Creating outdoor areas that bring joy is our goal with ever design install we provide. Stone walk ways connecting outdoor areas is a great way to create an impactful focal point. This company seemed like a great idea. DON'T RISK YOUR PROPERTY DAMAGE! They don't take responsibility for the people who work for them, they hire contactors. The contractors barely respond and they also take 0 responsibility for their actions. They did our lawn a hand full of times, no one else touched our property. The last session, they sliced our entire screened in porch open((which was when I ended service)), they shattered 3 of our sprinkler heads, we just found the casing for our internet cable is shattered as well((never was before)) not to mention, they cut the grass so short that the lawn cooked in the heat, now in dealing with a ton of property damage and a half dead lawn. I have NEVER delt with someone so unprofessional in my entire life. On top of all of the issues, the contractor responded to me with this, "We didn't break anything" the over head company, lawn guru said they aren't responsible for anything. Tell me how this is even remotely legal? They did no investigation into what our complaints were, I wish I could give a negative rating, this company is a complete hoax, don't trust them.
Just wanted the grass pulled from my plants in the front. Ended up paying over 1k for the lawn to look good but the grass still remained. Was promised that they would come back and pulled it then provider disappeared and transferred my account. Lawn Guru did not help me at all even though I had Messages and proof. Horrible company and I have Small easy lawn and am willing to pay to dollar.

Do not use this service. Very poor customer service and the people they get to do the yards do no show up or communicate well. Very disappointing services.
Unprofessional and a waste of your time. They allow the service providers to accept the job and lie about performing the task. Avoid this company at all cost. If negative ratings were an option, this company would surely qualify.

I use them one time and today was the last time. The gentleman came name norm came to My yard and was complaining about $35. He went out and took the company that my yard was overgrown what it was not thank you. They charged me the $47 after telling me $35 additional 23 dollarso 70 bucks to do my yard that is absolutely horrible. My yard was not. Overgrown and they didnt do a good job. They missed a bunch of spots absolutely horrible that man norm is A thief and a liar he will rob you If you use this company and a man comes up to your door a black man and his name is norm do not use him he is a thief and a liar
Applied through app, service not done. Still fighting my 89$. Just wanted to start with the short story. They took my money then put a fixIt ticket in and told me to reply within 48 hours with pictures that my lawn wasnt done to a certain address, after the 48 hours!!! ALL THROUGH TEXT, lawn person has not completed the job even though they took my money.
