On 6/29/24 Halifax Housing hired White Horse Lawn and tree Service to trim a large tree in front of Halifax Housing. I am a resident. They did a very professional beautiful job. The men were so polite and friendly. I watched for a while and was very impressed with the work that was done.The tree cutter was so precise he was like an an artest. I just had to express how well he worked .All the men were so polite.

For several years, White Horse Lawn & Tree has provided expers services for my residence and also a rental property nearby. They do all lawn applications for grub worms, fertilizer and tick and catapilla control. We have had several trees that have come down and they always did a clean job stacking the burnable firewood and shredding the small branches and leaves. This has kept access to the pond where we have a deck with entertainment area. The office staff is effecient and knowledgeable about their process. They give a reasonable discount if one pays in advance for the whole season of tasks. I have them mulch our area beyond the lawn to cover flower beds. theu always annunce their arrival so we know how long to keep our dogs away from their aplications. Highly recommended. Paul J. When I first moved to Plymouth 15 years ago, I knew very few people and not sure who to call for services. After a severe winter storm, I lost several trees on my property and needed help to remove them. I called White Horse Lawn and Tree and they responded quickly and did an incredible job removing them and cleaning up the mess. I have called them several times over the ensuing years and they always have done a great job protecting my property from damage. The employees are professional and know how to get the job done. Last year, I also hired White Horse lawn and Tree to spray my property for ticks and mosquitos in order to enjoy summer cookouts with my grandkids. I had White Horse Lawn and Tree come over to remove a few trees to let some sun reach my front lawn. They were very professional. I showed them what trees I wanted removed. They explained why some of the trees need to stay and others I didnt even know were rotten had to go. Ive hired other landscapers and builders in the passed and communication can be iffy at best. White Horse gave me a date to do the work, they called the day before to remind me. Showed up on time and when they were finished everything was perfect.

From getting a quote to the job completed, it was just a great experience. This company is family run, which makes them very personable. We had a tree that needed trimming and White Horse (Ross) quoted the job and explained what was needed to be done, then the crew (Jeremy and team) came did what was necessary and some items that improved the trim. What was great, is that there was no surprises and their clean up was excellent, never could tell they came, except for the tree trimming. Jenn coordinated the entire process and kept me informed, which was a big plus in the planning process. I would highly recommend them for any needed tree work.

I have had 3 apple trees for several years but have never had blooms or fruit. After contacting White Horse and utilizing their Arborist skills after 7 months of treatment I had blooms for the first time which produced 18 apples on my Honey Crisp and 13 apples on the cortland tree. I was even excited to get a few Bosc pears! It was not a great year for peaches but I am anticipating a record breaking crop in 2024! Thank you

Crew that showed up was efficient and cleaned up really well. They pruned oaks in the front and back yard. In the back they had to climb up and it was amazing how quickly and safely they got the limbs down. It really opened up the front of our house and hopefully will be safer with all the wind this winter. Overall highly recommended!

We had White Horse Lawn and Tree remove two huge spruce trees from our property in Plymouth and were very impressed with the work they did. Ross is easy to work with and was on-site for much of the day overseeing (and helping...) with the work. The crew were fantastic. They arrived a few minutes early and were professional throughout the day. The work ran past sunset and the trunks of the trees needed to be left on-site overnight but, as promised, a White Horse truck showed up just after 9:00 this morning (next day) to remove them. Very happy White Horse Lawn and Tree customer. I highly recommend Ross and his team.

I called and contracted with White Horse to resolve tree damage sustained in a recent storm. The work crew showed up promptly at stated time. After a review of job requirements they set about all agreed upon tasks. All work was completed as requested and all areas that were impacted were totally cleaned of residual debris. I had an enormous pine tree , no exaggeration, it was like four trees in one, and it was in a very precarious area near my home & very close to my back deck. I m talking this was a Giant tree... probably over 200 years old. This wonderful company was referred to me by a friend. And she was very pleased with them and said I should check them out...so I called them and made an appointment for a free quote, they came the following week, right on time. I then checked a few other places for quotes ....And in the end...they had the best price. And could do it the soonest! And they take the wood!! So now, I am wanting to do the same, by referring anyone in need of tree removal or lawn work, to check them out! They were very kind, courteous, on time, reassuring, and did every single thing I asked them to do. For a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future. And now I don t have to worry every time we have a wind storm that a tree is going to fall on my house. It is such a relief. White Horse Lawn and Tree protects my family and I with tic and mosquito spraying. I have two little boys that play in the yard all spring, summer, and fall long and I have never seen a tic on them once. They have also removed several hanging tree limbs from my yard. We gravitate towards local companies that, in addition to having a great reputation, are pleasant and easy to talk with. We could not have been happier with White Horse from the initial call to the front office to the final work being performed. White Horse did the work as requested, respected our property and after removing two trees they left the yard in immaculate condition. Their quote was also the most competitive so you cannot ask for more. Ill never go anywhere else. Thank you!

The old bait and switch look out for this company I lost my Japanese Kwanza Ross guaranteed me he could save it with some special treatment underground that cost me $180 per treatment and the following year zero blooms and I then have to have it removed so I get a quote again from the owner Ross. Next time I see them is two months later; no phone call as requested, no advance notice for my worried doggie, and the stump removal happens on a Friday at three pm but the clean up crew can t come back here until Tuesday really? So possible termites for the weekend great! Then when all is said and done my gorgeous front yard looks like absolute horror ! It should look the way it did before as close as possible to the landline landscape as physical possible and Ross says no he didn t quote me that! Buyer beware at your own risk with these guys

Just had Ross and his crew cut down a worrisome tree close to my house, plus trim and clean up a bunch of over grown and dead shrubs. This is the second time theyve been here thru the years. I cant say enough about how happy I am with their work. Very professional, VERY quick..... excellent business to deal with. And, even the office staff has been very helpful.

I had to write this review. Wednesday night into Thursday morning we had a horrible storm a cyclone bomb . No electrical power. I woke up to find a tree had fallen on my home. The decking was keeping it from completely resting on the roof thank goodness. I had called Whitehorse because I ve seen their signs & trucks in the area. I thought hopefully I ll hear from them in the next day or 2. With in 2 hrs they had called back, they came to look at the job and gave me an estimate . I m watching the the news and I m seeing so many people with the same problem I had but not fortunate enough to have had the service I did from Whitehorse. They did tell me that they have to do the jobs by priority,..... clearing roads, cars....etc. which makes total sense. So with that being said. Thank you Whitehorse for your incredible customer service. A Very Grateful Customer

Had a crew here today. They removed a monster pine that came down during the storm. They took extra care not to ruin our lawn. They even carried logs and branches manually to the shredder rather than tearing up the lawn with the bobcat. They were fabulous and such hard workers. I would highly recommend them.

Im having White Horse do some various services for me, including tree work, caterpillar spraying, mulching and lawn care. So far, theyve taken down the trees that needed to be removed, and pruned others, and put down the first application for the lawn. Im thrilled with their service thus far - theyre very easy to work with, always pleasant, work very fast, and left my yard cleaner than it was before they came after the tree service. They were recommended by two people (specifically for caterpillar control) and rightfully so. Im a very happy customer!
