Awesome service!!

Grass progressively got worse in both the front and back yard. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it never improved.

First I received the wrong items and had to take pics and wait until they picked up the wrong items, after finally getting what I ordered, the blower has a part missing and the paper work, instructions and warranty was not in the box. This business is not very professional. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am still not able to use what I have ordered and paid for.

This company is amazing! Very accommodating! I have had them service me at my apartment complex and my new residence. Jeff both times was awesome very professional.The pricing is also very reasonable! Definitely recommend! Update on services. I just had Green Work come to my house today for a spray and Justin was very professional and did above and beyond this company is amazing thank you guys so much.

Greenworks has been taking care of our lawn for almost 8 years now. They ve always listened when we call for a request. Our front lawn was repaired after a huge big infestations our first years. Now, with our new Technician, Eric, he has been communicating with us sharing how he is tackling the weed infestation in our lawn from our bordering HOA lawns.

I highly recommend Greenworks. They have completely turned around my lawn. Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Our tech Sean always gives us thoughtful feedback and helpful tips. Our lawn has completely turned around in the last few months. Their pricing is also fair. I used to work for a large lawn company for years and can tell you will full confidence youre wasting your money elsewhere. Highly recommend.

We are so pleased we chose Greenworks! Eric is the technician in charge of our route and he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our yard is cared for and is going to look the best it ever has. We feel we are in very good hands!

Tech communicates day before treating my yard so I can communicate any concerns and then day of treatment communicates any concerns. Between monthly treatments if I have a concern he will come the next day to treat the area.

I saw a sign for Greenworks in a different neighborhood in town and wrote down their number. I have now used this company for a year and have never had any problems at all. Today, I happened to be home when Sean arrived to service my home. I bumped into him while he was here and I feel lucky that I did. His knowledge, advice and the time he took to explain the importance of some items I was overlooking was much appreciated. Sean was the definition of professional, and to be honest, I feel like I have taken for granted the services he has been providing to my home. I now realize its his knowledge of knowing what to do, when to do it, and how much of it to do at the correct time, that is the reason I have the best yard on the street. They were very diligent in applying weed control on my yard abs taking care of the and and bugs in and around my home. Not to mention, in less than a year, my yard went from patchy and unhealthy, to a full, lush landscape. Im very happy.

I have been with S&O Greenworks for 8 years and love their services. The lawn has always looked beautiful. The quote was fair even offering a military discount. I get excellent, quick customer service when needed. Brian came out on a special trip to explain how the grass goes dormant for the winter and there would be some brown areas until it wakes up. The ladies in the office are always professional and quick to answer the phone or reply to emails. I recommend them on local neighborhood pages whenever someone is looking for lawn care because I appreciate the excellent service and would like to share it with others.

I ve been using Greenworks to maintain my lawn and landscaping for about 5 years and have always been 100% satisfied with their service. My lawn always looks among the best in the neighborhood. Recently I had an irrigation problem which I neglected for several months. The Greenworks crew diligently communicated the problem and advised me how to correct it. They applied extra products and came back between scheduled visits to monitor progress and encourage me. My lawn looks great again and the credit goes to my Greenworks crew.

S & O Greenworks is the best! Our grass is beautiful, full and green , they do a fantastic job! They even take time to move our trash can back to its place on the side of our house, I was impressed with this act of kindness because that shows their strong commitment to customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond.

I would like to pay the highest compliment to Nikko. Since he has been doing our yard for about a year it has never looked as good as it looks now. Nikko is very detailed and pays attention to the needs of our yard. In the 20+ years since we built our house, we have had many lawn care services and without a doubt Nikko has out performed the other services. I have used S&O Greenworks for years as well as my neighbors on each side of me. We have the best lawns in our community. I ve also referred other friends to them who used another service and their lawns have hugely improved over their previous providers. I had my service yesterday and found a video on my Ring device where my technician brought my garbage cans up to my garage door from the street. There was no reason for him to do this other than being a great person which is hard to find these days! Shout out to S&O and their great team of employees! Customer for life!

SNO Greenworks is awesome!

