Christopher did. a 3-star job!! 3 star. Before he started I unlocked and opened the gate. During the aeration the machine hit the support post holding the gate and ripped it from the brick wall. Troy at TruGreen had it reinstalled and covered the repair cost. Another item: the aerator broke the electrical connection to the control valve for a group of sprinkler heads. But no repair has been scheduled after several requests to management

I usually do this sort of maintenance myself, but its my daughters familys house, and two working parents with three kids have no time for this. After 18 months, Im pretty impressed: hardly a weed to be found; rich green, thick lawn; excellent communication about when they will and have completed service.

So far TruGreen has left a sour taste in my mouth. Construction in my neighborhood has not impeded any other services but TruGreen can t seem to get around it. They have been canceling my service week after week and my calls to customer service fall on deaf ears. At this point I m not going to renew and I m going to go with a local company. Be warned, big companies like this don t care about their customers.

They are very good in selling their services. Be careful with your money. Hard to reach. Initially they will be good but afterwards to follow up is very hard.

Trugreen has done a great job on my yard this year. Usually at this time of year I m battling crabgrass and chickweed but not this year. My yard looks great. Trugreen has upped their game. After each treatment they follow up with a phone call to see how it went and to see if I have any questions. This is a step up in client service.

Company continues to not treat my backyard. I just called customer service to explain that this is the 3rd month in a row that the technician has not treated the backyard and I have to call customer service to request another trip to my home. Im now canceling my service after several years as trugreens customer service has been declining. I will also expect a 50% refund for this treatment or a return visit to treat the other half of my yard.

Worst customer service I have come across. They guarantee lush green grass, and instead of fixing it and trying to keep the guarantee, they ask to purchase another services which are really really expensive when you call them. The technician who comes out says one thing and customer service says another. When you purchase the plan, be prepared to spend more money afterwards as they are not as effective as they claim. Summer from customer service was so rude and would not transfer the call for me to speak with a supervisor to raise these concerns. She kept saying I cannot transfer the call for you. I wish I would have gone with a different smaller company as they would have a better customer service and satisfaction. Update 7/22: trugreen cannot maintain or identify the root cause of brown patches. Even after their recommended time period to see the result, the results are worse than before. When raising the concern, they won t be sending someone on priority. You will have to wait, wait, and wait for their technician to tell you something and buy time. You will still not be able to talk to supervisor. Time, money and grass lost by believing in Trugreen. Try to find other company if you want results. Trugreen is commercialized and won t be good for customer service.

I initiated a call to Trugreen to discuss a potential service(s) to improve my lawn, and decided to initiate a 9 visit contract. At the initial visit, the Technician Specialist reviewed the proposed plan for restoring my lawn, informed me that it might take about 3 visits before I noticed a significant improvement, and suggested that I minimize exposure of my pets and children to the lawn treatment for at least 30-60 minutes. After about 3 days, I started seeing significant improvements in my lawn, including weeds shrinking and dying, and the desired Bermuda grass growing more quickly than I had seen in the 4 years that I had been treating it. So far at least, I am well pleased with the initial results, and am glad that I invested in the 9 visit program, to start.

Canceled Trugreen service. They calling stating I owe a payment. I called their recorded line (because customer service) will not let me talk to real person. Their AI says I have zero balance. They keep calling wanting money for services not rendered. I canceled Trugreen for always coming on days I tell them they can t come on that day. They do not communicate with their corporate offices or satellites. They will not leave you alone.

Lewis came out because I discovered mushrooms in the lawn. They appeared to be Fairy Tale mushrooms. I had asked him if they would spread when we cut the lawn and he wasnt sure. He made a phone call to his supervisor, he said, to find out. He was told to just pick the mushrooms as they wouldnt harm the lawn.I gave a 10 on the service because Lewis was not afraid to admit that he didnt know the answer to my questions, but he found the answer. Many times there are service technicians that try to appear they know the answers to all the questions when its usually obvious they dont. I have a saying, no one can know everything about everything, but when you dont know find out. Lewis did that.

Over 50 years of experience one must go with the best even if it is more expensive. Quality and experience over cheap and inexperience. In the long run you end up with a better look.

They completed my mosquito treatment. He was very polite and professional. I ve noticed a big improvement in mosquito control. It also seems to have helped with flies. The past two years before starting this treatment I had to have fly traps all over the backyard. Very few flies these days.

Just started lawn service with Tru-Green. Tech was polite and informative. Now with weedy lawns on either side of our property, well see if Tru-Green can keep our lawn looking good & reasonably weed free.

Called for estimate but I m told they can t spray my parking spot I have my rv trailer on for ants,, that it has to be a house and I ask why , but they couldn t give me an answer only that it has to be a house , seriously ???

We just recently laid new sod, 8 weeks ago, Cameron was very informative as we discussed the current treatment, as well as future treatments. TruGreens recommended treatment matched exactly what our landscaper who laid the sod had suggested. TruGreen has always been very attentive to my lawns needs and treated it accordingly. Looking forward to seeing this new grass and watching it grow well.

For some unknown and very frustrating reason, my backyard is covered in thistle. Instead of just spraying across the thorns in my side(lol, get it?q +q he smashes the plant with his foot and then sprays into the center of the plant at ground level.

Trugreen, is the best lawn and fertilization company in the DFW area. I have personally dealt with every company trying to find the best Group for my commercial properties along with my personal home. Trugreen, will send out managers that are knowledgeable to help and advise you on everything they offer and what you can do for the best results. They are even willing to come out in between set application dates if needed, and are super friendly and reliable. Truly great customer service and results if you want the best lawn in the neighborhood.

