We contacted Sutter Lawns at the end of summer for advice and a plan. We had two trees removed in front yard which left some stump residue and bare spots and many weeds. They were able to remove the stump pieces and smooth yard and add top soil with new seed. We had grass starting before winter and have a plan in place for spring to fertilize and treat weeds.

I have used Sutter Lawns for several years now and Chad has always responded quickly to my questions and lawn concerns.

A year ago our builder put the worst sod possible down, on concrete (clay) it came conveniently with crabgrass and millions of grubs . I have worked so hard for a year on the yard and finally decided to have it top dressed. This was pricey, but so worth it.!! Our yard is transformed and looks as good as the homes around us who all have irrigation and nice black topsoil underneath their sod . Sutter spent half of the day doing this amazing process, with triple aeration over seed, and top dressing with compost. In one week, it is now transformed.!!!

Its always tricky to do business with someone who is a friend and neighbor. Chad has been really good to work with. We just started with Sutter Lawns last year, and there have been significant improvements already. Chad always lets us know when they will be coming, and addresses any concerns that we have.

Chad and the guys do a fantastic job. We had a problem with creeping Charlie that other lawn care companies told us could only be fixed by basically killing everything, leaving us with a giant mud pit for a yard for a year. Chad came out after researching our property and had a quote and a plan ready to go. Needless to say, the neighbors are happy that our Charlie is no longer creeping into their yard and we re happy we never had to look at a mud pit! Great job!

In all interactions, Chad and the team have been professional and always take the time to address any questions I may have. They have been able to jump in when I was unable or unavailable to mow, and they keep my yard looking its best. I definitely recommend the Sutter Lawncare team!

S & S Property Service does great work and are very affordable!

S&S Property Service has provided lawn services for us for the last few years. This winter we asked them to add snow removal to their services they provide to us. In both the lawn services and in this years snow removal service we found S&S Property Service to provide excellent quality and timely service. We had an issue last year with some bad sod used on our property and Chad took care of replacing the bad sod quickly and without any issues. We continue to use S&S Property Service because of their friendly, efficient, and timely service.