This company is terrible and has no integrity. They performed a hornet & wasp service and they damaged the soffit under my roof. I brought it to their attention and all they gave me was excuses why they would not fix the problem they caused. I went to the franchise owner and he did nothing but protect his workers. The very pole devise he claim could not reach my soffit was shown to reach it when he came by. Still, he would not claim fault. I have canceled my service with them and if I could give them a negative star, they would get that rating! Terrible customer support! Use them at your own risk!

From the moment we spoke to them I knew we made the right decision. So knowledgeable and and friendly. We had weeds galore, dead areas and ants so bad we could not enjoy our own yard! After the first treatment the ants were wiped out and now our lawn is looking better and better. Would recommend to everyone!

Very good pest control services at a reasonable price

I asked this company for a quote to treat my lawn for fertilizer and pest (Front and Back) Once the tech arrived I was told they could ONLY fertilize my front and not back. Because I had some grass in the back the 12 yr tech has never saw in his career . He said he couldn t guarantee results. I said no problem, just treat anyway ill pay and I ll sign a waiver that youre not liable. after explaining this over a 15 minute discussion he STILL said no. He denied me service anyway stating specifically We ONLY treat St Augustine and Zoysia grass, it even says that on the website . I go to the website and there s a question asking what type of grass do you have listing types, why not just say in bold We ONLY service St Augustine and Zoysia. Curious I begin to ask my neighbors who have service with this same company if they have their back yard fertilizer treated. Turns out they seem to only treat front yards of easy homes, so they can slap their sign on as advertisement. As a veteran I ve deal with many companies, but never one that denies a willing, informed and paying customer. Eventually I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was called by the same technician. Pretty much stating the same thing he told me at my home. I hate to leave negative reviews. I RARELY do as a former business owner, but this was 100% bad business. Do better Greenworks.... Do better.

Want to give a shoutout to edwin for coming out to my house! He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and he was very conscious of being safe with the chemicals and my pets. He was also very knowledgeable and explain to me what I needed to do in order to prevent future outbreaks. Had this company come out to look at our shrubs and replace our current lawn care team. Expressed to them during the initial walk that we had concerns with the shrubs and needed some attention. Great sales pitch and agreed to move forward with the company. Fast forward a week or so, they came out and did the initial treatment - except they didnt touch the shrubs. Contacted management regarding this and told me they would come out on Monday between 8-10 am - Monday came and went. Contacted management again but only was able to speak to admin - she informed me that a manager would call. Management didnt call and i tried one more time - got a hold of the admin again and she couldnt get management to call me back.

Last summer I thought I could handle spraying for weeds, fertilize and save money by taking over the process from S&O. I spent too much time, energy and money trying to keep up so I rehired S&O. Trent does a great job managing the process and my yard always looks great.

Need to improve their service. Maintenance was not satisfied. How to responding is most important. But they did not!

Professional company. They really helped out getting my grass to look its best. We battled with some nasty weeds that just would not go away. They were able to get rid of them. All of their techs are super nice and friendly.

Killed about 1/2 acre of zoysia grass. Can t get any response from management after at least 4 attempts to speak with them. Michelle in the office is very professional but the management is nonexistent. There is nothing worse in business than someone who won t stand behind their product. Hoping Karma is real.

Started with this company because of how amazing a near by lawn looks that they service. My lawn was in great shape but wanted whatever touch that lawn was getting. Also gave them the heads up that last year one section of my lawn was decimated by web worms Used them for 2 months, then wet season and bug season came. My lawn developed a fungus and moths (adult web worms) were out of control and doing serious damage to my lawn. Figured as professionals, that they would be proactive with fungus and the web worms since knowing my issues from last year. Well, no such luck. Called several times to give them the opportunity to control the bugs and fungus but with 2 more applications nothing changed. I couldnt stand by and watch my lawn get destroyed like last year. Owner didnt care or even bat an eye when I said I wasnt sure I felt comfortable to continue service. He basically said BYE. Talked a good game to earn a customer but clearly not interested in keeping a customer. Disappointed but not surprised per other reviews.

We tried. They get great reviews from friends and family who all live in our area. We actually have recommended them to people without ever using the service because they obviously do a great job. We put down new St. Augustine sod this year and immediately called for an estimate. We didnt get the email as promised and finally called today - could have been an email issue but the person on the phone dished up several excuses. One was that we live outside of their service area. Really? See sentence #2 above. Another was that they dont take care of bahia so either they went to the wrong house or someone takes lousy notes. In any event, if they dont want the account for some reason -- just be honest about it.

