We have been using Green Life for 5 years now, and our experience with them has been great. They do great work at a reasonable price. They are always on time. Call the day before they come, and leave a notice informing us what they did. They also give us pointers to help keep our lawn looking great, which it does. Will continue using them.

I had lot of weed growing in, They took targeting operation and clear with grass back in the spot using fertilizer, found them reasonable price than competitors and knowledgeable

We had been having trouble with weeds and grass not growing in our yard, and we called GreenLife and they spent over an hour walking through the yard with us and we re very detailed as to what they would be doing. We had them for 11 months and in the beginning all was well and we listened to everything they told us to do, then it went downhill. They burnt our grass two times and we called them out on it, and they said it was their fault and they would fix it. The owner, Curtis was to come out and we were to talk to him. He never came out and would not take a call. Our service person, Kyle did come out and my husband walked the yard with him. We had been very forgiving, as we wanted to work with them. Kyle and my husband had a plan that he would come by weekly to just see the yard while in the area and that did not happen. We have now had to have sod replaced, find another company to take care of our yard and have spent more money than we needed to, to try and get our yard back. I do not recommend GreenLife, especially when an owner won t call or show up.

Good service, knowledgeable technicians!

I had them for a couple of years started developing dead spots was constantly told that it s not getting enough water even during raining season! Kyle the main tech killed parts of my yard however try to repair by placing sod squares without proper leveling if I had known he didn t know what he was doing I would ve never let him complete. I then helped replace a larger portion of Sod on my yard with additional sod squares! Three days later he came back and sprayed the yard within two days dead spots started developing rapidly killing the grass when confronted about it again being told that I m not watering it enough 15 yards in the Riverview Park Creek Community have the same scorch patches in their yards! Unfortunate to say they will not STAND up to their mistakes with their mixing compounds! I would never suggest ever ever ever ever use them! GREENLIFE ENVIRONMENTAL YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS

This is worst company to do business with. He serviced my yard without my permission and billed me for it, I did not pay the bill so he sent it to the collection agency, and now the collection agency is telling me to pay or my credit will be affected. What gives him right to do this. I wish I could give -5 stars. Dont do business with this guy, he is all about money, as far as the service, it sucks. Dont believe anything he tells you, its all lies, he never stands behind his promise or service. Make sure you set up cameras to be sure he is servicing your yard. In my experience, I just see an invoice.

Best investment ever! We started using Green Life just two months ago when we moved to the area. Our grass was suffering. Weeds, brown spots. But now, what a difference. We couldnt be happier. And we cant say enough about the quality of the service. They are so nice and highly informative. A great business with great people. We wouldnt go with anyone else.

I have used this company for over 5+yrs. The tech was always attentive and would leave notes on the bill that he would leave. But it seems every year I was getting some type of grass burnout in the same spots. I was always told that either the area was not getting enough water or the turf wasnt good. I have replaced the grass now twice. This year they left a large chemical burn in my front and side yard. The tech denied doing it , but who else treats my grass but Green Life. He said he talked to Curtis and that he wasnt going to repair the area even after Ive had 2 other reliable lawn people tell me it was a chemical burn. The tech said he would take care of it the next week at his own expense so I agreed. Well 2 weeks went by and no answer to my many texts. I finally just called the tech and he apologized and said he would be out towards the end of the week when his schedule was open. Again , no show. The tech would always add more granular fertilizer to combat the burnout problems but was in fact creating the burnout problems by over fertilizing which does burn the lawn out. After being a loyal customer for 5+yrs. I called the company to tell them I was cancelling due to improper fertilizer applications. The office manager did call back to let me know that the cancellation will be taken care of, she was very short with me and never apologized or tried to keep my business. So much for any type of customer loyalty!!

A response like this from whoever is running your social media is exactly why i left the one stars for professionalism!! Not the first time I ve reached out to this company and gotten excuses about why they can t do their jobs right!

Green Life has been caring for my lawn for a few years now. In the first year they had turned it from 50+% weeds to probably less than 5% weeds. Other companies treat other lawns nearby and my lawn almost always looks better. Ive gotten a lot of unsolicited compliments, especially in the winter. Theyve always been attentive and courteous. This is the company to go with!