Dry fertilizer scattered on every inch of pavement front, back, and side, including my patio. Very sloppy. Not happy!

Very reliable service. Our lawn looks great since we started using TruGreen. The best part is how responsive the customer service is. I called because I thought there were too many weeds on one particular place in the lawn. TruGreen sent a supervisor to meet with me and see the problem area. He had the specialist address the area and correct the weed problem.

Pathetic service. Their one and only job is to prevent weeds and take care of lawn. What kind of lawncare company cant take of weeds? Rude Service people and dumb people. Only anwser for any question is wait for 2 weeks and everything will get better. its been 8 weeks and you guys came 4 times. Still the same anwser.

So today (7/20/17), Scott Fairchild stopped by my house to discuss outstanding issues and I showed him our lawn. He assured me that he will find out why I am not getting a service call prior to the service. He also applied additional fertilizer to address some weeds. I believe that by him coming over to visit me and help me shows that Tru Green management do read our surveys and are concerned. He also told me he will stop by in 2 weeks. I appreciate his visit and thank him for listening to my needs.

An extremely professional company in every aspect

We have used TruGreen at two houses now and their service is great. We notice an improvement in our lawn when we use them, compared to when we don t. The service providers are professional and respectful of our property. We really appreciate their help with maintaining our grass!

Had some questions about one of my treatments. TruGreen quickly returned and performed a free repeat service exceeding my expectations. Always very fast to respond to any question I may have, although they are so reliable I rarely have questions.

Well this is our first time to use a lawn service so it is early in the process but I did appreciate Xaviers detailed, accurate comments about our yard. In other words didnt feel like they were just stock comments. Definitely helpful to know. Looking forward to a better lawn.

Been their customers since long time. But the weeds never go away. We do everyhting they ask us to. Am not sure if they have been doing a good job. Had to replace the sod spending a few thousand bucks. My lawn was full of weeds inspite of them coming every month and some times twice a month for weed control, aeration etc.

Our service person was extremely accommodating . I thought someone would be home but my daughter had a final exam. The only one home is my disabled adult son and 2 big dogs. If they had knocked on the door it would ve started the dogs barking and waking him up. This would have been not the best situation. I was able to call the 800 number to relay the message. Idk if he got it but my son said he never heard a thing . It sounds like a small thing but for us it s a big deal and I didn t anticipate the lack of an adult being home at that time, Thank you very much,

TruGreen is a true scam.. they will send someone out for five minutes max to put a sign that they were there.. pretend to spray something hard to imagine it is not water and leave a note for you before you have time to step out to talk to them i spent $8k on new grass and after one year and $1300.. my grass is worst among my neighbors do not leave your cc on file as they will just help themselves and when you call to complain they will stall to answer hoping to charge you a couple more times I wish there is someone to complain to .. buyer beware!!!

Iam using them for 3-5 years last service was great by guy who listen and he told me they didn t treat for weed control, my front yard is horrible they did weed control December January March. Y I paid 200$ for Weed and they didn t treat correctly. I am thinking to cancel you service if don t get better.and yes I did cancel them they service man was very rude and treated and I have to cancel this year same problem with weeds.

I have given Trugreen three tries in the last 7 years and they have failed miserably each time.. I have been in my current home 18 years , established my lawn and trees and shrubs.. I retired 9 years ago, thinking I would let Trugreen take care of my lawn, they did okay for 2 years, and it went terriably wrong.. I informed them of the problem, and they did nothing to ensure it would be corrected but failed. I resumed care of my lawn and it flourished and did well.. I took ill and looked towards Trugreen again to maintain my lawn for about 9 months and again they failed miserably..2023 I added the tree and shrub services as well as the lawn service, and as of today 40% of my lawn no longer has vegetation.. I spoke today with their specialist and it didn t go well.. I discontinued their serve immediately.. I would not recommend them to treat my lawn, not even to mow it .. 3 strikes there done in my book. I would add pictures and videos before and after but that is a lot of data

TruGreen is horrible. I used them at my last residence and wasnt too satisfied and decided to give them another try since i thought maybe my grass wasnt green because of too much direct sunlight. I should have listened to my gut and not used them again. Ive had them since January and the weeds on my property are out of control. The lawn is OVERRUN with weeds. I called them to schedule additional weed treatment. they came out. supposedly treated them. no change. I called them again. they came out. told me they couldnt do a treatment because there were to many weeds and their machine wasnt working. apparently their machinery has the same reliability as the McDonalds McFlurry machines. They said theyd reschedule. They didnt. I called to check up. they said they would send someone out the following week. I didnt hear from them. I called AGAIN, they said the last person i spoke to didnt actually reschedule the appointment. Their customer service and follow up his horrible. Needless to say I will be a former customer again very soon. If you dont want your lawn to be the embarrassment of the neighborhood, go with someone else.

Their services have transformed my lawn from a weed infested nightmare, to a plush green lawn, free of weeds and other pesky Texas things! Highly recommend them!

TruGreen always notifies me ahead of time as to when my service will be performed. They then send a text on the day of service and I can see the technician arrival time. All technicians have been on time and polite, and they gave answered all my questions.

Deceptive billing. The sales person will explain a schedule to you but that is not the reality of the service. I specifically asked how often they would service my lawn and was told every 4-6 weeks. That seemed reasonable given the cost. I had 4 services totaling over $400 within a month. It was ridiculous. Had tech issues with the app so when I called the 1800 number to cancel, the rep wouldn t even send a confirmation email that my plan was canceled, just gave me a cancellation number. Seems shady. Please beware.

Tru green service for my lawn is doing good right now. I call they came out and it didnt fix the problem. Im having trouble with weeds. .
