Let me start by saying, I have no issue with the man that came out to my home to inspect my house. I have an issue with their poor customer service. I first called this company and was told their pricing and thought it was very fair. I explained to the lady who handled my first scheduling that I am a teacher and work until 4, with the exception for Wednesdays where I can leave school at 3. She said that they book in windows so, she would book a 12-4 window and it would not be a problem because she would make note for the staff to come out at 3:30 on Wednesday. Wednesday is here. I am at work. I get notification on my Ring camera that there is someone at my house and it is a staff member there to service my house. At 9am. He calls me and I expressed my apologies that he was not made aware that I would not be home. However, I was confused as to why he was there so early because, even without the 3:30 note, the window was from 12-4. He said he would service the outside and then I would get call to reschedule them to service inside my home. I decided to call them before my first period students arrived because I wanted this situation addressed so that I would not have stop my lessons to talk with the Green Team. I called and spoke with a lady, explained the situation, she was apologetic and said that they needed to get to this figured out and they would call me back so we can schedule another time because they wouldnt be able to make it out later today. When they called me back, I was told that the only schedule window time frames for their staff to come out. So, they would not be able to schedule a specific time for someone to come to my home. I told them, once again, that I am teacher and I cant commit to a time window. I told them that my husband was off on Fridays so, if they can schedule a Friday, it would be great. I get put on hold only for them to tell me that they dont work on Fridays. Then they ask me if there is any other time even though I had already told them, no, I am a teacher and my husband doesnt get home until 5:30 Mon-Thurs. So, all this going around for nothing. I had to tell them that I had to start looking for a new company because my time has been wasted all because they told me they would be able to come at a time that they actually could not do. I understand the time window and not working on Fridays but it should have been communicated, the first time I called, that they do not work on Fridays and that specific times cannot be scheduled. And on top of that, they have my debit card information and they still tried to charge me even though I wasnt provided the service I was promised.

So my wife and I got set up with these guys to come to our house around 4:00. You know when we would be off work. They showed up at 9:00 in the morning when nobody was there. Gave us a hassle when we could not get off of work to show up to let them in. Told us the only way that they could do it is if we rescheduled then we find out the only days they can reschedule are also weekdays that neither one of us can take off work. We tell them that we cant do it. We tell them dont worry about it. And what are these people Do! they still try to charge us! after not giving us the service. I hope nobody ever goes to these people.

I always have good communication with Your Green Team and they always do an excellent job of fertilizing, greening up, pesticide control, and weed control. Most recently Anthony and Jacob serviced my lawn and told me how great it looked.

We are very glad to have their service. Our water pipe was cut through by mower accidentally, they came to fix it just in time. Thumb up for their service and team.

Wonderful, company! They are professional, on time, and will help you out in a pinch! Truly, a great company that should be proud of the customer service they provide. Highly, recommend Your Green Team!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scam. They charge and charge and do not complete the work. I had to filed a BBB complaint to get them to call me back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Anthony is a true professional knowledgeable of grass and weeds quickly noted the sedge takeover of the yard as well as other weeds. The office said they would have someone come back in two weeks to check and respray as needed. I am emphatically stating now I want Anthony to be that technician

Weve been using Green Team pest control there havent been any bugs in and surrounding the outside of our home. Keep up the great work Green Team!

I originally hired this company for some basic lawn service. Company was unable to fit their mower into my backyard and told me that they would not be able to service my home. Since that date the company continues to call over and over attempting to collect payment for a service that was never rendered. The website says that theyre open till 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time however thats not true they close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Theyre automated calling system calls you 30 minutes after theyve closed so you cant even talk to a real person letting him know that theres an issue. ***I am modifying my review to 3 stars as Donato reached out in an honest attempt to resolve issues, apologizing that the service i received is not the norm.***

How about express my feelings again this company is 10 stars on the ball they will help you always if theres a special need or something goes wrong if they did not trim it just right or whatever they always there Dustin is on top of the ball and helping us all the time I recommend them to anyone

I had sod web worms in my lawn I had to call to get service. Came out once to spray. Lawn continued to die and 2 missed appointments later I cancelled them. Additional service calls were never made. My front yard is half dead. Got a call from them after I cancelled. Sod is going to be very expensive. So disappointed. Wish their customer service was better.

Switched to this pest control company because the last one stood us up one too many times. They have been super clear in their communications and scheduling, and our tech, Shawn, is very punctual and friendly. Great experiences with this team.

They left their trash advertisements on my garage door. Completely unsolicited. Luckily I got it off before the rains came. Quality companies dont need to throw their trash all over the place, especially if they ignore the several signs through the neighborhood stating no solicitation If they cant follow those basic instructions, I doubt they will follow any other.

One star is overly generous! Stay away!!! They take your money, don t provide the service, don t return calls, ignore messenger messages that they read (shows read.) They are the worst. Total scam. Update 6:33pm 9/17: It s more comical your reply states you can t find me in the system, when in fact 10 minutes after posting this comment, earlier this morning, you called me and promised to credit my account. Now you can t find me hours after we spoke?!

