Stratton and Bratt Landscapes in Pleasant Grove

I was driving on the freeway off ramp, and a log bounced off one of their trailers up under my van and damaged my A/C, about $1800 of repairs. I called and filed a claim and was told I’d hear back from someone the next day. Here I am a week later, no one has called. I’ve reached out everyday and been told they’ll mark it “urgent” and should hear back the same day. It’s pretty clear they have no intention of getting in touch with me to make this right. This company has ZERO integrity!!

Would like to add to my low review that this rainy season has proven 1 star, or less, is very accurate. My husband and I are constantly fixing or running into issues this company left us with! One being the fact that our backyard is flooding with the rain. Not to mention the pools auto refill wasn’t properly connected so my husband has to fix that once we start using the pool. I guess with this company you get a 2 for 1 deal on pools, the actual pool and the flooded lawn. Honestly this company is so poorly ran, no one has even reached out to us after we left an email and the first review. Unbelievable that we paid so much money to this company but yet we are out doing the work ourselves. What ever you do, do not use this company for your projects. We have dealt with so much lying, cheating, stealing, unprofessional behavior, disrespect, and extremely poor communication. We started working with them in March 2022 on our backyard. By November 2022 our backyard still wasn’t finished and we had an extremely hard time getting ahold of them. After several issues, no responses, projects not getting done, poor quality of projects, etc. we finally fired them off the job. We had paid everything that had asked for and we were never late on a payment. Two months after firing them we have had subcontractors show up at our house to be paid. THE MONEY WE ALREADY GAVE STRATTON AND BRATT! We can not get ahold of anyone from the main office to resolve these issues. We have been trying to resolve and get our backyard done before we even fired them!! Highly do not recommend this company.

This company has extremely unprofessional contractors. A man in a truck was driving extremely reckless on the road. He was honking cussing and screaming at me because I wouldn’t roll forward when we were at a red light at an intersection. There was literally nowhere I could go and he wouldn’t have been able to go anywhere as well. This company really needs to consider who they allowed to drive their company cars they are a serious risk to other drivers on the road. Hopefully something is done about this since this is clearly not the first time somebody has had complaints about this man.

This company is awesome to deal with. They were on time. On budget. They gave me an estimate and stuck with it. They are such a bright spot to deal with as far as a contractor goes. They left my project beautiful. The employees were clean and nice. Thanks so much for your help!

At first they were responsive and helpful. We have a smaller yard, but the representative who came out said he liked smaller jobs between others. He seemed to know what he was doing, we were very specific about what we wanted as well as our budget. He then sent a quote nearly 3 times the budget, with a lot of it NOT what we had discussed. When asked what we could do to shave off some of the cost, they said we weren't worth their time and recommended we call other landscapers.

VanCon worked with Rob Stratton on the Summit Ridge Soccer fields in Santaquin. His entire crew was professional, polite and did quality work. If an issue ever arose Rob and his guys were right on top of it. Never had any problems or complaints from the owners on the workmanship of Stratton & Bratt. I would highly recommend them for the smallest to the largest projects. They are amazing guys that do quality work.

Great company, will definitely work with them on any project I have in the future. The owners and employees are the kind of people you hope to do business with. I’ve done multiple projects with Stratton & Bratt on two different properties. I’ve been very happy with the pricing, materials used, and finished products. The communication is great and they always answer my calls or get right back to me. Rob is especially great to work with and will go the extra mile to execute everything that needs to be done.

They did the least work possible on our job on all levels. (Mowing, snow removal and weed control) As soon as you sign up, you'll never hear or see from them again. Also, unless you're one of their "big accounts" (the receptionists own words) the office will completely discard you and your calls. What company won't let you pay online in this day and age? Had to snail mail a check every month.
