We came by to drop off our Toro mower expecting a 30 day wait.. and upon drop off, they diagnosed, repaired, and upgraded our mower for next to nothing. Whole family was there working. Hope was restored in America. Give them your business. 🇺🇸
I’d give them 10 stars if I could…excellent service above and beyond! They may be busy during peak seasons but that speaks for how many “locals” know how good they are! I don’t speak “mechanics” but, Karen ( who DEFINITELY knows her stuff) and was manning the desk was awesome at helping me understand the problem and gave me some good tips for prevention of future problems! Mark has been just incredible at getting to the bottom of a complicated issue on our riding mower. Honestly, I thought businesses like this no longer existed! Honest, fair-priced, knowledgeable and friendly! The best of the best small engine repair!
Great service for an inexpensive price! My weed wacker was being sluggish, so they not only tuned it up but pressure washed it so I didn't recognize it, and added fuel. It took them a while to get it done but I took it in during the cold season so it wasn't a problem.
These guys are AWESOME!! They have been taking care of my lawnmower now for 20+ years. Their prices are always fair, service is stellar and the turnaround time on repairs/maintenance is great. They will even help you load/unload your lawnmower into the back of your vehicle if you need. I have not ever been disappointed with their service or pricing. Give them a try and see what you think. Thanks Mark and team!!!
Came to them looking for a gas cap for a piece of discontinued equipment. Mark immediately took my need very personally and invested quite a bit of effort in my problem. The value of the gas cap had essentially become the value of the equipment since without a solution, the equipment would have to be replaced. Left with good advice, a salvage part, and an awesome feeling. These are great people
Over the past 6 years I have been looking for someone to work on my trimmer. Everyone I called said they have never heard of that brand and kept pushing me off to someone else. Finally after not using the trimmer for over 2 years I called Al&Mark. The guy on the phone, believe it was Mark, was awesome. He looked it up online and started to tell me about the trimmer. I dropped it off about a month ago, they advised me that it was about 4 week wait. I did not care because I was happy that someone was finally going to fix it. I picked it up yesterday and was in awe on the way it looked. It looked almost brand new. I got it home and it started right up. The trimmer had not been started in over 2 years. These guys were awesome, friendly and up front about time and called before work was started to make sure I knew what the price was as well as what needed to be done. Thanks Al & Mark Small engine Repair shop and all who helped me.
These guys are the best. My Toro trimmer wouldn't run and I took it to another shop and they said it would be minimum $250 to fix it. I took it to Al & Marks and they cleaned out the fuel tank, installed a new fuel line, primer line and return line. They replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the carburetor and repaired the spark plug wire and they pressured washed it. They did all this for $60. It looks brand new and runs great. These guys are the BEST!
They are honest and convenient. I took my echo line trimmer in after it stopped running and they fixed it. Quick and affordable. They've also given me free advice when they were too backed up to take my pressure washer and I was able to fix it myself. I'm dropping off my lawn mower soon to get the drive system fixed.
They did a great job fixing my mower at a reasonable cost. Thanks!
Great experience with the repair of my snow blower. Great small engine repair shop.
Love al and marks. They do great work and are very honest. I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside is they are super busy but that is what you get when they are good at what they do.
Had the exact part I needed and I was out of there in 5 mins! Way better than hoping what you buy online is the right thing!
Very good at what they do. I had a push trimmer that wouldnt run and had a broken throttle control. They fixed it completely and did it for a very fair price.
Mowers, e-scooters, chainsaws these guys fix anything!
I needed a new lawn trimmer head. Id called some places and checked some websites with no luck. Mark had a great aftermarket part, in stock, that Im super excited to use. No more taking the trimmer head off to load the line! He had time and installed it right then. Thanks again!
Ive used them for snow blower and lawn mower repair over the years. Very good work. Always happy with the results. And nice people to deal with.
I broke down out front today and was immediately assisted by Art who came out with a floor jack, lifted my vehicle and investigated the problem. Rather than having to get a tow, Art diagnosed the problem, had me pick up some parts at OReilleys and helped me install them. I was up and running in the next hour as Art assisted with power tools and know how. I would estimate he saved me between 300.00 and 600.00 in a tow and repairs. My hat is off to my benefactor over at AL and Marks, I only hope I have the opportunity to repay them someday!
Friendly, helpful service.
Friendly and helpful and I will return
Squeezed in my lawn mower blade sharpening the same day. The blade was beat up badly but their price was very reasonable. Friendly employees. Well be back!
Fair-priced and great service! I will only take my eqiupment to them. I have an old Tote Gote dirt bike with a roto-tiller engine that I inherited from my grandpa. It had some problems with it. I took it to another local place and they couldnt figure it out. Al and Mark figured it out in no time and repaired it. I am super grateful and continue to drive it today with the kids :)
After rebuilding the carb on my ECHO weed eater it wouldnt run at high speed. Idled fine, but if I tried to give it more fuel it would just die. Took it in to Al & Marks to have them check it. They immediately took it and after 15 minutes it was running like a top. They replaced the fuel in the tank and adjusted the carb. Final bill was $20. Planning on taking my yard edger in next week. Would recommend them. Robert Martin, Lindon, Utah
Knowledgeable and willing to help the do it yourself er
Stopped in today to see about getting my snowblower fixed. The girl at the counter knew nothing, tried to get a mechanic involved but they werent interested in talking to me, totally blew me off, seemed like they couldnt wait to get me out the door.
