This company has provided me so much assistance in the short time span I’ve had their service. They’re attentive and caring to not only the landscape but to their clients as well. The entire team, including the office staff, constantly provide top tier service and application. 5/5 would highly recommend!!

I have had this company for years with great service. However, in the beginning of this year they stopped leaving me an invoice advising me what they put on my lawn. Since then, my lawn has deteriorated to a state that I began loosing grass. After many calls and visits by a service tech, I was told that the lawn had too much water, too little water, spraying to make the lawn greener, etc. non of which worked. I finally canceled my service in November of this year and when I did so, they didn't even asked me "WHY". I recommend that anyone considering this company to think about it.

Reputable company but bad experience. I had them for about three months and have Seville grass which is a form of St Augustine. When they started my yard was green, not perfect but it was green. We had a lot of rain and unfortunately about half my yard was overtaken with fungus while my yard was being serviced by earth tech. I mailed in a payment and I was upset and said to cancel my service after having phone discussions on why this happened, they did make an extra visit to spray something. I thought about it for a few days and said to myself I want them to fix this or atleast keep at it to try and get some of my grass back. When I called back all I got was attitude and basically said they didn't want me as a customer and asked to part ways. This was after one of the supervisors and owners came to my home to look at all the damage, I saw them both here as I was pulling up to my house on a lunch break. So all a company has to do is blame the rain or too many trees and not take responsibility but they did cash my checks. If it wouldn't of been for the attitude I probably would not have posted this but I do think this could have been handled more professionally on their end. I do see other yards in the area that they do and they are very nice. I had another spray service come out and he said it looked like they burned my grass, I raked up two garbage cans of dead grass. I have since trimmed all my trees and will probably spend $1500-2000 to replace all the grass.
