Do not hire these guys. The employees are extremely rude. They will block the roadways and then get out and fight with your neighbors as they try to get to they’re property

New construction neighborhood through DR Horton. Numerous complaints from neighbors. Sent for warranty claim and was rejected since over 30 days. If the system was never installed properly, not sure how warranty can apply . Even the supervisor of construction was talking about all the issues they are their having with Lawn Medic. Coverage area is improper including low quality irrigation parts. Working with a reputable irrigation company to fix the issues

I have talked to office staff on several occasions. They are always polite and professional. They have showed up on time on every occasion. I highly recommend them. They are fair and stand by their work and product. I could not be more pleased and I am a tough critic. I hope this helps

Lawn Medic consistently no shows for appointments. The office staff have poor customer service skills. They schedule appointments without any care if the work can be completed. Just wasting more of your time. They scheduled a sprinkler check for a time when there is not even water available to check them with. The tech knows it is not possible to check the sprinklers, but the office schedules them anyway. In short, Lawn Medic does not respect you or your time.

The irrigation that is currently installed has been tasked by DR Horton to fix my current flooding and inadequate irrigation system that has not worked from the day I moved in. In addition to this, they were tasked to replaced a dead tree that is dead due to the irrigation system that does not work! It’s been months that I’ve put a request in with direct emails to Lawn Medics with zero contact for scheduling an appointment to fix my issues. If I had my choice, I would not choose Lawn Medics as a company to work with due to their lack of communication/customer service.

Installed a very inadequate system that does not provide ample coverage in my DR HORTON home. Spending a lot to have this problem corrected.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by Lawn Medic. From the thoroughness of the initial quote, we could tell they had more expertise in what they do than other companies who quoted the job. We had our backyard dug up, regraded, french drains and sod installed. The crew was efficient and made sure things were done right, not quick. I’m so excited to have a backyard instead of a pond.

So number 1 I did not hire or choose this company. My builder did. They installed the sprinkler system for my home. A year later I have an area at the back of my home that is not getting a drop of water on it from the sprinklers. I reached out to the company that did the original work to see how much it would be to install a sprinkler head in the area that was missed by their employees only to be told they cannot help me. Horrible customer service from a horrible company that will not stand behind their work. Update If you can not tell by the passive aggressive response from the owner you may want to stay away from this company. As I communicated in my email to them that our lawn company told us of the deficiency in the sprinkler coverage months ago bur we have not had the time to call them until recently. Nothing had been added to our yard. The owner just wants to evade responsibility and stand up for his employees and that I can applaud if it was not for thr lashing out at customers.
