Excellent service, value, and a seedy turnaround! I would highly recommend.
My wife dropped off a piece of Toro equipment for warranty. Larry was super nice and transparent about everything. In the end, the equipment was not covered by warranty and he proved to be very professional in handling a situation a lot of people wouldn't understand. It goes to show he cares about the business and your experience. Would definitely recommend and return.
Had the small part I needed ( gas primer bulb for a Kawasaki blower) at a fair price. Will have them sharpen my lawn mower blades soon.

This is the place to go for small engine repair. The Gentleman at the counter is friendly and a pleasure to work with. The bill was beyond fair and I appreciate the fast turnaround time. I won’t go anywhere else. My mower runs and cuts like new.
I'm just a homeowner that needed my lawnmower fixed. I had googled repairs of lawnmowers and they popped up, the reviews looked great, and they were close enough. I called and let's just say it was pleasant to talk to someone who wanted my business. Next, I picked up the lawnmower. Not only was the price acceptable, they had cleaned it up some, showed me a trick, helped me get it into my car and did all the bungee cord attachments for a safe ride home.

Ive taken a mower and a weed eater to this shop and neither job was properly diagnosed nor fixed. Both visits were several years back, but Im sharing them now because honestly it still makes me mad to think of it. The mower was only about 2 yrs old, not a cheap model. It was a Toro self propelled with the larger rear wheels. It began being hard to pull the starter rope and when you pulled it, it whipped back so hard/fast that it was dangerous. It was almost like trying to start a manual transmission car while in gear.... thats the closest description I can give. I took the mower to them for repair. When I picked it up they charged me and said it was fixed. I tried it when I got home and although it was easier to pull then it had been, it still wasnt right. Within only a few weeks it was completely frozen... rope wouldnt pull at all...and the engine wasnt frozen. As far as the weed eater goes, we found a professional grade... so not cheap 4 stroke that was being thrown away because it had a short in the ground. It started right up and ran good, but sparks would shoot out of the spark plug area. NOTHING was wrong with the carb.... when my husband picked it back up the engine was in pieces. The carb had been removed, fuel line, etc... we literally got it back in pieces, and was told it wasnt worth fixing... AND they charged us for taking it apart! Meanwhile, it wasnt even the fuel system that was the problem, the problem was a loose wire or coil. So whyd they even take the carb off in the first place? And yeah... after taking it apart... so wouldve had to replace gaskets, etc..now, AND a new coil, and reassembly, maybe their charge wouldnt have been worth it. Anyway, my only recommendation for this place would maybe be to order or pick up a part to fix it yourself. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend this place.
Staff is a bit rude but not mean. Just dont seem to pay attention to you. Thats not good in my opinion.. especially the counter guy

The service is good and fast I was in the middle of a job when my prsherwaher broke and I called and thay didnt hesitate to fix the prsherwaher for me so I could finish my work I will recamend them to other people as well
Extremely disappointed in the service. Came to the shop and a heavy set guy who I assume is the owner came out and told us both mowers are junk and he wont even touch them when one of the mowers ran 3 months ago. When asked why he wont work on them he just started yelling at the top of his lungs for absolutely no reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been using Acme lawn service repair for years now, the staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they stand behind their work and they treat the person with one Lawnmower, the same way they treat large lawn services! I have had several pieces of equipment repaired and rebuilt at Acme. The service was excellent,reasonably priced. Just an overall pleasant experience doing business there.
Called the shop to find out if they have an air filter the guy tells me he is not going to look it up. I was shocked. I never leave reviews because I understand the importance of business and not hindering anyones cash flow but this was pretty rude. He said he was covered in grease and wont look it up goodbye . Not sure how he got 5 stars from anyone else. Because the part I needed was a small one he disregarded my request terrible customer service should be a zero star rating .
The shop and I had a misunderstanding how estimates are given so the owner of the shop was nice enough to resolve the issue and explain their policies.
Needed a weed wacker head replaced with a new one that we got from Home Depot, I brought in the part and the weed wacker and the gentleman fixed it up fast and for free! Super nice of him to do that :)

I called another shop and they were already charging me more on the phone before I even brought in so I asked a lawn company who they use outside of Publix and they recommended Acme Service. I called them and they were so helpful and I didnt feel like they were taking advantage of me before I even got there. Took mower in and was so excited that it was less than even quoted. My lawn mower runs like a champ now and so pleased that I will be bringing all my lawn and my pressure washer to them. Great service and no rip offs....

Cannot tell you how happy I am with the guys at Acme. I always take my weed whackers and lawn mowers over to Larry and he fixes them right within just a couple of days. I dont waste my time taking them anywhere else.
