Jack and his team have done a terrific job on laying out and installing the sprinkler heads along with setting up the appropriate zones and watering times. He takes the time on going through and teaching how to run the Hydrawise Configuration program on your phone and computer until you feel confident on programing the system yourself.

Dieter Islas has been working on our 418-home property for a year now. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable beyond irrigation. We have had other techs become complacent and get caught on camera/film not working. This is not the case with Dieter, and we truly treasure him, his work ethic, workmanship, and communication skills.

Through Jacks efforts in providing an irrigation run log I was able to refute the citys extremely high water bill that seemed inaccurate. Working on my behalf a faulty city water meter is being replaced thus saving me from having to pay for this watering error. Thank you Jack!

Ted Conner has been providing service for our community for years. Anytime I need adjustments to sprinklers around my house, they are prompt and very accommodating. They are knowledgeable and give me good advice. They quickly resolve any problems I have with irrigation. Today, Stanley and Celisa capped two sprinkler heads under my pavers. It was a messy job. In less than 10 minutes, they lifted the pavers, capped the sprinklers and replaced the pavers leaving them looking perfect and clean. This a friendly, hard working, company and I trust them with my lawn needs.

I.recently had a lot of landscaping done and had a new sprinkler installed with Mr Sprinkler JT and Del were great I had multiple trees palm and olive that were so overgrown the tree trimming came out amazing the sod is coming in nicely. I had the pleasure working with Jack on a sprinkler install on a clients home about 3 years ago. I had a few issues today and to my amazement Jack pulled over and spent over an hour on the phone helping me get the sprinkler system back up and running. He was able to log into our system and problem solve the issues! He was able to get the system up and running from miles away, not to mention he was on vacation! It s so hard to find contractors now a days that actually still problem solve after being paid. I cannot recommend them enough. They not only professionally install the system but help even years later getting the system back up and running! If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Kudos to Jack and his team

Great company Jessy the manager helped us out with some bad German roaches and since then they have controlled the situation they come out quarterly are very patient and knowledgeable about all types of different insects would highly recommend.

We first got involved with Ted Connors through a Referal for Sherri from a local nursery for landscape design and ideas. She put together a rendering and her team came in transformed an eye sore into a beautiful front yard. They all listen to what we wanted and when needed made suggestions on how to improve on what we were thinking based on their knowledge of our space and sun exposure ect. Sherri then introduced me to Jack, his team did an amazing job installing lights and irrigation. I appreciated talking with Jack because he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option with zero sales pressure. Regardless of the system I chose he would have done a great job installing and making sure all the areas were getting the proper coverage. Knowing that the plants would grow he has stopped by from time to time to ensure no adjustments were needed and if they were he made them. Jack also installed our lighting. Again, super patient with us he actually set up lights temporarily so we could see how they looked for a week or so. He wanted us to experiment with colored lights Vs just white and make a decision that would fit our budget and taste. Lastly, Jack introduced me to Jessy, for years I have continued to replace sod even though I followed the watering instructions. I had called Jack because I thought possibly a portion of the grass wasn t getting coverage from the sprinklers. He sent Jessy over and right away he told me it wasn t lack of water and explained to me what it was. Since then his team comes every other month to treat and or fertilize and finally I have green healthy grass and plants growing. The bi - monthly cost is much cheaper to me than replacing sod every 6 months. My experience with Ted Connors company has been amazing. I truly feel as though I have a team of experts that are helping me and who are willing to patiently answer my questions.

Unfortunately we had to fire this company today. Weve had 2 years of subpar work at our business. They didnt honor the contractual agreement to come out when they were supposed to, they avoid calls for weeks, and I had 6 different clients tell me over the years that whoever does our landscaping is doing a very poor job. Embarrassing! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. Stay AWAY from this company!

Recently, my mothers newly built home had a continuously wet area in her yard. The builders warranty representative wasnt responsive, and mom wanted it fixed. I called Ted Conner Landscaping. They sent Robert to the house. He immediately got to work, identified the problem (leaking valves), repaired what he could (cleared them), and provided recommendations for avoiding the issue in the future (having the builder replace the existing valves with those rated for a reclaimed water system). Robert was professional, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and effectively. I would recommend Robert & Ted Conner Landscaping for irrigation work.