I purchased my home 5 months ago and the backyard needed a lot of help. The grass was in such bad shape that I actually considered hiring someone to resod the entire area. S&O Greenworks maintained my yard at our previous home so I called them to see what they thought I should do for this home. Jose was fantastic and set up a monthly plan to bring the lawn back to life. Today, I am thrilled with the results and we enjoy being able to host family and friends in our yard. I am still a new customer to S&O Greenworks (4 months)however they saved my newly sodded lawn in a short amount of time and the lawn looks better and better with every visit from S&O. My service tech is professional,knowledgeable and courteous Additionally i did call for extra service last week and the lady on the phone made me feel like i was bothering her or something. And it came as no big surprise that no one showed up. I will follow up with my service guy on that.

This is the worst business ever. When I first started my grass was in great condition. When I acquired their services, my grass slowly started to deteriorate. They purposely kill your grass to keep you for a long time to pretend to show improvements. I have fungicides in my lawn and asked them to treat it for several months and they refused to do it. I have also asked them to add a granular fertilizer after the first application 4 months later and they refused to do it. They mix these weird concoctions that just do damage with the chemicals they put in the grass. My neighbor is going through the same experience as well. His grass was great, but they started to kill his grass. Enough is enough! I cancelled my account and so did my neighbor. I also came to find that 10 other neighbors within my neighborhood also use S&O and are also going through the same struggles as well. Everyone is cancelling. These people suck. Beware! They are uneducated. I did some simple google searches on my grass and was able to find out I had a disease in my grass from chemicals they were spraying. They continued to say everything is normal. The technician was kind enough to leave me a note telling me he found a wet spot in my lawn and thought I might have a leak in my irrigation system. I was able to get it repaired quickly and that meant he saved me from a bigggggg water bill. Glad he was so conscientious.

WOW, WOW, WOW I cant say enough about S/O Greenworks. My grass was starving for attention just the weekly watering plan was not enough. After my phone call for help to the company and their initial assessment and plan of action let me tell you, my yard went from rags to riches. Within weeks all my fungus, brown spots and whatever insect migrations that could ever thrive vacated my yard. I can claim VICTORY HIP HIP HOORAY I m guarantee yard of the month. My yard is so green and get this the customer service from the office to the techs in the field is exceptional. The techs in the field are more than just people that spray your yard then walk away. THEY ARE TRULY EDUCATED PROFESSIONALS. I can t guarantee but I think they all have degrees in GRASSONOLOY (THAT S MY WORD I M STICKY TO IT). They will call you in advance and will leave written notices of their arrival, departure and a plan of action if needed to address an issue, I RECOMMEND S/O GREENWORKS TO ANYONE THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

S&O Greenworks is simply the single BEST decision I have made since I built a house on a large lot 2 years ago in the Virginia Park subdivision of South Tampa. With so much lawn and shrubbery I was overwhelmed at first trying to care for it myself. Then I discovered this wonderful company caring for other lawns on my street. They all looked magnificent. I hired them a year ago and, as I said, thats the best decision I ever made, because now mine looks wonderful also. Paul and Eric are consummate professionals. More than that, they take great PRIDE and truly CARE about their work. Every month, I watch them in awe. They put down a variety of products designed to kill weeds, eliminate insect pests, feed the grass and the shrubbery, etc, etc. They go over every inch of my large lot meticulously and always do what is necessary for that particular visit. They also blow any debris off my circular driveway! When theyre done, they leave me not just an invoice (for a VERY reasonable fee), but a detailed, hand-written description of what theyve done and what I need to do regarding irrigation. They care about you, they listen & they don t have a one size fits all approach. Every lawn application is calculated & their communication is 5 star! My lawn looks gorgeous so much so that people stop to ask who we use to treat our lawn. Everything Eric comes out, he s friendly, efficient & reliable & always communicates with me if I have any concerns that month about our lawn. If there s an issue mid-month of any specific, I call & they come eighth out if necessary. I highly recommend this biz.

