone call, he drilled exactly where I told him not to. He ended up nicking my main water line. (3) Indoor Service - Ive always called it indoor service (ants in kitchen, etc.) but they call it something else. The day I signed contract, I said I want them to treat inside every visit. He said no problem, even said he made a big note on my account to always treat inside. I work from home, so Im here 99% of time, and they usually send text day before, so this arrangement was fine. They would treat inside plus spray around outside perimeter of house. Today, they said they now only spray the outside perimeter, they only treat inside if there is a problem. I said, okay then there is a problem, to which he said you have to prove there is an issue before we will treat inside. I ended up getting into a shouting match with the manager. Cancelled all three services today. I do not recommend them (except maybe for lawn service).

Have used Petri for 6 years but since new ownership their customer service has greatly slipped. Ive called 3 times in past week and finally got someone (William) to answer the phone. He couldnt help me but promised last Mon/Tues he would walk my contact info the head of customer service & they would call me back before the day was ended. Im still waiting.

Please be aware of engaging with this company before reading thoroughly the contract they ask you to sign. They will make it look like you are paying for monthly service when it s every 2 months. They will also attempt to change the frequency of service , monthly or bimonthly to quarterly and keep the same fees. They will also take steps to report unpaid fees (even in dispute) to credit agencies. The services they offer did not in the end addressing the concerns I hired them for. This is just a review to give some advance warning before engaging in any contractual agreement with this company. Updated March 24. The response posted here to my review is a farce to deceive that they are responsive to customer complaints. No one contacted me. This company is not to be trusted and that is my final opinion. Please be careful signing contracts with them. Be warned.

I have been a Petrie customer for 34 years. For the first time, I am looking for another provider. I pay my bills on time. My call for a problem received no call-back all day. When I reached someone today, I was told no one could be here for 2 days. Not acceptable. I dont want to change services, but it appears service at Petrie has taken a nose dive. Very disappointed.

Ive had an annual service with this company for years and been trying to get them out to work on my lawn for the past week, to no avail. I keep hearing that they have system issues and they keep promising to show up the next day but never do. When I complained yesterday, the person on the phone said I could take my business elsewhere.

Kevin came out to survey and give estimate for termite fumigation. Very professional, and provided all supplies and education for a safe experience

I have been using Petri s for 24 years now. They are extremely reliable, very easy to deal with. No long weights on the phone they pick up very quickly. I ve never seen a bad attitude and I ve had three technicians in the 24 years. And the third one named Michael just started with me today. He s got an extremely kind and positive way about him, he s extremely likable, and he definitely seems like he s happy to be helping you. I have never once had an issue in my 24 years with them. And when I started in 1999, I was paying $49 a Visit and now it s only gone up to $65 per visit So they do really make a good effort on keeping their prices low. I would highly advise anybody to use Petri s because the service and the people make it very easy without having hassles at least for me.

Recently had Petri Pest Control fumigate (tent) my home! Kevin, the inspector who worked with me was awesome. His inspection was very through. He provided photos of the areas which were infested. Kevin stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. Excellent communication. The company that Petri uses for fumigation, is WP Termite Solutions. Tyrone, Cashmere, and Dee were awesome. They were very careful with the shrubbery, internet cables, etc.They were also very professional and polite. Although I was a bit anxious about the fumigation, I was very pleased. I highly recommend Petri (and WP)!!

We just cancelled our contract with Eco Shield because they were not helpful or responsive whatsoever. We just had first visit with Petri and they Sent these 2 fine gentlemen over. They showed me and explained to me what and where the problems were coming from. Beyond polite. Definitely will be sharing Petri s services with others. had to cancel this company!!! was using them for well over three years if not longer. My original service technician was Justin which he was always making sure my property was well sprayed and looking green. Ever since they put another person my yard started to look horrible . I complained a few times but nothing seemed to change. Always an excuse as to why I had fungus and brown spots all over my yard. If you are coming out to spray my property just about every month my yard should look beautiful at all times. Went with another company and my yard looks amazing.

Petri has been our lawn care service and extermination services for many years now. They do quality work. Their technicians are usually helpful and friendly.

Use this company if you want a yard full of weeds and their deceptive practices. Their representative came out in January 2023. I agreed to their service but told them I did NOT want insecticide. The rep agreed and sent me a contract including insecticide. I pointed that out and he told me Why not? Youre paying for it anyways. He said all their formula is the same and he cant make a special mix just for us. I told him I did not want their service as we have ducks, neighborhood cats, birds, squirrels, etc. that come to our yard and would be eating poisoned prey. He went around me and got my husband to sign a one year contract! We immediately tried to cancel when we found out but Petri said Too bad. We still have everything from dandelions, dollar weeds and every other type of weed in our yard. In August we were verbally told our contract would be cancelled. Today I received notice Petri would be out Friday. I called to say we had cancelled and been confirmed. The lady on the phone said You cant cancel, you have a contract. Then she asked what the big deal was since we only had two more months left.