Absolutely amazing company!! We had a leak in our irrigation system, gave them a call and Mark was out the very next morning first thing. Mark was fantastic he explained everything he was going to do, why we had the issue. He repaired it the same day and showed us as he tested the irrigation that our problem was fixed. Robert who handled our installation customer service was beyond our expectation. This includes quality of work, communication, and installation on schedule. During these times, you don t find too many companies that still provide this type of service.

Have used Ted Connor landscaping numerous times. They come prepared to work and clean up perfectly. Also their workers are friendly and very polite. Very happy with the results each time.

Poor quality - repeatedly had to tell yard workers to clear sprinkler heads when mowing. Overcharged -multiple times the workers would be a the house for 10-15 minutes and write on charge ticket that they were working for 1-1.5 hrs. Overpriced - insisted on charging for 44 grass cuts per year. NOBODY gets there grass cut every week in the winter. Poor management - returned from being out of the country and found they had cancelled service due to a note on the door (maybe) about raising prices was not addressed. Then when you call the office to find out what is going on, nobody gets back to you Save your time and money- use someone else

Very detailed oriented came with a couple different plans to compare pricing. From start to finish was as expected no surprises would hire them again already recommended my mother in law.

IRRIGATION/wet checks and repairs As a former municipal Purchasing Director and now as an HOA Board Director/Officer, Im tough on vendors. This vendor came highly recommended, but was more expensive than our current vendor. Our HOA had serious irrigation repair billing issues, so we went with Ted Conner. Needless to say, we SAVED $ in the long term. Repairs were reduced by over 71%. You get what you pay for, certainly applies. We are getting top notch service. Besides the SAVINGS, we get prompt response when needed. Our irrigation worker is an honest, hard working professional, that has proven trustworthy, time and time again. It starts at the TOP, and it is evident that this is a reputable company to do business with!

I am the licensed Community Association Manager for a large gated Community in Boynton Beach, we have used Ted Conner exclusively for all of our irrigation needs. This is certainly one company that I would highly recommend to any of my property management colleagues and to any community looking for a company with superior customer service. There has not been one time when my text messages concerning an issue or situation were not returned within a few hours, that level of customer service doesnt always happen in South Florida and its truly appreciated. All work performed is done as scheduled, I am kept in the loop about potential problems that might occur at some future point so that I can be proactive in our maintenance of systems. It is just a refreshingly good working relationship and that is why the Association continues to use them for all of its irrigation needs. This is a solid company that I would highly recommend to anyone, particularly those in property management. I am at a loss as to some of the negative reviews, that is just not my experience, nor would it be anyones experience should they determine to use them. If I could add a star to their five star rating I would!

I called Jack Baldwin from Ted Connor Landscaping in need of an emergency repair for the high rise where I work. Jack waisted no time in sending me a technician by the name of Robert. When Robert arrived on property I met him outside by the receiving area. He came out of his truck with a big smile, greeted me with a firm handshake and asked me very politely to take him to the broken irrigation valve. Robert got rite to work on replacing the valve. He did an outstanding job and not only that, he was extremely careful on not damaging the surrounding plants. After he was finished with the repair he put back the dirt he had excavated and left the area like nothing happened. Robert is the kind of tech that takes pride in his work. We recently had Ted Conner Landscaping completely re-do our front yard landscaping. We couldnt be more thrilled with the result! It looks absolutely amazing! They are extremely professional, always responsive, always arrive on time, and were a pleasure to work with through our entire project. Chris did a wonderful job with designing our new landscape, and Nick was also great with coordinating the project. Im confused by some of the reviews regarding pricing. Ted Conner provides quotes/estimates, so Im not too sure how a customer could be surprised by the final cost? Overall, 5 stars! I would definitely use them again for any landscape projects in the future. With so many fraudulent contractors and tradesmen in South Florida, its so refreshing to have worked with Ted Conner. Everything was positive all around!

Spent a lot of money for new sprinklers & grass & got little help from them when the grass started to die a couple months later. Ended up loosing the entire back yard & all they could do is suggest upgrading the sprinkler system to avoid overwatering & give us 10% off new sod!!!

Ted Conner Landscaping did our landscaping and irrigation in Lighthouse Point two years ago. They did exactly what they said they would. On schedule and price was reasonable. Their employees did all the work, no subcontractors. In the two years since install, the landscaping has fully matured and looks great. My only regret is I should have done the landscape lighting at the same time. Thanks Ted Conner Landscaping.

We used Ted Conner for tree trimming. Need to code trees planted, so we called them. 2 Green Buttonwoods have been sick since they planted them. Came once to spray. Would not do anything past that. These are the only 2 young GB I have ever seen look this bad. $2000 wasted.