First I d like to start by saying the staff are great. They all went into details about what there company offers. Ethan came out took him time with me because I don t have a green thumb and said we ll take care of u. Then Randell came out for my first visit he was very patient with me as well. The Young lady that answers the phone was very pleasant to speak wit. I d like to thank them all for standing behind there company. I m so impressed only 2 months and my Grass is so pretty and green it s growin healthy. They had a customer I m me for life........

First off let me say that I wish I could give this company negative stars!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hire this company because they do horrible business. This company sent representatives into my neighborhood trying to get business and they made broken promises on how much better my lawn would be. I never seen this company actually spray my yard so Im not even sure they did anything. My yard failed to get any better and when I told them that my yard wasnt better, I was pressured to try and pay more money. I never authorized this company to keep spraying my yard, however I just received a collections notice for services I never authorized nor received. I never signed any contracts with this company and honestly, I dont even truly know how legit this company is. This has been one of my biggest regrets in talking to their representatives. I usually dont even entertain solicitors in the neighborhood and now I know why. I guarantee you will get way more bad press by trying to rob people for a few dollars than just being a stand up company and you will get good press. I hope you realize that karma will come back on you for trying to rob people with horrible service. This company has a pattern of conducting bad business and I wish I would have read all the previous negative reviews.

I would just like to say that our technician, Bakari is very professional and courteous. He calls the day before he is to arrive and answers any questions that I might have. It s really nice to see this extra service in a business nowadays.

The Service worker does a great job and on time. However i got new Sod and did what I was suppose to do watering and even laying out grass feed I still got brown grass and patches of dirt. Would I recommend the company? Absolutely not my bill is my responsibility not to be provided over a voicemail which does not state my full name.

I was referred to S&O by the gentleman that put down my new sod. Ethan was the rep that came out. WHAT AN AMAZING young man. Extremely professional, patient with all my questions and very nice. I could not financially afford the monthly cost but if that changes I will definitely use them!

Ive been using S&O for several years now and the service has always been great. John, our technician, is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and provide input. Recently I had some brown shading on some plants, he took the time to walk me through and explain they were getting too much water and the mulch was keeping the moisture in. I followed his suggestions, greening our hibiscus and saving water.

Most dishonest and inconsistent company I have dealt with. I was a patient customer for over 2 years. I had to continuously call them to report issues with my lawn. They assured me they would address the issues, yet never resolved browning in the lawn and weed control. On top of that, they decided to close my account (without my consent) because they couldnt provide the customer satisfaction I was looking for. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Great company! We had some issues with our lawn around the same time of the freezes this winter. They truly went the extra mile and brought my lawn and shrubs back from the brink of death. Billy and James are true assets to this company. Thank you guys for restoring my faith that really good companies do still exist out there.

At first these guys did a great job, then they started slacking off. Ended up over spraying and practically ruined a brand new fence. Even after coming out to fix the problem i was told its the best they could do. I told them there was weeds and the service wasnt satisfactory. They told me they were going to send someone out, they did not and kep making excuses. My lawn has a fungus, weeds, and doesnt look like they are actually doing what i pay for. I was a customer for over a year and gave them a chance to resolve. The office manager said i would have to pay for a call back, she was rude. The owner seems like a good business owner that cares but his team needs significant improvement.

My Dad recently wrote a letter to Steve, the Owner about his great service and Im putting it online for him. :). My parents live in Brandon and have had S&O service for the past 6 years. I was there last week while Trent was servicing his yard, I went out to ask him a question. He stopped spraying and spoke to me about what was going on with the Moths in his yard as well as mine (Yes, S & O also sprays my yard in Valrico). He was very friendly and informative while talking with me. Trent is actually my tech as well. My Dads yard looks great, green with very few weeds if any at all. He has neighbors wanting their yard to look like his; that speaks volumes! Thanks to S & Os crew for keeping his yard looking good.

I have been with this company a while now and at first things were great. I am unsure of what has happened within the last couple months. My grass is turning brown and weeds are growing in my grass. Yesterday I had to pull weeds from around my sprinkler system just for them to pop up once I did that I saw that my lawn is burned out and ruined. I am going to give the company the opportunity to fix my lawn however my patience is running thin.

Excellent company makes my yard look better than it ever has!

