Have been a long time customer (5+ years) at my home in Lakeland, but service has recently started to go downhill quickly. Brown spots in front, back, and side yards and its the middle of summer. Also grass is not anywhere as thick as it used to be. My neighbor is a longtime customer as well and she has similar problems. When I spoke to the call center to report this (to CDAVIS70), I received very poor service who wasnt willing to offer anything except a sorry. This is not acceptable for the amount that is being charged for this service. Edit: corporate has called and are helping to resolve the issue. Grass is starting to improve, still needs work.

First treatment today with trugreen as we switched from another company. Good discussion with the technician and explained my concerns and he answered my questions. Too early to see results but i will keep you posted.

Supposed to call before they show up. They didnt. They showed up unannouced when i wasnt home. Did a service. Auto billed me. I called for months multiple times refusing to pay. No manager ever called me to resolve it as i was promised someone would. Theyre just going to allow it to go to collections. Will never use them again. Service was officially cancelled.

I was a New customer and my first treatment was a bust! The service tech arrived and walked to my front door rang the doorbell and then walked back to his truck. He got out and walked to my side gate and back to his truck. He marked my services complete and went on his way. I immediately called the Customer Service number and reported what happened. They contacted a supervisor locally in Tampa and said he would come back. I have cancelled their services and have requested a Manager or Supervisor to contact me. I have been waiting a few days without response! Please contact me! Please call me from a Phone Number Registered to your company.

One star is enough for this terrible service, 7 months after and my backyard is getting terrible, I hired this service for weed control and the weed still, my backyard specially looks terrible, it was better before Trugreen. I have now 3 types of grass. Management is terrible I have more than 3 months waiting for a manager to come. Trugreen is handling this just waiting to finish the 12 months agreement. But I need and I want my land beautiful again. If you read this do not hire this company or if you ate the manager I highly recommend you to show up.

Ive been charged for two services in one day before (observed the worker spray across the yard once). I was suppose have a supervisor reach out to me, no one did. They keeping pushing up services, trying to do them every 2 weeks, not every 4-6 like originally advertised. Attempting to try and speak to anyone in the customer service department takes over an hour (unless you want to upgrade services). Go elsewhere for your lawn services...

The person was here after we had the message. We saw him using a house in our lawn. We went out before he left. Our lawn seems okay. Some of the weeds have dried but there still some others. Hopefully, the lawn will get better.

I prepaid for their pest services especially mosquitoes. I ended up getting bit more they dont call in advance to notify you they are coming they just send someone...huge lack of communication

Efficient and effective.

They are liars do not use their services. I hired them for one thing and they never showed up to cut my grass. The sales representative lied to me. I explained to him over and over again i needed my grass cut, he kept asking me for my debit card which i felt like it was a rush never got any information from them. This company is a scam. I paid for the service and they never fulfilled their end of the bargain.

We used them for a year. Weeds got worse and worse. Lawn got worse and worse. They called every month to up-sell us for some new service. Switched to another company that is cheaper and lawn is way better after a couple months.

Watch the kids spraying. Make sure they get the corners and slow down so they cover the yard correctly.

Leroy is the best ever. He took his time and explained how the grass here is different. He told me how to water the grass properly for optimum growth. He is very polite and knowledgeable about lawn care and the maintenance of grass here in FL. With Leroy serving my grass it will be healthy and growing in no time.

The bare spots in the lawn have disappeared, which is great. However the weeds continue to outgrow the grass. My biggest complaint is that I have received several phone calls from this company telling me that the trees and shrubs on my property are infected and need further treatment. The thing is I have no trees and shrubs. Yesterday I received another call that plants and flowers in my yard had some type of infestation. For the last two days I ve been in my yard working in my garden, and I haven t seen this at all. So I interpret this as true Green, wanting to offer me more services for more money that I don t need. For this reason, I will not be continuing my contract when it s up with this company.

Grass is not doing any better. In fact, it looks mostly brown as compared to green. My bank account is growing closer to zero, though. I believe it needs a top soil added, then resodded. Have not met the technicians yet.

