Started with lawn service this year and they do a great job. Been having bug spray for several years with no problems. Bug spray wasn t on my list of services yesterday but Carter was great and took care of it for me.

Ive been a Lawn Police customer for years now and its been wonderful! My lawn is very green and weed free. Inside my house is bug free, which Im so grateful for, I dont like spiders! One year we were getting box elder bugs in our swing set and they even sprayed around that for us. The thing I appreciate most is their professionalism and great customer service! Good at first and then horrible!!! I recommend my buddy and he had an even worse experience than I, let his dogs out (multiple times) billed him for work he never requested and it took him months to cancel and get a refund. Due to his experience with them I called with intentions to cancel but they said I already prepaid for the year so o well, guess Ill let them do it right. They showed up half way through the summer, did a couple treatments and started sending me bills. Took forever to get someone to respond as to why I was getting billed but long story short, they claimed I in fact wasnt paid for the year like they said and threatened with collections if I didnt pay up.

I ve never been as satisfied with anybody s else s work. They are the most professional company I have hired.

I ve been using these guys for years and they do a great job. I m out last house, people always complimented us on our lawn, said it looking like the grass at a golf course. I m out new house, I tried to take care of it myself but after getting thrashed by bugs, we decided it was time to turn the reins back over to them. I was not the type of person that had ever used a company to service my yard thinking I could do it myself just as well. Until I found my yard was getting brown spots in it and watering them was only making look even worse. I went to my local nursery for help. Only to be told repeatedly, I had a new problem and would need to now try something else. When they had me up to $280.00 a month in product. I decide to try a lawn service company. I was not sure whom to try. I had been told several horror stories in the past by friends and family about Lawn companies and did not want additional problems. I spoke to a friend at work who had used the Lawn Police. He could not say enough good things about the company. I gave Justin a call. The same day he came out and looked at my lawn. Within minutes, he stated he knew what the problem was and could fix it. He did however state it would take a couple of years. We both knew my lawn was in BIG trouble. The lawn police have been coming to my property now for about a year. I cannot tell you how much better my lawn looks. People taking a walk at night are stopping to let me know how wonderful the property looks and asking who I use to do my lawn service needs. Honestly, the cost is the same, but the results are so much better! I have no weeks in my yard, the grass comes in thick and healthy, and the best part is that I dont need to do anything! Justin and his team are super friendly, letting me know the day before treatment so i can clear the yard and keep the kids off it. Very dissatisfied. I have had this service for about 6 months now and have had trouble since the beginning. I thought I was overcharged in the beginning and it took 2 months to clear up my billing. Only because I regularly attempted to contact them. They rarely answer the phone and do not call back when they say they will. Then once they came back out for the next pest treatment, they only did it half way. So I contacted them and scheduled another visit because I was still having issues with ants. They guy didn t show to correct the problem they promised to clear up. I have never had to work so hard to get a simple problem fixed.

The grass looks very green and growing fast with no weeds, which weeds were a problem. Also, used Lawn Police for bees and Wasp problem. This is good now. They are always on time! Thank you for your great service!

Lawn Police are my yard saviors! After I bought a house last year, I realized I had grubs that were destroying the beautiful yard. This year, I had fungus on a shrub that came out of nowhere. This is the second lawn to which I have requested Lawn Police to provide treatment. Their prices are reasonable and the results are real. During the spraying season, their responses can be slower. They do eventually get back with you.

When they come in my home, they remove their shoes with out me having to ask which is a big deal to me! I wanted to write a review on the Lawn Police after working together to get my recently acquired big yard under control. I had spent a lot of cash buying chems, and fighting the lawn and weeds for hours and hours in a never ending battle...my friends lawn looked great, and she pointed me to Justins Lawn Police...a year later, I finally give them a call and my lawn has never looked better, grass is growing tall and lush where I have my watering properly set and do my part. Where Id like to focus the review is the working together and the responsiveness to my calls when I see issues rising around the property. Every time Ive ever had a concern, the LP gives me a call, or an email response about my concerns. Today I met the Herbicide tech Brandyn, in my backyard as he was working and was very impressed with his working knowledge and desire to understand the problem areas. I bought my house 3 year ago and the first year, I tried fixing the lawn myself. I had dead spots and more weeds than grass. By the beginning of the second year, it was apparent that I was not wining the battle. I gave in and called Lawn Police for help. What they did helped so much! Weeds died off, dead spots started filling in, and my grass was nice and green. Third year now and I have one of the nicest lawns in the neighborhood. I should have started with them first instead of thinking that I can fix my lawn by myself. They have a great service, are professional, and are affordable. I actually saved money using them than when I tried fixing my lawn myself.

They immediately came out and serviced our yard; which looked HORRIBLE due to Heat Stress. Our lawn perked right back up after they treated it. Their prices are super affordable!! They were decent for a couple of years but this year has been horrible. They burned my lawn on numerous occasions and now I have a terrible grub problem and they wont even return my calls. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive tried maintaining my own lawn for a few years and I always end up with a ton of dandelions and other weeds (I usually forget to do the winter treatments and the late summer and fall treatments). This last year, I bit the bullet and hired Lawn Police. I wont look back. They did a wonderful job. My lawn was green and lush, and I didnt have ANY of the weeds that usually infest the grass. Ill definitely be using them next year.

Not the best service Ive had. Theyre not good at communicating with you before coming down! They get the front yard but not the back. Sorry I have to keep my gate lock, cause of neighbor kids from going back there and my dog. When they do come back down to do the backyard it take 2 to 3 days before the backyard is touch! Plus pull more weeds this year then last years. So treatment didnt work. Communication will be a -1 star for scheduling

Dont hire this company they dont know what they are doing. I did and they couldnt tell me what kind infestation. The person that came to my home was more interested in type of decorations. The person also give advice to put all of my house plants out in the garage. On the invoice they didnt have the right information on it. Its some other name on the invoice. After couple of weeks I still had issue with infestation. I end hiring a different company. They told what type insect. Used the correct pesticide and what they use had kill everything with in 45 minutes. I believe this company didnt use the correct pesticide. Ive already talk to my homeowner association about dropping this company and doing business. One thing I dont want my homeowner association that I pay for to go to company who doesnt know what they are doing. Again not waste your time. There is better pest control or exterminators out there. Just do some homework before hiring this company.