A year and a half ago our lawn was a disaster before S&O took over. Our 2 prior lawn companies had started off ok but then let everything deteriorate so much that we were told our side yard would need to be resodded as it was all weeds and no grass. S&O was able to successfully treat it and today our lawn is in great shape. I will keep crossing my fingers but 5 stars so far...

We have had S&O for at least 3 years and they just keep getting better! Jesus is a lawn jockey magician! He always has great suggestions and I know he speaks whole heartedly for the company! If ever a challenge, Steve the owner has personally come to the house to help. Today he fixed a sprinkler head and advised bigger sprinkler heads would be more efficient for the area. Dont hesitate to hire this company and know you have a hard working team for your lawn needs! S&O you Rock!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this fantastic company. Steve, Eric, and Paul are top-notch professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge along with outmatched customer service to the table. Since I began working with them about a year ago, they have always kept me informed as to what they are doing with my lawn and how I can help make it the best it can be. When I was having trouble with some new landscaping I had installed, Eric spoke with me for almost 20 minutes on the phone to discuss the issues in detail. After that conversation, Steve (the owner of the company) made a personal trip to my house, walked the perimeter with me, and discussed the issues with me for almost a full hour. He gave me a detailed plan, and my plants are looking better already. To say that S&O Greenworks adds value has been an understatement in my case. I recommend them without hesitation.

It started great with a very nice employee explaining and offering the services offered. My grass was in very decent shape and just needed some extra help to improve it. I started the service the following Monday and from then, things got worse and worse as you can see by the pictures. I decided to cancel the service yesterday as I am extremely disappointed Dont suggest this company.

Ive used several lawn care services over the years. I switched to S&O about a year ago and in the 18 years Ive lived at the property, my lawn has never looked so good. Im sure some of reason must be the formulation and quality of the service application, but some of it has to do with the coaching Ive received about watering practices and sprinkler maintenance. These guys take pride in their work and communicate issues when they come up.

I called the main office Spoke to a very nice man named Steve he referred me to his manager Roberts and he had hes Technician come to my house look at everything took care of the problem for very good prize very nice and honest people

I am a new customer of S&O Greenworks and began working with them in June 2017. My lawn had issues needing immediate attention. Its a work in progress and getting better every month. initial contact was with Justin James who met with my daughter and me to evaluate the condition of the green space on my property. I am very pleased with the care and attention to my lawn and shrubs. Justin and the crew respond to concerns, provide timely follow-up and leave thorough status and treatment material. I appreciate their professionalism and quality performance. As a result of their conscientiousness, I also signed up for pest management services and am confident the treatments will keep the pests at bay. Its a pleasure doing business with you.

Do not trust this company to come into your home and do thier due diligence to find pests. I live in an apartment where this company is contracted. We were getting bit up and put in a maintenance request for pest control. The guy comes out, looks in our home and says there is nothing and tells us to go see a SKIN DOCTOR. Extremely insulting!! Come to find out we had BED BUGS in our home that he didnt see?! We were infested to the point of us being able to see them within two months. This company took no responsibility for thier employee letting this issue fester for this time! Disgusted and disappointed that this professional came into our home and did not find this issue. Do not depend on them to take care of a serious problem like a pest issue in your home!

If you are in search of a lawn treatment company, I HIGHLY suggest you find another company. Absolutely the most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible customer service. My lawn suffered terrible damage during their watch and despite them telling me that they would make it good and replace the damage, they did absolutely nothing to improve it. Many of my neighbors have also stopped using their services as they were unhappy with the results and service. I would avoid this company.

I requested a weed control and fertilization quote with this company, and the quote they left for me said they couldnt provide service due to turf type. Its scary to think that a company in this business cant provide services to one of the most common turf types in Florida. However, they did leave me a quote for services that I didnt request. Ill gladly move on and find someone who knows how to properly treat my turf type! If you dont offer services to certain common Florida turf types, that should be mentioned on your website.... that would have saved both of us time in this situation.

We dedcidedto use them for pest control after quality service provided at our apartment complex. Having cats of their own, they are knowledgeable of treating a home with pets and use pet friendly products. They positive and friendly staff helping scheduling services. Robert is very kind and knowledgeable. He even came out to treat ants prior to our initial service. Im so glad we found a pet-friendly, kind, and excellent group to work with for our pest control!
