These people are scammers. They say they bought Orkin, but they have no proof nor do they return peoples phone calls. They called me constantly. I told him I have no idea who they are, but of course they provide no proof of anything. Now I find out they sent to collections a couple of hundred dollars. We have no idea who these people are yet they think they can do this? Wait till the lawyers find out.

Jason did not knock on the door upon his arrival like the summary stated. I was in the house and did not hear a knock unless he knocked extremely soft. My husband was on the back patio and didn t even know he was there and left already. Not sure where he sprayed?

Scam. Paid for 1 year of service 09/21/23 $475. And they start charging me for applications on 08/13/24. Not even 1 year has passed!! Told me it s auto renewal! Never agreed to this. In addition, VERY POOR results, if any. I had to continue fertilizing my lawn myself! For all I know they could have been spraying the lawn with plain water! And it s strange, after some applications my lawn breaks out in crabgrass!

Signed up for TruGreen yesterday and they visited today / next day - brilliant! Previous owners of our house we just bought made zero effort and didn t look after their property or outside lawn so it needs work. Witt was friendly and helpful. Would love to have him service the property every time. Only complaint I have is that I was expected TruGreen within 3-5 days so my lawn cutting service came AFTER TruGreen sprayed. But I called TruGreen and they re returning to respray. Happy so far! Looking forward to a weedless yard.

Since hiring you a few months back to fix my lawn which was terrible with critters and tons of weeds, I have to say, Im very impressed. Yes, I have had my share of human mistakes, as well but customer service has been very good and responsive. Unfortunately the one thing that needs repair is somewhat out of your control and thats the workers. I have met maybe 2 or 3 out of 10 that actually looked like they enjoy what they are doing so maybe give out bonuses to those employees going above and beyond because I would imagine you need that 20%. Maybe the others would then step up. Doesnt have to be cash either, people love a day off. Thank you for saving my lawn and much thanks to customer service and the 20%.

My complaint is this. : why did Tru- Green wait almost 3 months to do my Lawn ??anybody who lives here knows we have winter weeds such as clover.....So , in Summary, prior to todays lawn care , Tru - Green was here late October ! Big mistake. I would like someone to call me and explain. Thankyou

I like the mobile app but have limited time using it since I have been a customer for only 10 days. I will have a better understanding of the company when I have been customer for a period of time to experience a better feel for their services.

We have used TruGreen for years and have never been disappointed. Recently we had a whitefly infestation and TruGreen reacted quickly. Kudos to Robert Blake for his responsiveness. Also, he willingly responds to our tree and shrub questions.

We have been using TruGreen for about one year now we had a prior company that wasn t doing anything for a lawn in our grass is very sickly and Paul I went through Green came our grass overtime became very green and robust. They also take care of our money plants around the pool.

Updating yet another review. As of March 29 2024 I have spoke sales person Bill in local area and also his boss Brad (I think that s his name). They both have promised me that over last two weeks now that they would be out to spray for mosquitoes. Here I am having another event this weekend and I get ate up with them along with some of my guest. I have also request from both of them that the branch manager call me from that location. I have yet to get a call. This has been horrible customer service. I ve been treated very poorly. I guess I m going to have to see who else out there to use. We moved to FL this year and started having our lawn treated. Its been around 5 months now and our yard doesnt look any different than the neighbors yard. I have called them several times asking for a manager to call me back. They always say they will put the request in but I dont get the call. I prepaid for the service and just not getting any outcome out of it. The gentleman that came a few days ago even stated our yard doesnt look any different. I was even told that a manager will come out to look at the yard to verify. At this point, I just want my money back that I paid for the yard. Im better off doing this myself. I certainly didnt get the run around like this when we lived in another state.

Been a customer of TruGreen for a few years now. I hired them for lawn care. I had a weed problem after I had re-sodded a big part of my lawn. Must admit I was disappointed after the first few months when my the weed had not improved. One technician actually told me to re-sod parts of the Lawn, which I had recently done. I told him I was not going to go through that expense. He then told me it would actually take about a year to see improvement. I stayed with TruGreen and after a year my lawn was looking much better. Now in the third year my lawn is looking much better to me. My biggest complaint was that whenever I called them I could never get through to the local office and was always speaking to someone in a different state or even someone out of the country. Finally after trying to call local office for a long time, a manager from the local office called me and resolved that issue. I now have a specific technician who services my lawn each time, my lawn has improved and I am satisfied and will be staying with TruGreen.

Be careful of this company. I was researching True Green services and since they were local to me, they started calling, but they dont use their name on caller ID. They go by Dependable Comp. and they dont leave voice mails. After receiving calls at all times of the day and night and weekends, I finally answered and Scott told me he was from True Green Pompano and was following up on my inquiry. When I asked why the caller ID was different, he said his IT department screwed up on the phone system. I told him I wasnt comfortable with his company and not to call again. The calls kept coming. Finally I spoke to him again and he acted like we had never spoken before. Again asked not to call. Calls keep coming all times of the day! Again spoke to him and had to remind him that we spoke and not to call me again. I feel like Im being harassed! I regret ever having researched True Green!

You have been treating my lawn for weeds for quite a while, and instead of getting better its gotten much worse. Your man said he was going to lay down extreme measures today. I am extremely frustrated with the appearance of my lawn. I am hopeful my lawn will regain its original beauty again in the near future.

Cant say enough good things about this company. Restored a lawn that was in terrible condition to a look as good as sod. Took over 6 months to recover , But it did with TruGreens help.

Tajae Brown is great to work with. He gives me instructions for the upkeep of my lawn and he follows through.

First month they came, killed a Huge patch of grass and weeds on my front lawn and left big brown patches. Took six or seven months to fill back in. They DONT kill crabgrass because its a grass. Didnt tell me that till after I prepaid for the year.

Ive only had two treatments so far, therefore I cant speak on results. The technicians seem to be very professional.

They come in do there work and will answer questions you have about your lawn.

Tajae, is a great technician. He takes the time to walk the lawn with me and works on trouble spots.

I am recovering from a surgery that limits my mobility. This is why I use TrueGreen. The service is great except for tech to customer comunication. My work hours are such that I miss talking to the tech on site. The sign up and company comunication is fantastic.

David was at my property today to retreat my lawn for a weed issue. He applied a special application to correct my weed situation. I feel confident he will get this lawn beautiful and green again in the spots that need repair.

Should I pull the weeds that are in my lawn., are should I let them die first?

Mr. Breon take care my backyard today he spray chemical to kill weed and he was very nice. He explained how he take care and what we should do after his service. The last services including Aeration (with Xtra paid) make my backyard full-grown of weed ( I will show you some pictures below the comments) I wish after Mr. Breon spray chemical to kill weed today my backyard will be better same way like my neighbor.

I am Happy with them, every year. The grubs and weeds used to cost times, money and I had to do the work. Now all I have to do is water and cuts most of the employees do listen to customers concerned.

1/20/24 Nathan H came out and reapplied fungicide to my lawn. Seem this cooler weather has triggered the spread of this disease. He also treated for weeds. I hope this shot will kill off the fungus. Right now my front by the driveway looks awful. I ve been using Trugreen for many years and whenever I have a problem with my lawn , trees or bushes, They come out and take care of it. Regular feeding and insect control keeps everything looking beautiful. If a problem like fungus, grubs, or chinch bugs. They come and take care of it. Just a phone call away.
