Pretty amazing scheduling experience. I called the number for the company, was put on a brief hold ( very catchy tunes). Noticed during that time I received a text letting me know I could respond and get the information I needed. I hung up and was able to communicate the entire process thru text. Let them know my issue and they had me scheduled with a confirmation email within 2 minutes. Easiest appointment I’ve ever made.

I was looking for help to repair a broken sprinkler head. I contacted Lawn Sense and asked for a quote or at least some idea on how much this simple repair would cost. They said they couldnt provide any guidance without coming out. I agreed to their ~$69 sprinkler inspection and they came to my house. I showed the tech the broken head. He did his inspection and provided me a quote to repair the broken sprinkler. I expected that the repair would take him 30 min or less, and was shocked when he showed me the quote for >$500. I told him no, I would do it myself. Wish I would have known that they wanted so much for such a simple repair. I would not have wasted my time and money having them come out. I spent 10 minutes digging it out and now headed to home depot for the repair parts (<$5).
