I thought that theywas great. The grass is beautiful. I had some problems getting my ground ready for the upcoming delivery date and I called and they was more than happy to change the date. The truck driver put it right where I needed it to go. Great people and business to work with!!! Thanks a ton!!! 😊
Product and delivery people are great, but the business office is either very forgetful, inefficient, or worse. Whatever commitments they make, I suggest you GET IT IN WRITING!! They missed the promised delivery, I was overcharged, and it’s still not resolved even though they said they would fix it. Multiple phone calls are frustrating. Avoid.
Pocatello Sod is the best place for sod in Southeast Idaho. Not only is the sod top-quality, but the people are top-notch too. Joe and his crew are true experts.
Love Julie. Ask any thing. But please dont take sod road. Take the exit it's easy on your hinny. There were great price and value. Take the ARBON VALLY EXIT.
I ordered top soil from Pocatello Sod to start my front lawn. Not only did they make great suggestions for treating the top soil to prevent weed growth, but they were incredibly pleasant to work with on the phone. On the day of delivery, they evenly distributed the top soil about my lawn to minimize the work I would have to do in leveling it for seeding. I would recommend them to family and friends, for sure!!!
