I was having some issues with sprinklers and Austin was referred. He came over the next day and really helped me out. I am also not a lawn pro and so, asked if he could help in that area. Bio-Logic's team came out numerous times during the spring and summer and my lawn looks great. Really happy with Bio-Logic Lawn Care.

Contacted them as I needed a consistent and dependable service. Had a delay in my sprinkler turn on. This turned out not only as an opportunity for Bio-Logic, but also let me see when something goes wrong. I contacted the owner (Austin) via text. He called me 10 minutes later, had a person at my house on 30 minutes. The person that arrived was extremely knowledgeable and showed a couple issues in my sprinkler system that was present for awhile. He had solutions and was top notch. This is certainly a 5 star review.
Our back door window was shattered by Bio-Logic while mowing our lawn. They stopped, knocked on the door, explained what happened and said someone would be out later that day secure the window. O.K. great. No one came out that day. The next day we called and Bio-Logic and Maggie (Who was very short and curt, stopped just short of calling me a lair when I said no one had been out to fix it yet) said it had been secured and I was wrong, so after sending her a picture she sent me an email saying “yup you are right”. When I called back, I spoke to a gentleman who was much nicer, he asked Maggie to call the glass company and find out what is going on. She did and called me back telling me it would be fixed the first part of next week. Well, here we are at the end of next week, still having heard zero. We placed another follow up call (over a week later mind you), and are told not to contact Bio-Logic. Zero clean up, No follow through. Very poor customer care. Just a big run around. Our only expectation was what we were told by Bio-Logic. *update. After a call from the owner things started moving. Our door is now fixed. He was very nice, supportive and genuinely sorry for the experience.
I cannot speak to the quality of their work because they never gave me my quote. I set up an appointment for them to come out to my house to look at installing a retaining wall. They missed the appointment and did not call to let me know, they just never showed up. When I called they apologized and said they could come out the next day. I figured sure I will give them one more chance. After they came to look at where I wanted the wall installed I never heard anything back. I have called them 4 different times and always get the same woman who is always nice and tells me she will relay my message but I still never heard back from them with a quote. It has been nearly 2 months since they came out and I have given up on ever hearing from them. Everyone else seems to give them great reviews so I am not sure why its been so hard just to get a quote.

Maggie, is wonderful to deal with, even tho I was the difficult one! BIO logic came in did the work well, they are amazing!!! To everyone trying them out trust me the rest of the people in town arent as great as Biologic. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!!
They didnt use Logic when they removed weeds by not digging the roots up and just cutting them off at the ground. No surprise they are already growing back

Long story, but man I would not use these guys unless you wanna pay more than they say (in spite of them giving us a deal) and have them show up whenever they want (three days after they were supposed to unannounced).

Very strong customer service, at first. They gave me a great deal and I paid $1,000 up front for my lawn to be cared for all summer. My express request was that my lawn get to a point so my kids could run barefoot. Unfortunately, my backyard never got there, and in fact died in the end. These guys definitely mowed, fertalized, and the pesky beetles died down. So, if you are looking for a company to take care of the basics and get it done quickly, Bio-Logic and the young subcontractors they use should be your first stop. But, if you are expecting anything above and beyond the basics (help with small fallen tree branches, weed pulling, sapling removal, or watering advice), be prepared to do it yourself.
Austin and Nathan are great. I called a few other lawn care places, and these guys were the only ones who called back and came over.
I loved the experience I have had with biologic. I signed up with them at the spring fair and they have already completey changed the appearance of my lawn. Highly recommend!
Biologic is amazing! They were so quick to get to my house on short notice, and did an excellent job. They even sprayed for spiders, and I havent seen one alive in my house since! Thanks Biologic!! Definitely going to be using them for now on!
