Their team pulled out 3” of sod around our shop, cut staked down fabric and spread 15 yards or so of rock. Looks amazing and they were timely and professional. Definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend them!
Went to go turn on my sprinklers and my backflow valve was leaking from both valves. Looks like when it was last blown out they didn’t get the water out of the valve. So after spending $480 to replace the valve I can’t justify continuing my patronage and will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: the reason why I purchased a new valve was because both ball valves were damaged and I was unsure that the backflow valve was damaged. But with the amount of water that came out of the valve I was not going to take chances… hence the whole new valve.
My wife and I purchased a tree from them and paid an additional amount for a five year warranty. After one year it died. We went in this last spring and talked to Preston, the owner, and told him we decided not to replace the tree but rather plant some shrubs. He said that was fine and he would add the shrubs to his next order from the nursery and give us a call. The long story short is that after going in 4 different times, we kept being told we should be getting a call right away for us to come pick them up. Well that never happened. We won't use them again.
We had Changing Seasons do a complete update on our entire yard. We walked through the project with Preston. He gave us great input on the things we wanted to get done. He helped us decide on the best pavers and retaining wall designs. We would highly recommend Preston and his crews to get the work done that you want.
We have had work done by Changing Seasons for many years at the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce. Preston has always been great to work with and provides excellent service. He has handled our snow removal for many years. This last winter was rough as we all know. Changing Seasons did a awesome job of keeping access to or parking lot and building. He has done work on the landscaping around our building and it has always been exceptional. The Chamber thanks you.
I just had Seasons do a complete overhaul on my yard. I originally was going to have three different companies do my yard. When I found out at seasons they could do everything under one roof I was excited. That was a big selling point for me where I did not have to coordinate three different companies. They were able to do sprinklers, landscaping and have a full nursery to choose from. Their pricing is very competitive with the other bids I received. The quality of service and work was extremely impressive. These guys are true professionals and I would highly recommend them. Preston walked us through our design and helped us pick out plants that would look good and perform well with our yard. It was a great educational experience where everyone at seasons was very knowledgeable. They were super quick as well with the time frame.

These guys are the best at what they do. Mowing and snow removal. The office manager is by far the backbone of the operation. She wears many hats and excels at them all.
After our huge snowstorm earlier this week, the company that I had contracted to do my snow removal would not even answer the phone! So I called Changing Seasons/Bio-Logic and within a matter of hours they were out and had my driveway cleared and taken care of. Would recommend these guys to anybody, Thank You, Thank You!!

These one star reviews are very fitting to my situation as well. I went into their new location on Yellowstone back in March. I couldnt reach them by phone so I decided to go to the new location. I walked up their stairs and was met by a lady named Maggie (I believe). I told her I needed a consultation to get some rock swapped out and some landscape work done on our house. She said they do their service in zones and my location was about 7-10 days out. I agreed and left. 3 weeks later I called and a lady that sounded like Maggie said that she would have remembered me if I had come in. That may be true, but the fact remains that I still needed the consulation. Besides, if I didnt come in, how did I know the ladys name and that you have to climb a flight of stairs to talk to someone behind the desk that sits in the Southwest corner of the room? They also have old shelves on the wall over the staircase. I was there. I still havent recieved a response (end of May) so I decided to leave a post on their Facebook page, but it was deleted. I left another one a couple of days ago... Deleted. I dont know how they stay in business. Poor customer service.

I have been going to these guys for years!! They are the absolute best and I refuse to go to anyone else. They always greet me at the door.. Ive done a lot of work to my yard for the past 3 years. Theyve even came to my house within minutes of me calling needing help. I would recommend them anytime to anyone!!!

I have never had an easier, stress free, and helpful experience than having my sprinkler system replaced and serviced by Changing Seasons. They kept me updated, cleaned all equipment up, and moved dirt back to how it was before! I love my new system and I wouldn t have known what to get if it weren t for their consideration and care about my property. There isn t enough words to explain my satisfaction.
Robert Pittman, a Master Gardner, helped me pick out the perfect peach tree for my garden. Then he explained about planting & correct ed by misconception about pruning. Im excited to get started. It is a great Becaus4 it is so big, you can walk all over & jut breathe in spring & beauty