Don t even waste your time hiring this company. We hired them as they came recommended by several people on a Facebook group. Let me tell you I have zero clue how anyone would have anything good to say about this company. We hired them in July for lawn care and pest control. They came twice with the month of July to spray the lawn and it s now mid September and we have not had anyone come out since. We called them three times over the last three weeks and still nobody came out for service. We were told treatments would be done every two weeks . Not only should a company take the initiative to complete the service contracted with their clients in a timely manner but even AFTER doing their job and following up with them to let them know nobody came, they still did not do their job. An absolute shame And the cherry on top is that we have seen ABSOLUTELY NO difference in our lawn since they came .. so yeah, we obviously cancelled our service (which they didn t even care about). But definitely stay away, and don t waste your time and money.

We have recently hired them to take over pest control and lawn services and the communication has been great! When they serviced our lawn, I had noticed that they were not doing behind the fence so I called customer service to note the account. They came yesterday and did not do behind the fence so I called again to let them that next time I d really appreciate if they could do it. They came back out today and did such an amazing job. My grass looks better than it ever has and everyone who has been in communication with me one way or another has been wonderful

Terrible physical service (cutting crews). Every single week we had an issue with the cutting portion of service. And every week, I would call to complain. The customer service folks are nice enough. They would listen, take notes, and ask for patience while management is notified to correct the problems that I had stated. NOTHING EVER CHANGED. In my opinion, we were just another yard at another house for a quick cut. They are LAZY. Ran over our dogs toys and even their own fertilizer yard signs with their mower and would leave it. They left 3 giant palm leaves that had fallen off our tree for over a month. We even moved them out of the brush and into the grass thinking with it in the way, maybe they would load them up to take away so they could properly mow...BUT NOPE. They moved them into a neighbors yard and left them there for a couple week. I cancelled all services today (which they are also inconsistent as hell on cut days...never hardly come the same day every week) after getting home yesterday to find that the cut crews morphed their laziness further by not only leaving the palm branches where they had been, but they simply mowed around them. So now the grass under them is still tall and thick. Again, I tried for weeks to allow them the opportunity to correct any of the issues I called to complain about. Customer service will feed you hot air about taking down notes to pass along to a manager, but it is a pointless gesture attempting to make you feel like something will get done. I can attest that nothing will get done, still.

Today Green Team did pest control and I was so impressed with Danny. He sprayed the house exactly the way I wanted it done. Finally someone that does a thorough job.

Danny always does a top notch job at our home. We went from having a plethora of baby roaches that we couldn t get rid of, to a home completely free of them, and it only took a few applications.

Shawn was polite, professional, and thorough. I have had a great experience with Your Green Team.

We have had the Green team for our pest control for years and are very happy with their service. Just had our interior done and Shawn was very knowledgeable in the treatment specific to the 2 bugs we saw. For a company who is supposed to help nature you sure left alot of flyer blowing all around the surrounding neighborhoods. Very unprofessional. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Update: you all did it again. Your chunky marketing person was dropping papers all over the boyette springs neighborhood. We do not want your trash blowing around our neighborhood.

Danny came out and provided pertinent information to help get rid of some pests we have. Laid some traps to get rid of ants. He also informed me they can do my pipes at the next visit.

Danny did my service today for the first time. I appreciate so much that he call ahead to let me know he was on the way. I like how he answered all my questions and concerns about the indoor service treatment. He was very thorough and sprayed ever room. I am super happy with the service I received today. I 100% recommend Danny as your service tech!

Am done! Time after time after time I have given chances for your company to mow our property. It baffles me why there are notes provided yet the crews do not read the notes. Because we have a fence does not mean the property stops at the fence. It has been conveyed NUMEROUS times what area behind the fence is ours and the crews still cannot get it right. I have defended negative reviews and I have recommended the company. No longer. I am now going to request quotes from other companies. It is not my job to supervise your employees. I have sent pictures, I have had the area manager out, I have called and texted. After giving this many opportunities for your company to get this right and it s still, more often than not, not being done correctly I may be just one customer and you may not find that detrimental word of mouth can go a long way.

Have definitely seen an improvement since using Your Green Team for our yard fertilization! Quentin and Harley from the Orlando location serviced our yard today. They did a great job, and were very knowledgeable about the types of treatments and how we should adjust our irrigation schedule based on the needs of our lawn. Highly recommend you give these guys a call!

Tell your workers if they are dropping flyers at the door to pitch your services, dont cut and walk right through the home owners flower bed and grass.

Just canceled my service. I had asked numerous times for a call/text prior or at least ring the doorbell before you start service so I could put my dog up. Didn t do it once and called and was assured it wouldn t happen again. Happened again and the tech sprayed my dog with pesticide. Went out to talk to him and said he s supposed to call and he just shrugged at me. Don t trust these people.

