I as many other consumers wrestled with the responsibility of fertilizing my lawn - a nightmare to say the least! Watching people in the stores trying to decide which one, when to apply it correctly, etc. The directions of their bags can be confusing and misleading to say the least. As for me personally, burned lawn, too much fertilzer left over from fertilizing my property, etc. I then was referred to My Fertilizer - the Best advice given to me. This company offers excellent Customer Service for anyones fertilizer needs. I am lucky to have Ben Adams as my appointed fertilizing rep. He is courteous, informative, cares about my needs and is always prompt and considerate! Ofcouse other My Fertilizer service providers from time to time display these same qualities. I feel sorry for all those peoples who fight the war against going into stores to hopefully purchase the right fertilizer, hot apply it and when to apply it. I will admit I didnt have the best experience with them last year and contacted them about that. I decided to give them another chance and they have a new tech who came out today, Tyler, who did excellent job. He communicated well. But, more importantly, when he got here he actually did the job well. The issue I had previously was they didnt do the full lawn (only part and we had weeds). I happened to be home when Tyler did the job and he did the full lawn and made sure everything was done properly. He was professional and courteous. Hes new and Im very grateful that hes our guy now!

Been a customer for several years with no issues. This year after the first treatment the pesky dandelions poked their heads up and I was surprised because in the past they were always taken care of. I called and asked what I should do and they said they would send Chris out to take care of the weeds. Chris arrived and met me at the door to talk about what I wanted done. He was very interested and listened carefully, a very pleasant young man. After talking with him, and this is the why the 5 star review, he went to his truck and put on a heavy spray pack and proceeded to zap every weed in my large yard 1 at a time!! He could have skipped some but I watched and he got them all. Its nice to meet and see a professional these days.

Matt came right out when I called and assessed my tree and told me what was wrong with it. Came out that afternoon and sprayed it and fertilized. KJ was the technician he done a fantastic job very knowledgeable and very pleasant. My tree looked very sick now two weeks later its looking pretty good. Would definitely recommend this company. They explained everything very thoroughly.

I approached this company for my lawn after seeing the ratings and reviews. Made the payment of 500/- dollar right away because Brianna said they will put us in ASAP list. It was more than 2 weeks and no one had shown up yet. As soon as I expressed my concern in the way they do their business, the management was very fast to address the problem. They had a same day service and things were handled very professionally. This is the type of professionalism and punctuality that I am looking for in any services. Thank you. He spent the time assessing the lawn and did an exceptional job explaining the issue and proposing a resolution. When he noticed weeds on the boulevard, he said let me give that a quick shot and pulled out his equipment. Most impressive! Thank you Keith, you don t find that personal attention too often. The entire process was simple and easy. Receiving a quote, scheduling the service and the actual service itself was 5 star. KJ was on time, super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and informative but so far I have been very disappointed. After 3 rounds of fertilizer and weed spray, my yard still has lot of weeds. In only a couple areas did weeds die. They said they would apply more momentum but I havent seen any difference. Yard was better when I sprayed myself. Update They made a special service call free of charge and really killed a lot of the weeds. TBC....

If you are the least bit dissatisfied with your current service, this is the company to hire!!!! If you want a beautiful lawn or just keep your lawn beautiful. Go for it. I saw almost instant improvement in my lawn. I have used several companies and observed several others when staying with other family members. These guys are far superior to any I have used or family members have used. We are not do it yourselfers. My lawn was in complete disarray when I bought this house. Grub infestation, crab grass, weeds and other issues.. While other companies efforts were ineffective, my lawn has much significantly improved and even get compliments on it. I opted for almost everything including the bug protection for my house. Now I know how to customize my plan for next year. Each technician is not created equal, but that is with any company, but the product still works. You do have to ask for the extra that hits the side walk and the driveway to be blown off. Just FYI.

I get so many compliments on my lawn since My Fertizing Company began servicing my yard. Im especially happy since I have two dogs. My yard never looks worn from the dogs and its comforting knowing its safe for them. Everyone at the compane is easy to work with and professional. I always get a reminder before they come out. My lawn has never looked better. I didnt have a clue what I was doing when I was using a big box store program. Grass always looked like a disaster. After using MFC - My grass is lush, thick and healthy. Never looking back!

They dont assign you a time other than a day that they scheduled for your treatment. We live in an estate subdivision and you or your pets cannot walk on the grass for safety reasons (four hours) till the treatment will dry. I have tried to get the person applying the treatment to give me a heads up before they come so the dogs can get their potty break done before he gets here. They only called once.

Saw several signs for this company in my neighborhood took 2 weeks for them to get back to me with a quote very unprofessional. Dont post your signs if you cant contact people. When I did get the quote they were very high compared to other companies. I did go with another company that responded right away and Ive already had my first application down before this company even responded.