Before selecting Ted Connor Landscaping for some serious home tree trimming, landscape design, Landscape installation, and new lawn irrigation sprinkler system installation, I wondered if I made the right decision. There were a few online complaints that Ted s prices were very high. After speaking with Ted concerning the work that needed to be done, I was convinced that his company was the right one for our work. Have you ever heard the expression that you get what you pay for? The people and equipment his company used for our tree trimming was first class. The workers all wore company shirts, they arrived early and worked late, they all worked the entire day with only a lunch and two water breaks. The supervisor of the crew had worked with Ted for over 14 years. Ted, personally, was a big help in helping us to design our new landscaping design plans. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this business. He can quote you the names of trees, plants, and flowers using both their common and scientific family names. He knows which ones are native to this area and which are not. He knows which planting will need extra water and attention and which ones pretty much take care of themselves. Even with this professional knowledge base, he offers his ideas as suggestions and is not at all offended if his advice is not accepted. His goal is to give his customer his best professional advice so that the customer will be able to make the most informed decisions concerning their landscape design. The landscaping crew themselves are very professional and excellent workers. They arrived early and left after a full days work, again only taking a lunch and two water breaks. The landscaping supervisor, Judy, was with the company for over 24 years. The irrigation crew of four continued with the same work ethic as the other two crews. They arrived early, worked a full day, and took two water breaks. The crew s supervisor, Stanley, also had worked for Ted for over 14 years. They knew what needed to be done to set up the system, which sprinkler heads would work best, and require the least amount of homeowner attention. The sprinkler heads selected were described as being the top of the line sprinklers and would be the most efficient and in the end, least costly sprinkler heads for the homeowner. The irrigation controller installed was described as a solar powered, wireless weather station. It had a sensor that constantly measured the environment s humidity, temperature, and moisture. It then would automatically determine if the system needed to turn itself on or not based upon the present moisture environment and water needs of the landscaping. The PVC piping used for the system was commercial grade PVC (thicker than the typical residential grade that most other companies use and as such, less likely to be damaged.) Another over and above something that Ted s irrigation people did was to add an extra PVC pipe with the others that were used to cross under our driveway. This extra pipe provides an existing means if, at some later date, the homeowner wishes to add an additional electrical line below the driveway, e.g., Landscape Accent Lighting. Needless to say, we were and are very fortunate to have selected Ted Connor Landscaping for our home landscaping and irrigation needs. Without reservation, we would recommend his company to help you with your own needs.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service doesnt exist.

Very expensive, HORRIBLE SERVCE, my dogs could do a better job and are much more pleasant to deal with. Its too bad this company is still in business .

By far the worst customer service. Im not sure how many times I have called to get an estimate and have been told someone is coming to take a look, and never shows. When they did show up (2 weeks later, no joke) they gave a ridiculous price. The guy that came seemed very knowledgeable, but also was very rude. Also the woman on the phone is extremely unprofessional and seemed to have zero interest in helping us get an estimate. Just called Potters and they came out the next day and gave an estimate 1/10th the price! what! So if you want horrible customer service and to be spoken down to, then this is the company for you!

This is the best landscaping company, with many dedicated workers and amazing managers , the landscaping department is on point with all their business and they do the job right!

Tree experts? More like tree jerks! I have been waken up by their loud equipment and trucks very early in the morning on a Saturday. Its unnecessary and I dont appreciate it!

Submitted a request for an estimate on a Tuesday and got a call from Jim the next day. I was working from home Friday and he said he would come Friday at 9 AM. No Jim, no re-schedule call. Left him a message Friday at 2:30 PM, no call back. Ill find someone else thanks.

I have been using this company for a few years. My lawn, trees, flowers, bushes has never looked better! Everyone from the office to the management to the men and women that keep the outside of my home looking great are very professional and extremely nice. what a great group of people. thank you so much! 2400

Had a real bad experience with them. Kept billing me with service that were not on my contract despite the fact I advice them 3 times. Since this is a vacation home only and not been there often, they almost were not doing any trimming and made quick visits. Once in a while, they were doing big trims. This way is no good for landscaping. They billed me for white flies treatments and I always kept having whiteflies on my coconut palm trees.

Ted and his family are the REAL DEAL. Friendly, professional, and unlike some dudes, they actually look out for other tree professionals and landscapers. Ted has given me and my customers really great advice and helped me lock in my #1 best customer for 3 years running!
