Worst company ever. Take your money and dont deliver. Numerous complaints and they just tell you theyll be out and never show. When they do show half the time they dont get out of their truck, just stick a sign in and leave. Caught them numerous times on camera thinking no one was watching. Yard is covered in weeds and they say if they are still there we will come back out. Guess what they dont. Youll be lucky to see them 3 months later. Was promised all the way up the chain theyd make up for it next year and my yard is still weed infested. Some individual workers are great but its like 1 out of 10 and if thats if they show up. I never leave reviews. This company is that bad. Stay far away. You re better off taking a grand and burning it in your yard itll probably be more effective lawncare than this company provides.

TruGreen has been absolutely wonderful for my lawn treatments. No ant hills, lawn fleas, ticks, spiders, mosquitos, slugs or grubs so far this year. This is my first time utilizing their services and I am pleased with my results. The bees and I will miss the Red Clover and eating my Dandelion greens, but my GrandBabies can now play in the water sprinklers come next summer without hurting their bare feet on weed stumps.

The reason we contracted lawn care with TruGreen. My husband and I were promised a lawn that looked like a golf course..it has not happened yet. Disappointed!!

I tried calling the local office on this matter but there is no way to get a real person in Plymouth, MA. Your driver of the Truegreen mosquito defense with license v32-172 was ahead of my wife driving through the state forest. He proceeded to harass her through the forest. Break checking her, flipping her off and spitting out the window. He s literally a driving advertisement. This kind of trashy behavior would certainly prevent us from ever working with your company again.

It was a pleasure meeting James and having a conversation with him. Very pleasant and explained in detail what he did and pointed out trouble areas.

Tru green has gone over and above in their lawn service. A technical problem on their gps system has failed on locating our residence several times and they have corrected it as we speak. TruGreen has serviced my yard for around 8 to 9 years n do a very good job at a reasonable price. If you elect to use their service, ask for Deontae to service your yard. He is outstanding and ensures he meets your expectations.

I saw Kailee spray back, side and front yard through windows. But never did speak to her. This is not unusual since the techs in past have seldom spoken to my husband or me.

After using TruGreen for 3 years I still have massive weeds on my lawn. They also broke 1/2 of my ground lights. Everytime I paid my bills they kept promising that my weeds would be gone and when I said that that has never happened they said they would have a Supervisor come out and inspect but it never changed anything. I refused to pay my final bill and they sent non stop emails and voicemails. Steer far and clear from this company, all they do is lie.

I get mosquito service and have gotten this service for several years. My service today was great, employee was thorough and competed. Although the actual service has helped considerably concerning my mosquito issue, I have had several problems with the employees and company over the past that applied the chemical to my yard. Most of the time only doing partial portions of my yard at which time had to call back and have the re do the application. One time they left my gate open after they were done and my dogs got out which caused the Animal control office in my town to contact me about my loose dogs. This put my pets in considerable harm allowing them to run the street for over 3 hours. When I contacted company several times and requested to speak to a supervisor they never retuned my call. Customer service is terrible, but it is my decision to continue to hire them because the actual mosquito spraying helps a lot.

Every time I set up and appointment they never showed up I would call them up and they would say it was not on the schedule I ve been waiting 5 weeks now some one is supposed to be coming today a little to late my lawn is now all weeds and I thought that s what tru green was supposed to get rid of I had tru last year my lawn was bad but I thought it might have been the drought so I got them back that s it no more tru green

We prepaid for the season, over $1200, havent seen anyone since May. I have reached out to Trugreen several times, never able to reach the Plymouth office directly. I was told we would receive a credit, which has not happened. Supposedly, according to the app, they came today to treat for mosquitoes, no paperwork left on the door, and no activity shown on our numerous cameras. I would NEVER prepay for these services again, and I would not recommend this company.

Beware using tru green as your lawn service provider. They missed 3 of my lawn services and only performed my tree and schrub services. Customer representative first blamed computer system and then after they rescheduled no one showed up and no call from manager that they said we would receive in 72 hrs. 5 business days later I called again rescheduled and still no call from manager today that was promised. They now blame MA state work force which makes no sense being they provided my tree and shrub services. Customer service called me every month in winter regarding my thoughts of service which was for previous season and now that Im supposed to get service done no one responds. Calling today to cancel everything. If your planning to sign up I would say pick another company as service has gotten worse every year since I started using them. Now my lawn looks horrible being the last time they showed up was 4/25/22.

We have had Trugreen for years...initially they were great but over the years the company has really gone downhill. They no longer seem to care about their customers needs. Today is a perfect example. We have been experiencing extreme heat and drought conditions and water restriction for weeks. Despite these conditions Trugreen showed up today and aerated and overseeded my lawn. Really Trugreen?? When I tried to call to speak with someone I learned that you can no longer call your local provider. The calls go to a central location. I was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours. Extremely poor customer service...they no longer seem to care about what customers actually need...

TruGreen does a very decent job of fertilizing my lawn, weed control, and insect control at a fair price. I have been with Trugreen for more than 10 years.

I decided to try Trugreen in fall 2021 for 50% off promotion. Well they came back last week without communicating at all this was even scheduled to happen, nor did they provide reminders like they had in 2021 via email and phone message. My lawn was in rough shape from draught, yet they proceeded with service (I wasn t even aware I was getting on that date) and ripped up my yard. When I called to discuss I was offered 50% off at first, but once they realized my credit card was already charged they said they will have to think about it and that a supervisor will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It has now been more than 1.5 weeks without any communication from them. Stay away from Trugreen based on my experience. I may remove this review if they actually do call someday to make things right.
