overall, they have poor morals the branch manager only believes and what benefits him, and I think he needs to be fired

This company maintains the property for the complex that I rent in.They frequently start work before 8 am. Break flower pots, mow over flowers and hack apart our rose bushes that I take the time to trim myself. They mow over trash and leave it thrown all over the grass. The guys pull right into the middle of our lot and drop the back of the trailer on the concrete to unload. It's like they make noise purposely to disturb the residents. I've seen them standing next to the truck making conversation with the industrial mower going with no one on it. I've asked the property manager to ask them to come later so they don't disturb the complex so much. Turns out many of our neighbors have asked the same amd nothing changes. Hire the competition.

AWFUL! They had an employee working the sidewalk/fence-line for a business across the street. He used the the leaf blower to blow all the debris and TRASH into the middle of the street where it's just blasted back up into the air all day long by traffic. When I called to complain, they must have contacted him because he tossed his stuff in the back of his truck and took off. Of course they said they'd "look into it" No Accountability-No Remorse-No Respect

We are a large complex. Their management should work harder to keep us happy. They don't seem to care once you sign the contract...BEWARE !!! They don't show up..UNDERSTAFFED.

Reps out on site are extremely rude. "No english" etc....

Poor service. The workers don't speak English. No communication