Had service with Petri for more than two years, so I was shocked when I found my privacy hedges that I d been growing for eight years were all burned. They came out twice to review finally admitted The mix of chemicals was too strong. Their response was they ll grow back and Continue with the service and get two free sprays. Ask to speak with owner but no one returns my call. Stay away from Petri

Mr Torres is outstanding at his job. He is very detailed, always very thorough without using excess product. As a person he is friendly and polite and I always look forward to having him do his service. Thank you for employing such a fine technician and person. He is very knowledgeable about all types of pests and willingly shares his expertise with customer. When I started their service they had told me that I had to replace some of my grass I replace the spots that needed to replace and then now after over a year theyre telling me that I have to replace the same grass I dont know what they use on their grass theyre telling me that my Gardener doesnt clean the blades that thats why my grass is the way it is my Gardener does half the neighborhood and I went around asking and their lawns look wonderful so obviously its not the gardener in that year and a half that Ive had the service there must have been three technicians that came out each one were different obviously the company cant keep good help the service manager came out once and tried to do something to the yard my grass has never looked so bad I canceled my service with them

I just want to start by saying that this is the first time I write a review on a business.This goes to show how highly disastified I am with Petri Pest Control.Previous to starting lawn services with Petris, I had service with another Company and my plants and yard were beautiful. After being a customer of Petri for a few months, I called the company to ask for weed control on the areas where I have rocks and plants.I was told yes, we can do that for you. Once the techinician came, I explained and showed him the areas. After this treatment, my plants (located in multiple areas of my property) started to die. I called Petris service to speak to a manager, and he came to my house to inspect the affected areas. At this time, I was told by Junior the Manager that their staff is not allowed to do weed control, and he will have to speak to the staff. Also, he told me to have my landscaping person to provide an estimate to replace the plants and to email the estimate to him (Petris Manager). After a few months, I got the estimate from my landscaping guy and called Petri to ask for their email address. They provided me the wrong email address. After two weeks, I had not received a response, so I called the office and spoke with Junior. He provided me another email address. After some time, I had not received a response from Petri. I called again. He told me that email address was not correct. I let him know the landscaping guy had already started the process of replacing the dead plants. Finally, I called the Company again and I was told the manager was not working that day and I have to wait until the following week.Once Junior read my email he called me to ask me how to send the payment to me. I told him to give me a few minutes so I could get the landscapers last name and I would call him back. When we spoke again few minutes afterwards, he told me that his boss, Bryan Gestineau, told him that he spoke to an arbolist and stated my plants were in that condition due to fungus prior to the weed control treatment and therefore they were not paying to replace the plants. I replied to him by saying I am a very honest person and I have witnesses that my plants were healthy prior to the treatment. My plants that were affected and ultimately killed by the treatment, were located in various areas throughout my property, which goes to show that they did not die due to fungus. Also, if my plants had fungus, why didnt the technician ever bring this to my attention? To finish this review, I just want to say in my whole life I have never met a company with such low standards. The cost of the plants is $960 which I had to pay out of my pocket. People make mistakes, but you should take accountability for your actions.

Please read your contract carefully. I have a few Airbnb properties Petri is servicing. I had to sell one property in the same year. They serviced it ONE time and charged me $195 to cancel. Mind you I still have another property with them. Apparently the $195 is the courtesy charge. People dont know how to do business anymore. Look elsewhere. Sadly customer service is a thing of the past with this company.

I changed my pest control company to Petri about a year ago. They more than meet expectations every thing they have done has been great. A particular shout out to Charles Maddox, Pest Control Manager. He was here this morning to look at a bee hives. He was here at the scheduled time and advised that what I thought was a hive wasn t. It was dead grass on a down spout. He could very easily have upsold me but that s not how Petri in general and Charles in particular operate. That have something out of the ordinary ethics! Since moving to my home in 2015, I have had different technicians come to my home. However, recently Dante Cleary has been my regular technician for the past several months and I must say I am extremely satisfied with him. He is well dressed in his uniform, very neat and wearing a mask. Not only he is very polite and courteous, he is extremely thorough in his work. I never have to remind him to open the door that houses the air conditioning unit as there have been instances in the past (when I first moved here) where I have found a dead palmetto bug when going in to change the ac filter. Dante is very thorough in exterminating both the inside and outside of the house and after he finishes spraying the bottom circumference of the entire exterior of the house, he proceeds to spray above the windows Dante doesnt rush with his work, but he is not here very long and does quite an efficient job. I cant express enough how pleased I am with Dante.