I started using Trugreen in July of this year after sodding my yard and a couple a couple issues prompted me to call Trugreen. They handled my concerns promptly with the last two visits offered at no charge. This along with the techs desire to solve my issues coupled with Trugreens commitment to customer satisfaction is truly notable.

So far so good, I m on my 3rd Tree and Lawn service and after a few months and some answered questions I finally feel better about my lawn. What I was spending on guessing and internet knowledge was costing me more than the actual service, go figure.

***WARNING ANIMAL ABUSE *** Lawn care specialist Jaylen B showed up to do his job at my property, he called my phone but I missed his call, so I forward the number to my husband and he called him back letting him know NOT TO COME IN THE PROPERTY, WE DO NOT WANT OUR YARD SERVICED UNTIL THEY COME AND PROPERLY MEASURE OUR YARD AND CHARGE US CORRECTLY. ( he was still out of the yard at this point) So he agreed and left. Only our property cameras caught this man inside our yard, treating our lawn!!! Our big dog was out and was barking at Jaylen, even with him barking at him coming towards him he didnt leave the premises. He proceeded to do his job while my dog was behind him ,barking at him. At one point my dog got close to him barking, Jaylen SPRAYED MY DOG IN THE FACE with whatever he was testing my lawn! I am livid!! He shouldnt have been in my property to begin with! What if my dog bit him? My poor dog was abused by this man. Their bill states to stay off lawn until the first settles and this wack job sprayed my dog in his face. Jaylen left a note on our bill talking about how nice of a dog we have. Disgusting human being. Doesnt know how to respect anyone or anything. I hope he gets fired after Im done with management. We specifically told him not to do anything to our yard. We have photos and videos of this abuse.

The customer support is excellent - always helpful - not pushy - let it be your decision - layout what s available and needed for a beautiful yard. I m really happy I switched. The soliciting at all hours when rejected multiple times to the point it seems to be harassment. If a business has to go door to door this aggressively they need to look at what they are doing wrong.

1st time using Tru Green and overall a very positive experience. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My only issue was he left my side gate wide open when he left and I have dogs.

The agent was very confused, probably due to incorrect notes he was given. Clearly there were brown patches but, at 7:27 am, he rang doorbell to ask ME where the issue was, whereas I had described it in detail when scheduled. Before treating, he hesitantly picked up a tiny piece of grass besidethe 2ft brown patch & said this?I said no, the large brown patch right there. He then said its dead but later said its going to take a couple months to grow back as if waiting for me to advise not to treat it. I had to run and he was still observing it when I left. I dont get the feeling he treated it.

Today it s my first service, I m expecting better results and experience that the one I had with my las company.

Terrible service, terrible treatment, and terrible customer service. I was sold a service and then told I need to upgrade and pay more to receive that service. Very deceptive and not professional. I will be sure to never use this company again AND not refer to any of my clients or friends.

Do NOT recommend! I keep having fire ants in my yard and they treated my yard for fire ants. Now they say my yard doesn t have fire ants in which it STILL does. They want me to pay for a different kind of treatment for different ants; which I do not have. These people don t know what they are taking about. I recommend everyone to take your money somewhere else.

I called them one time to inquire about their lawn mowing service which it says they did online, and when they told me they don t offer that on the phone, I told them I wasn t interested in their other services. I received COUNTLESS calls the same day from multiple employees, text messages, and the next day, they showed up at my door! This is all after I told them to stop bothering me because they didn t have the service I wanted. Clearly they don t have their ducks in a row at this company as they kept pestering me after telling multiple people to stop contacting me. Do not bother calling them unless you are ready to be hassled for the next few days.

Tru Green is the only company that produces results. Positive results. My past companies never achieved the richness a lawn should look like. Tru Green keeps you totally informed when their specialist will be at your home. I received notifications when they would arrive and a text with a picture of the specialist. Great time to review any issues.

I have had the TruHealth Lawn Plan with TRUGREEN for several years. My lawn has never looked so green and healthy. They are very profesional and you can reach them anytime. Their service is excellent. Their lawn care specialists are very cordial and available if you have any questions or comments about your lawn.

Used them for well.over a year, and I did not see a significant difference in the appearance of my lawn. My money was not well spent.