I called Matt about concerns with my plants and trees. He immediately called back. I had used TruGreen for the past 2 yrs and had 8 plants die last year and another 10 that didnt look happy. TruGreen didnt fix it so I talked to Matt this morning and he instantly knew what was wrong. I am so thankful! I feel like I wasted my money with TruGreen.

Set it and forget it. Always shows up to perform the service. A few bumps with automatic renewals and such. But overall, they care about their clientele and work to make things right. Great follow up and follow through!!

OUTSTANDING customer service & highly qualified! When I bought my home 4 years ago, my lawn was in horrific shape. Piles of leaves had essentially ruined the grass and created several dead spots. The team @ MyFert helped me get my lawn back into pristine shape! They patiently answered all of my questions and helped me learn what I myself could do outside of their fertilizing to ensure a healthy luscious lawn. The turnaround only took a season. My lawn looks great now, and the owner even gave me an extra bag of seed for a dead spot created by my shady trees! MyFert does a mosquito spray for us a couple times throughout warmer months of the year. Our yard has very slow drainage through the snow melt/spring months and makes it a mosquito haven. Before the treatments, we couldnt sit outside for dinner or take my young kids outside without them coming in with welts from bites. After our first treatment -it was incredible! Laying out in the hammock, enjoying the fresh air without thinking about swatting mosquitos. I was hesitant to put chemicals out into my yard, but they use a solution -which once dries is safe for animals or kids to play on. We are outside A LOT and I cannot imagine going without it!

I am so happy I started using my fertilization! My lawn has never looked better! We used them for years at our first home and brought them to our new home when we moved! I have recommended them to neighbors and friends! They are very professional and always on time! They do a great job! I highly recommend them!

Overall they did ok, however the technician that did not like how I have my back yard set up to keep my dogs off the grass & flowers so he seemed to throw a small hissy fit and left the fencing open (among other things) when he was finished and the dogs were able to get in the whole rest of the day. It also took them several attempts to try and stop the few weeds growing in my back yard but they still have not succeeded. Who knew that a couple dandelions and a few other broad leaf weeds were soooo hard to kill?!! I requested a different technician for the rest of the year but will not have them return next year if they can t take care of the problem. The front lawn does look very good though.

Simply amazing!!! Their use of technology to automate the estimation process and hire them for service is exceptional. I got an instant customized quote by simply answering some questions over text messages. I could then pay and schedule my service as well, all through my phone, on a weekend, without having to speak to anyone or wait for them to come out just to give me an estimate. My yard was a total mess! Weeds of every variety had destroyed the grass and made the lawn look disgusting. I was expecting that it would take at least 2-3 years by the time I got a lawn I wasnt embarrassed of. It took 4 applications, and now I have one of the best lawns in my neighborhood. Unrecognizable change! I highly recommend them. They are My Fertilizing Company (love their name by the way), and unless they change something for the worse, I would not change them. I dont know the name of the guy who services our lawn, be he is amazing - a walking encyclopedia on weeds and turf care - he is always nice, stops to answer questions and clearly knows what he is doing. They show up automatically for lawn treatments so we do not need to keep scheduling-they leave a tag so we know they have been there and to ensure pet safety right after treatment.

Ryan and his team did an incredible job designing and installing the Christmas Lights in our sub-division. Residents have raved about the beauty of the light display and go out of their way to drive by our neighborhood clubhouse just to see the light display. I signed up for My Fertilizing Companys services this year because I just couldnt get rid of the weeds in my yard, no matter how many attempts I made on my own. Just after my first two treatments, I saw an improvement in my lawn and was just so excited. I cant wait to see how my lawn looks in the spring. Ive been using their fertilizing and grub prevention service for 5 years and theyve done a very good job to keep my lawn in a good shape. Their response is very quick when I have a question. This place transformed our sad little lawn. We even had someone comment that they thought we had grass installed!! Nope, just regular TLC from this place, which was recommended by my brother. They gave terrific fertilizing service. They were always ready to answer my questions and come out to address a problem. However, I got the aeration and seeding service and now the is so much grass growing in my flower beds!! They obviously didnt use a guard! And the company has never acknowledged my concerns! I found this terrible service so I switched companies this year!

I am happy to recommend RS Lawncare and Landscaping/My Fertilizing Co. They have serviced our lawn for 3 years and the health of the lawn has improved greatly! They send out an email to let me know the day they are coming and provide a report on what products they applied to my lawn. Two years ago we had them add pavers to either side of our driveway to enhance the look and add some needed functional space. I recently hired this company for my fertilizing needs and am incredibly happy with the service. Within 2 days my weeds were wilting away. The lawn technician that came out to my house was Brett. He is wonderful!!! He answered all of my questions and was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Weve worked with several lawn care companies, and My Fertilizing Company has been, by far, the best. They always give us ample notification of their visits, they arrive on time, and they are quick to respond to any issues or questions weve had.