Until I discovered Petri Pest Control (and my tech, CHEVY), i had used many pest control companies since moving to SoFla 28 years ago. Last night i had a situation that best explains why i love this company: around midnight, i was doing laundry and saw a cockroach out of the corner of my eye. one bottle of Raid later, i email the company in tears asking them to please come by today to spray. and guess what? i had a phone call mere hours later at at 8:15am, and my wonderful & amazing tech, CHEVY, showed up with a beautiful smile very soon thereafter and CHEVY has done this many times for me over the years, on similar short notice. Don t misunderstand, Petri does a top notch job but, however, because i live on the intracoastal these naughty bugs still pop up now and then. Knowing CHEVY will always rescue me ? priceless! She is the most professional, kind, and the happiest person i have the pleasure of knowing. She has an exceptional work ethic and is always smiling. I continue to be shocked that management has not yet promoted her, so unsurpassed are her skills. I do hope Petri recognizes her worth before another company snaps her up; however, i know when they do i will meet another Petri tech expert who will take good care destroying my naughty bugs. I am very impressed by the level of service we have received from Petri Pest Control. We were dealing with un unwelcome rodent that moved into our attic during our home renovation. Mickey was our technician and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He came several times to check traps and got rid our our unwelcome attic guest. He sealed up two points of entry on our roof, to make sure no more come to visit. He was always on time and was very willing to answer my 257164 questions about general pest control and advice. I would LOOK NO FURTHER if you have any sort of pest issues you are dealing with. Additionally, we signed up for monthly pest control services, and Elli is our technician. He is also very pleasant to work with and was extremely thorough in his initial application on the inside and outside of the house. He has come back a few times to do the outside of the house and I am very happy so far. I have hired other companies in the past, and neither of them have been as detailed. What a nightmare! This company uses poor quality chemicals and lies about service - eventually you will get bugs

Their monthly service doesnt work!! I have been a customer of this company for over 6 years - they will show up without notifying then will say they didnt get access and still charge you. I paid for continuous service But repeatedly had roaches when I called to complain they just cancelled my service and didnt remedy the situation - why would you get roaches and ants if youve had regular service for years? Doesnt work waste of money

I am not understanding the 5 stars. I did go by the 5 star review when i chose Petri and still after 2 weeks I feel not good on my choice :( so now I will be more careful and take neighbor and friends advise and word of mouth. I thought I made the right decision when I had the inspection done and the salesperson was somewhat professional.. but my goodness if you have any concerns and not happy forget about it from the person who answers the phone to the salesperson manager ect.. I never thought I would have unprofessionalism with a company with 5 stars and in business for many years. I have too much to say...I would say do not get anyone who contracts out note to self... do not trust the 5 stars better word of mouth from family and friends and make sure your sales person is not on a vacation or on vacation mode. I made a BIG mistake of all the above :( Thank goodness I only did one part of two I was going to do regarding termites with PETRI. They do not care! Different sloppiness and make sure its not a busy season because they do not care they have to get to the next job and keep moving!

I had a horrible Ant problem and tried fixing it myself with pesticides from Home Depot to no avail. I called Petri and they had a technician come out right away. He adjusted his schedule and came out the very next day to do the Sentricon treatment. He was so kind and patient explaining everything to me and so thorough doing the whole process. I am very grateful to Mickey and Petris for the very fast and reliable service.

Twice in one week, Petri staff came to my house to evaluate potential problems. In both cases the professionals involved performed an inspection and quickly gave me information about my status. But in both cases, I did NOT need their services, and there was No charge. I am enrolled in a quarterly treatment plan (standard in FL) but I was pleasantly surprised that their staff was straight up about where they could and couldn t help. I really trust this company. They do good work, reasonably priced when needed. But they are not going to sell me something I don t need. (Special shout out to Kris Goody Goodman. True pro!)

Uhhhmmmhhh so sad that this place is in business!!! Original termite inspection request was botched 3 times... No mention of a fee... After following up with my realtor who was to coordinate the appointment to owners schedule she did her part, Owner is retired with open schedule but Petri dropped the Ball... So me as the buyer and person paying for inspection called 5th Time and demanded they set a inspection date/time and they did 5pm same day.... I confirmed good with owner and inspector calls me wanting to confirm which I did and was advised 175 upfront for inspection and I gave credit card info... Asked when I would get report and he said same day... 5 days later and being ignored by text and email I still have not received the report? Buyers beware!!!

Dakota was thorough, very friendly and professional. We called Petri to come and inspect our home and luckily the noises were not animal-related but we were very pleased with the service Dakota and Petri provided.

Beware, they use 3rd party contractors to do the fumigation that have no respect for your property. They apparently needed sand to way down some of the tents so they dug 1 foot holes from all over my landscaping, that I spend every weekend attending to, and when they finished the job they never bothered to remove the sand or fill in the holes but instead left piles of sand all over my property and sand all over the house from their shoes tracking in the sand. When I called to complain and ask for some type of compensation for the damage they basically minimized the whole incident and said that I was overreacting. Terrible service.

Weve been a customer of Petris for about 4 years. We subscribe to lawn fertilizer and pest services, for both in door and out. Yet, we still have weeds. I wonder if theyre actually spraying or just putting signs in the yard and billing us. Recently our dogs had fleas, yet theyre treating our yard? I dont think so. When they sent a technician out to inspect, he said we had trace of fleas, he was rude (definitely not service oriented) and they want to charge $215 to treat the inside for fleas...even though they already get money from us for 2 contracts. I dont think so, we treated ourselves and were dumping Petri!