I called four different places for a bid to clean up my horrible back yard landscape. Two showed up in a timely fashion. I decided to go with Bio Logic / Changing Seasons. I guess the Gods were watching over me because it was the BEST decision I have made in a long time. Came out in the morning for bid happened to have some free time that same day and completed my yard it a little under two hours. HOLY MOLY!!!!! I am never ever using another yard service again. They are doing my lawn service (fertilization/weed control) now as well.
Three weeks ago I called to set up a time to get an estimate on a total front and back yard redo. They told me they would call me to schedule a time and never did. I called back a week later and got them to come out. The guy said he would have me an estimate ready by the end of that week. That week came and went and I never heard from them. I called every day the following week and got a bunch of excuses. The owner then told me he would personally come out today at 5:30 to get me an estimate and on the schedule. No call, no show. I am extremely disappointed. I cant understand how a business can drop the ball so many times on a customer ready to spend thousands of dollars with them. I wouldnt recommend even wasting time trying to get them to give an estimate. You could have the work done by someone else before they even call you back.
Changing Seasons is the best green house you will find. It has the best plants and trees plus the workers are awesome.
I bought my mother a maple tree from these guys with warranty. The tree died 2 years later. I could not find my paperwork anywhere. I called and ask if they had copies. They said their computer had crashed and lost all the information. I thought well thats that. But they put me on hold, the boss came on and we talked and he said we will get you a new tree no charge. What a great company. They have my business for life.
I really love their selection
I ve called this past for the lady 3 years to have them come landscape my yard. I call in may when it starts becoming nice and I always get the message that they aren t doing quotes or landscaping at this time but will take my information and phone number. I ve never had anyone call me and it s been 3 years. I ve known the owner and he good man but horrible about returning calls. You don t want my money and want to landscape a yard and make money. I ll never do business here as I can even get someone to come quote me to landscape my yard!!
Planted a globe willow on their recommendation, but it died. Im super grateful they are warrantying it, but Id rather not have had to redig it.

Changing Seasons has a great selection of beautiful flowers in their greenhouse. Their prices are excellent and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
This is possibly the greatest nursery, they had all the perennials, hanging baskets and veggies I needed to start my summer off right. Excellent customer service, glad the to have found this jewel in Pocatello Idaho.

Everyone was very cheerful and willing to help fun place to meet friends and to see beautiful things and give us ideas for adding things to beautify our home. And the pool employees at changing seasons have also been very helpful in the past When selecting trees bushes and flowers at our new home.

Expect them to show up unannounced and a week late. If you cant keep to your own schedule, at least call 15 minutes beforehand just to ask Hey, we ll be around soon to do xyz. Will you be home? If an appointment is made, then I expect that time and date to be upheld. If I m told I ll get a call back, then give me a call back. Its common courtesy! Hell, even after they showed up at one point, I was told that they forgot a part at their last house and would be back in an hour. And so I ended up waiting another week and dealing with the same thing! In trying to talk about the issues Id been having with them, they at least tried to be respectful, but it was obvious they work at their own convenience, not the customers. But hey, they know a thing or two about how to repair a sprinkler system, so theyve got that going for them. I normally would not be bothered to write a review about anything, however my experience with Changing Seasons has compelled me to go the extra mile. Theres plenty more Id like to say about the company, but I wont waste your time like they will yours.
If you read through the reviews you will see that the 5 star reviews are people that went to the nursery. They have a nice nursery but if you want anything done or even try to get a quote, good luck. I needed a retaining wall put in. First they scheduled an appointment and never showed or called. They did finally show up but I never heard back with a quote. I called at least 4 different times and was told they were out of the office and would call back. They never did and I have given up trying to call them.
I came to Changing Seasons looking for something special for this Mothers Day. They have some of the best customer service Ive expirienced, everyone is so friendly and quick to greet you. They really listened to what I was saying, and did their absolute best to find me exactly what I wanted. Their selection of flowers is outstanding, and theyve also come up with a unique arrangement sort of like a mini garden in a pot. VERY COOL for those that dont have the space for a garden! I will definitley be coming back here for any sort of home gardening I ever need! :)

Cant say anything about their work, but if you are looking to get work done in a timely manner, do not use changing seasons. We had them come quote us work at the end of April, we agreed to their quote and they told us that they would begin work June 8th. Well they never showed. So we called them and they said they had gotten busy and that they would be there in 1 week. Well that week came and went, never showed. I called them on July 5th and was told that they had to many commercial projects to worry about and that they would not be able to start our job until the first week of August. They are not organized or professional enough to stay on task. I would not recommend them.
