Had an appointment which I had to reschedule. Eddie told me he would come the next day. Over a week later, never showed, never called. How unprofessional!

Hired the company for tree cutting, trimming and debris removal. Some of the trees were not trimmed at all. Then there was a miscommunication of what was to be removed from the property. Owner agreed to remove items, namely a steel pole. He comes and gets it and then dumps it into the wood across the street from my house. The holly bush wasnt cut as agreed. He came over a week later to do that. I asked for the wood that was being cut to be piled up against the fence for firewood for my fire pit. The workers left big clumps of wood scattered through my yard. When I asked the owner why it wasnt chopped, he told me I had to do that myself. At this point I just want to end the relationship because I can see my anger growing. He charged me $3000 for this job! He did not supervise the project. My yard looked no better than when we started. The day of the job, I left the workers a case of Gatorade because I knew it was a lot of work. They had the dirty nerve to leave empty bottles in my yard! Worst experience ever.

Came out promptly to provide estimate and was able to start the job within a few days. Did a great job of cleaning out our backyard and trimming trees on property.

Im a real estate professional, so I have a lot of experience dealing with contractors. Id recommend EV to any of my clients anywhere for all of their landscaping or hardscaping needs. My wife and I bought a home in Upper Twp NJ that was not on the market during the home buying whirlwind of COVID 2020. As part of the negotiation, the sellers stipulated that they would not re-finish the yard in which they had just installed a new in-ground pool and re-dug the entire septic bed. We inherited a huge project needing hardscaping pavers, lawn re-seeding and care, new beds and plants, etc. We had no idea where to begin and landscapers can be a difficult type of contractor from whom to get attention and responsiveness. We got lucky when we came across Edwin Valverde and his company at EV. He took us under his wing and worked with my wife on a design and plan that has a yard on the way to looking fantastic. His prices are very fair considering the quality of the work and the professionalism of his crew. (You get what you pay for and beware of discounts on landscaping: poor materials and work, jobs half-done and lingering, etc.). You know a great company starts with a great culture from the top down and Edwin fosters such a culture. Hes responsive, knowledgeable, and can help you figure out the best plan for your yard. And his team is fantastic. Their work is good, they are kind and friendly, and they kept the whole project well organized and clean while it was on-going. Were thrilled with the result as it stands now and also thrilled to have a relationship with EV for our on-going maintenance and future plans. We feel we can trust this company to be fair, do great work, and look out for our interests. I recommend EV Lawn & Landscape wholeheartedly. Full stop. Great company, great crew, great owner.

I had the pleasure of hiring Edwin and his crew to service my parents property. We called EV Lawn and Landscape to clean our yard up and cut our grass. We were so pleased with his professionalism and dependability that we got additional work done. We will be using them for all our property maintenance needs.

Eddie responded to my request so quickly for a yard clean up estimate. We have been trying to get someone to give us an estimate for weeks and other individuals either didn t show up or never called us back. Eddie came over the same day that I called. Edwin and his team are true professionals at what they do, I needed regular maintenance on my parents lawn and the team are always there early and get the job done quickly. Communication is also super easy. I contacted many other landscaping companies but EV has the most reasonable prices and do great quality work. Would 100% recommend if youre looking for weekly/bi-weekly maintenance or projects.

Eddie and his crew built a paver patio with a fire pit and benches for our shore home. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and his team. Everything was great for a few weeks. The lawn looked really nice.. I know he has a lot of customers which is great also.. only issue was he stopped coming. I reached out a few times through text and just completely ghosted me.. We had to move on to another landscaper.. just wish there would of been some communication! Overall good service while he was there though

Eddie did an amazing job and repairing my dead lawn after it was ruined by a chain lawn treatment company . Eddie responds promptly to all my questions and withi two weeks of aerating , seeding and thatching my lawn looks amazing again . I love that Eddie and his crew are able to handle a variety of projects , and will definitely be using them this spring for a paver projects as well as fencing. .

Eddie was responsive, quick, and professional! I called so many landscaping companies, practically begging them to return my call and swing by my house to check it out. Eddie was the only one to answer my call immediately, and come out to my house for a quote the same day. He followed up quickly and sent me pictures with ideas he had for my house and was very knowledgeable. This was for my summer home, so I was so happy I wasn t required to physically be there. Eddie reassured me the work will be completed and he sent me updated pictures along the way as well as a final product picture. He transformed it from an overgrown ivy plant eye sore consuming the side of my house, to a neat and polished beautiful yard with river rocks and shrubs. You can finally see the pathway again! He came out the next day after a deposit and worked quickly! Would definitely recommend them!! I will only be using them for my landscaping needs in the future.

I requested an estimate via Facebook messenger and Edwin responded to me very promptly. He came out to give me an estimate and I could tell right away he was a sincere business man. Edwin and a crew member removed one of my bigger trees and they did a great job. I will be calling him again for other landscaping services. Highly recommended!