Horrible service. I had lawn care, lawn mowing and pest control with them. Lawn mowing was done very poorly every time. Lawn care only got my lawn getting worst since they started. They did not do weed control only until it was getting bad and I had to keep calling to complain. I had to be calling all the time to be on top of them. Terrible service and experience.

DO NOT USE THEM. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before trying them. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for 2 years. Went through multiple promises with manager saying, Ill take care of the issue,it was the spraying technicians fault and they fired him. I paid every month and most of the time they didnt show up. Excuses truck broke down, we thought a different truck came, fired technician, etc. Twice they showed up with the truck and had no water so couldnt do anything. I took it off auto pay demanding a manager come look at the yard because it was turning into nothing but weeds and bugs and it looked like they were killing the sod and not the weeds. Finally, a manager used to be a technician insisted.He was gonna come out and spray himself. I received a phone call on Friday they were coming out for a retreat and taking care of me. Monday nobody shwed up and still today nobody showed up so I Called again and the representative who made all the promises to fix my lawn told me that the manager and I agreed to cancel service. Never the case. What was agreed upon?Was that were gonna keep coming and doing retreatments until they started to see the weeds die and the grass green up. I asked for a refund and even though they canceled for me they still charged me, yet, they are not coming to treat anymore. The sad thing as Ive had multiple companies come to get new quotes.And they have all said that this is the easiest lawn to treat and broad weeds should have died immediately. Instead the weeds are vibrant and taking over.

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE. Ive paid for 2 years, and they are killing my lawn. They cant even green the lawn or kill broadleaf weeds. Broken promises, and when they actually show up they run out of water and cant spray or dont have the proper equipment. Sadly this was brand new celebration bermuda when I hired them. Absolutely Horrible Beware sighted up with them said they would be at my Home in a week two weeks later they showed up. New Guy every month. Supposed to treat all my plants never did. Last time only treated my front lawn never went in the back. Have Cameras all around my Property Tried to get a hold to complain to the Manager but he would not call back So I Fired Them! Beware once they got ur payment you will never be able to get a hold of them. If they are licensed they should suspend them !

They are good on mowing, but fail at spraying, trimming bushes, lawn weeds.

This company has managed to not only kill my bushes, kill my palm tree but I also have the worst looking lawn on the block for over a year as they have been trying to fix the damage they have done. Left flyers on all of our doors here in Orlando in a gated no soliciting neighborhood community. I contacted our HOA board who received several more complaints from other neighbors regarding the illegal solicitation.

I have received my First Service today, Jose Vargas did it and it was impressive! He provided a thoroughly work in my front and back yard. Also, he provided advise of how much water and how short we should cut our sod. Also, as promised I have received a Text message with details of the process today. It was great! So I was aware what he is spraying on it. I hope This great service continues as today moving forward. Thank you Green Team!!

I switched to the Green team and started their service in September for lawn care, and mowing. I am very please with their services. Shawn who comes once a month to complete fertilization, spraying of weeds and so much more. Shawn always calls me before he starts to inform he has arrived at my property. He ask if there are any issues and tells me what services I m receiving. Shawn always gives great advice on how to maintain my lawn. Shawn is a great asset to the Green Team!

My lawn is already looking better than most of my neighbors after only 3 months of service. I have lawn care and yard/pest control services stacked. They come on the scheduled day. Very unethical business. Have some great people working for them, however their billing practices upon cancelation is horrendous. I urge anyone signing up for them to document what was said upon signing up so you have proof in the event you need to dispute something. These guys are a sham. theyve somehow stacked these reviews. Look at all the 1 stars like mine. Weeds everywhere. In and out in 5 minutes. Techs change every other month. They wont let you speak to an owner. Finally 2 weeks after terminating, the manager Joshua came out and said the problem was my sprinklers didnt cover enough. I couldnt believe it. This company out to be shut down. IF I HAD TIME TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT I WOULD.

I wouldn t recommend this company for lawn fertilization. I was told they aerated our lawn but what they didn t know was I was home that day when they came and left in under 5 minutes. Lawn definitely not aerated like they said. Also, we take care of our lawn and I don t see any difference from our last company however they said that there was so much more they would do to get it to look better. It s really hard to find a company like they that will actually do what you paid them to do. I just canceled the service and they could have cared less, when I told them my frustrations were they didn t even say a word.

Do not use this people horrible service from the start , Burnt my lawn took many phone calls and 2 months to replace sod, broke 5 sprinkler heads and wouldn t give a refund when we fired them I would give the no stars *update* Jennifer responded and said we should be happy that they changed the sod How about the 5 sprinkler heads and the fact you didn t cut my yard and still charged me ? Yea DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WE THESE GUYS !!!!!!

The worst company I ever dealt with. They promise and dont deliver. They overcharged me. When I asked for a refund, they said they will have to talk to the field supervisor to get a refund approved after finding out what happened for missing to perform some services. Their tech dont perform a complete job, however, they report that they did perform. I ended up discontinuing the service in less than 2 month and they never had intention to refund my money.