Just started using them but they seem wonderful so far. They did a great job explaining to me what the previous company was failing. Lawn already looks healthier.

Absolutely terrible that a company can come into someone elses community and throw their post cards all over the ground Ive went around to all mailboxes and threw all away in the trash!! All 6 must have about 300 post cards oh so sad TRASH THEY GO!!

If I could put -5 stars I would. This company treats their costumers like garbage. Paid $70 every 3 months for pest control. They said we do it every 3 months and we spray outside if you still have problems inside, we will come in and will do the treatment inside . They came and sprayed outside in the beginning of August. We started having problems with earwigs. We called the company and asked to come in to spray inside we were told that the owner was the only one who could do it but he was out of town. The next week comes and we call them again but we were told that the owner is sick. Then the next week they told us he would come at a certain time and they never called or showed up. They finally sent somebody out that wasn t the owner and didn t have all the supplies to treat our problem. So we called again to set a time to come in before 3. We texted them at 2:45 asking where he is they said he can come in 30 min even tho they knew we won t be home. Then they said he will come on Wednesday. It is now Tuesday the day before and they told us they are no longer continuing our pest service. The entire month they never contacted us we had to contact them. The owner claims my husband demanded that he come out on Labor Day or we would bring business elsewhere. That is incorrect. He did not realize Monday was Labor Day and once he did, he said Tuesday. We did demand they come out. This was after we switched plans around our lives the week before (after waiting 3 weeks mind you) for him to be out at 5pm one day and no call no shows. His secretary follows up the next day saying I had no idea he didn t show up or call, i m so sorry . This is fantastic customer service. It took 3 weeks to get anybody to come out when we have a big pest issue and then he sends a worker who doesn t have all the supplies as if to say, we don t care . We wouldn t have been in the situation to demand somebody come out if it would have been handled properly. We pay for a service and have to kill 10 bugs a day in our own home and it s been a month. Bottom line. Terrible terrible, TERRIBLE.

Curtis should spend less time responding to his clients Google reviews and more time contacting his clients directly when they have needs. He truly seemingly does not care about his clients enough. His poor secretary has to deal with us when he doesn t show up to peoples homes or take care of problems. In over his head. Great company if you want green grass but other than that, good luck if you need something or have an issue. Better luck getting the president out to your home.

Green life has done a great job with my lawn. Had some bad spots not caused by me. Klye/ lawn tech came in and worked with those spots and came up with a game plan, and executed it to a tee. Kyle updates me ever time he comes out, on what is happening to the grass and the next course of action to get my grass green and healthy and to maintain that healthy condition.

Needed sod for the entire yard after a new pool installation. Service was prompt and price was fair. Overall great experience and would use again if needed.

I called last Friday asking for a quote. Juanita tired her best to get someone out that day but it was too late in the day. No problem. Matt and Ryan showed up first thing this morning. Matt took the time to explain the process and gave me hope that my yard isnt a lost cause. No pressure - just great information. They were even able to do the first treatment right away - looking forward to their monthly visits. Thank you!

Worse customer service ever. Green Life performed a service that was not agreed upon. I called to have someone come to give an estimate along with other lawn companies. They took it upon themselves to render a service that I didn t ok. The Owner was extremely RUDE and was talking at us instead of trying to resolve the issue. It took him over 3 weeks to finally return our call. He hung up on my husband because he was frustrated about the service he didn t ok. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I am new to Florida and was in need of a complete plant and lawn service. I spoke with several companies, but chose Green Life Environmental. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. I have received 3 monthly treatments, and have been very pleased with the service, my lawn tech (Kyle) and the quality of my lawn and plants. Their pricing and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them to treat your lawn and plant care.

I have had 5 different lawncare companies since I moved to FL. Curtis (owner) of Greenlife and his staff have always been a pleasure to work with. They are fair priced and have always delivered a great result with our yard. Even stepping in two different times to fix other companies mistakes! The initial time I switch to them and then again when I left to give another company a chance, but I came running back after a couple months. I highly recommend Greenlife!

Saint Augustine yard was in rough shape. Chris got it handled quickly. Yard is beautiful and green. Very helpful with watering tips also!

