All Seasons began doing our lawn care in mid-April. It took a couple of weeks for the crew to get into a good routine and the service has been very good ever since. Recently my neighbor a couple of doors away called and asked if I would recommend All Seasons, and without hesitation I did.
My husband and I hired this company to do landscape edging and mulch and while his workers did a good job, the owner was unprofessional and difficult. It started with him writing the estimate wrong multiple times, so he got frustrated and threatened not to do the job. Ultimately, he decided to take the job and it would've been fine if his employee didn't accidentally destroy our mailbox with his truck. He refused to go through his insurance, but instead wanted to replace the mailbox himself. As a result, my husband refused to pay the worker because my husband wanted something in writing to guarantee the mailbox would be replaced. The next day the owner emailed threatening to undo all of the work completed the day before if we did not pay. My husband attempted to compromise with him multiple times offering to pay half and he still threatened to undo the work. My husband's concern was that once we paid, we would have no guarantee that the mailbox would be replaced, so he asked for something in writing. Once again, the owner threatened to undo all the work. Since the owner was so uncompromising, we ultimately decided to pay him and take the chance on the mailbox. About 2 weeks later, a worker randomly showed up and replaced it without letting anyone know. Of course, the color of the mailbox is incorrect, but at least we don't have to go to the post office to pick up our mail anymore. Just like other negative reviews, I'm sure that he will leave a nasty response about how difficult we were, but we wanted to share our experience so that new customers will be aware of how they will be treated if things go wrong.

All Seasons Outdoor Maintence lawn service did not dissapoint. The attention to detail was spot on….im pretty picky…. Mike H and his crew were in an out in about 15 min. Everything put back perfectly and they stayed very aware of keeping my gate closed for the pups. I’ve gotten a few compliments already from the neighbors.

I contacted All Seasons Outdoor Maintenance because my yard had many things overgrown such as trees and bushes that was hurting the overall appearance. I asked for suggestions on how to add more appeal. What they provided was such a complete transformation that greatly exceeded my expectations and all for a very reasonable price. My yard is beautiful again and has a great curb appeal that I couldn't do on my own. I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of lawn or landscaping work.
Ron and crew are friendly and arrived on time as expected. Communication was good to confirm install, price, etc. I received estimate agreement before job to keep us on same page. Directions to maintain my sod was clear. Good work, cleaned up yard cuttings, and my stones were placed as I requested. Would recommend!

We have been using ASOM for three years cutting our lawn spring through fall. They have always done a great thorough job for us. This year we decided to take them up on their early spring cleanup special. I was blown away when their crew of approx. 10 workers who showed up to remove fallen branches and leaves that have accumulated throughout the winter. They were very quick but extremely thorough with our front and back yard, but also made sure that our street curb area was immaculate as well! The crew were very polite and hard working. I have used this company for 10 years at 2 different homes. They have provided weekly grass cutting along with Fall and Spring cleanup services. The team of guys sent to my home are always very nice and very professional. They are quick and do a good job. In addition, Ron, the owner is very quick to respond when I have called or emailed him. Quick to respond and came out for a quote same week. Was patient with me while I got other bids. And when I pulled the trigger a few weeks later he didnt hesitate to get us on the schedule. I ve used this company now for two different properties and the professionalism and care is top notch. Ron and team continues to amaze me. In the 23 years that my wife and I have owned our current residence, we have employed half a dozen different lawn care companies. Im very pleased to be able to say that all seasons outdoor maintenance is the best firm we have used by a wide margin. Both the owner, and the lawncare technicians That service our property are both courteous and professional. The quality of their work is excellent and they complete their task much faster than any previous firm we have worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new lawn care team.

I needed my overgrown bushes and weeds taken care of, I contacted Ron on Monday, he came out gave me a quote same day, showed up on Tuesday morning and was done by lunch. Quick and easy. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

One star because they did agree to do snow removal this year. 0 stars for service. Two removals, and both were done poorly. The first time they missed a large section at the end of the driveway and didnt complete the sidewalk and Porch. The second was even better...for some reason they decided they needed to drive over my neighbors lawn to plow my driveway. And again, didnt do the sidewalk or porch. Emailed photos to show them and all they said was that they would take me off their route. And billed me in full! Don t recommend

I hired this company to do my lawn and at first they were reliable and here every Wednesday. Then starting in late August they weren t as reliable. Then in September they started not cutting the grass and would pull up in front of my house and sit there. Once in awhile someone would take a weed eater to the front yard. When I asked the owner when the contract was up because they hadn t been there and I thought maybe it had ended, he got all defensive and rude. I Tried to explain to him I work from home so I would know and he got mad and said he s canceling my contract. Very unprofessional and rude to clients with legitimate questions. I would never recommend any company he is in charge of.
I just spoke with Ron the owner and now understand this is not Metro All seasons landscape company in Plymouth, mi. that has treated me poorly. Ron was very responsive and I apologized fo mixup. Not sure why the internet directed me to this company. I have nothing bad to say about this company. Sorry for the confusion.
Ron and his team took good care of my lawn last year (2019). They were always very quick including push-mowing my backyard due to my gates being narrow for the riding mower. One thing that stands out to me is, occasionally, after heavy rain or extended dry periods, the crew would knock on my door and ask if they should skip service for the week. Usually they didn t want to tear up the turf or cut if the grass hadn t grown due to dry conditions (might install a sprinkler system someday ). I really appreciated them being so thoughtful. Highly recommend these guys if you need reliable lawn service.

If you use this company hopefully nothing ever goes wrong. If it does cut your losses. I was trying to fix up my yard and put in a couple of shrubs new and small to begin with. They ran one over with mower. When I complained they said I was wrong and that this one plant died from lack of water even though all the other plants were doing well. I asked to have them pay for the replacement plant and was told it was to expensive but they would find me a cheaper plant. Very aggravating to deal with. If this is like any other negative reviews I assume there will be a response insulting me and my home further proving their customer relations. If you use them best of luck to you.

Very reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Tony & Steve arrived exactly when they said they would and spent several hours trimming bushes in my backyard that had grown out of control. All the trimmings were taken away and disposed of. They even went around and meticulously picked up every leaf off of the mulch bed so the only sign that they were there was well trimmed bushes. Id highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them again at the end of the growing season next year. Thanks guys !!!
This company is very reliable and at a great price. Ron is very easy to work with and does what he says he is going to do. They work hard and in a timely manner. Charged me even though he didn t cut my grass. When I questioned why I was being charged he showed me a document stating the times he cut my grass. I argued and he said I still needed to pay. When I sent him pictures of my grass 13 inches tall then he admitted he fired a supervisor because of false claims. Stay away from this company