We were introduced to Green Life by our next door homeowner whose lawn was healthier than ours and looks good. Green Life has been taking care of our lawn since that encounter almost a year now including the trees, shrubs, etc. Maintenance has been welcomed. We re extremely happy with the way our lawn looks and Kyle the Spray Tech is very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the work provided. Kyle has educated us on how to maintain the lawn in comparison to previous company whose workers were not doing the job but placing the placard on the lawn indicating job completed and with their negligent our lawn was damaged. Were very satisfied with the work provided by Green Life Enviromental. Keep up the good work!!

Abbott- They do our yard spraying and maintenance of our sod (which was just laid last summer , etc. Chris is awesome and on top of everything. He is very knowledgeable of what any problem may be and exactly what needs to be done. Very thorough with explaining what we need to do and the detailed invoices with his additional notes are awesome.

In the last 2 years I have had 2 weeds/bug service. None were able to get rid of my crabgrass. Green Life came out once and I saw it dying. After the second service I can see a huge difference. The grass is thicker and greener. They were only $8 more a mth and they come out every 4wks not 6.

Our yard was beginning to show damage from insects. I had many questions and Chris took the time to answer them all. He also looked at our sprinkler system and corrected some settings to ensure it was set in a way to help our lawn recover.

Sales guy agreed to spray inside for free to get my business. Asked for them to spray inside and the rep tells me he will in his next service call a month away. The rep Stovall is dishonest and I trust him less than the kids I coach and teach. Back to a real lawn service who doesn t lie and can actually hold up their word. What a joke.

Terrible communication. Do NOT hire if you have any dogs/children. One of the big selling points behind this company was that they told us they would call in advance (usually the day before) to let us know what day they would be spraying our property. They do not spray on the same day every month, so this was important information to us. After being with them for several years now, I can honestly say about 95% of the time - they do NOT bother calling. I have called numerous times asking them to please make sure they give us a heads up, and they continue to disappoint us. They also very rarely bother answering the phone. I am tired of being inconvenienced by this company every single month and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

That old saying the grass isnt always greener on the other side mustve been looking at a lawn not kept up by Greenlife. Its simple, the results speak for itself. Happy customer here.

I used another company for a year-and-a-half because they said they would keep on coming back until they got it right which they never did, weeds, brown spots, shrubs dying, etc. Then I got referred to Curtis at Green Life and within 4 months they got my yard absolutely perfect and my front shrubs which I had planned on digging up thinking they were too old, they got them better than Ive seen in 20 years. Ive already had two neighbors asking for their numbers.

This is a terrible company. I had a small area of dead grass which they told me was from lack of water. After getting sprinklers fixed and watering area nightly the dead area grew to half of my lawn. Clearly a fungus or bug eating my yard. When confronting Curtis, I was told they would not be fixing my yard and they dropped my service. Very unprofessional and extremely difficult to get in touch with. Do not use this company.

NOW I see why their BBB rating is an F. Yes, you read that correctly, an F....Irony, I just read Ricks review and the absolute SAME thing happened to us. Green life killed a 4x4 square patch of our yard, it literally died 2 days after they fertilized it. When I asked why it died 2 days after they said cinch bugs..Really? a perfect 4x4 square of cinch bugs? Not the same spot where the guy took a phone call while fertilizing the lawn. Even worse we had sold the home so we spent 160$ replacing the spot for the new buyers. NOW, 2 years later we have a bill for 45$ from a collection agency. WHAT??? We didnt even own the home when the supposed service was offered. NEVER received a bill, I have EVERY payment and the service cancellation email confirmation. I do not have a recommendation for another lawn company but I am pretty sure ANY lawn company is better than this one.

Called to reslove an issue with one of their guys touch my sprinkler system control box to improve irrigation that caused my system to cycle for 4 hours in a loop. And caused my bill to be extremely high. No one seems to care at this company. Update: It official they don t care about their customers, and the manger owner or whoever Curtis is does not care about handling any mishap or misunderstanding with his customers. I can see why their rating keep going down. Because they just don t care. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Green Life has dramatically improved health of my lawn over the course of a few months. St. Augustine turf is now thriving and filling bare spots which offered little hope previously. To my surprise, Green Lifes service technician takes the time to discuss suggestions for care of my lawn and ornamental shrubs rather than leave an obscure note at my door. He listens to my concerns and we jointly agree to a plan for ongoing maintenance.
