Terrible service, hired for weed and grass control and only sprayed for weeds my yard is full of dallis and crab grass???

I had lawn tech aeorate my . Lawn. When the worker left without notifying me. I found later that had torn several large swaths out my lawn. When I sent pics to the co. they understanding and sent some to look at it and came back the day after to out dirt on the barren spots. Again they left without telling me. The next day I walked my lawn to inspect, in doing so I found a mangled drain fixture that the original worked tossed to the de my house. I called the co. again and a couple days later someone came by to pick it up. About week later I called to see what was up. They then showed up to install it and, again, left without my knowledge. It appeared that it was installed incorrectly. Their response was that the co. Who originally put it in did it wrong. When I suggested that it worked better before and was not visible as it is now, they disagreed. When I asked if they could beistsken they said no. That was the end...they hung up I suggest that if have something you done in your , dont asked 5hese guys to do anything that requires thought. They can probably mow, or spray. But, I do not recommend anything further.

Stephen is AMAZING! He goes beyond the call of duty every single time! He s notice some patches of grass that needed treatment and he was able to correct the issue. He s very trustworthy. I can t recommend Lawn Tech enough!!

Another company treated our lawn for 7 years and it always looked bad. We thought it was characteristic of Bermuda grass, or poor soil, or because we had not aerated. When the company was sold to a company in Houston, we called Lawn Tech. In just three applications since last October our lawn looks the best it has in ten years. Lawn Tech is a great company for servicing your yard for weeds, etc. Their staff is very professional and treat your property as though it were their own. Always wrote detailed explanation of what they did and if there were any issues.

Great service, they always call or email to let you know they are coming. Technicians are courteous and professional. The office personnel are friendly and responsive. Very happy with how my lawn looks from their treatments.

LawnTech has cared for our yard since 2015. We had a problem. They graciously came to diagnosis and offer advice.

Our lawn had a lot of weeds and what grass there was, it wasnt very green or healthy looking. The first treatment took care of the weeds and got the grass looking good again. Also, they will always answer any questions you may have and come out if your are not happy about anything or have questions. They definitely know what they are doing. They are great!!

Ive been a client for several years ... they do a great job and they come when I ask .... my latest is too much water ... Who Knew?? I thought I had a fungus - they diagnosed and in a few weeks Ill have my gorgeous lawn back ..Terrific company and staff

I ve been a customer of Lawn Tech for over 5 years, and they are really good. They use great products, and have wonderful customer service.

When I moved into my house 4 years ago I tried to do the fertilization and weed control myself. It quickly became apparent I needed professional help to improve the appearance of my lawn and reduce the weeds. Lawn Tech is fairly priced and dont over do it with too many applications per year. Recently I used their aeration service again and am very pleased with that as well. My lawn looks great.

I have always done my own lawn maintenance but I have to admit that our lawn has never looked better since we contracted with Lawn Tech.

Mr. Godinez rang our bell and explained what he was observing with our lawn and what he was planning to do for us today. He gave me tips on mowing and watering to help work with the treatment he was providing to get the best results. Very happy with the company so far, the value of what they offer seems exceptional. Im looking forward to working with them throughout the year and seeing where we can get my newly sodded yard.

My yard seemed out of control (weeds) but Actual GRASS is emerging this week. Two applications so far. My yard should be fixed by mid summer. Glad I started this recovery.

Communications to their customer is very good. Weeds quickly got under control fast. Grass isnt as green as Id expect to see, but willing to give them time.

I have used them for almost 2 years now and the number of weeds in my yard have decreased significantly. One of my neighbors has a yard full of weeds and Lawn Techs treatments have kept them from spreading to my yard. Their price is good compared to some of the other larger companies. This is the only company I have used for weeds & fertilizing, so I cant give a comparison to other companies. Based on my experience, I would definitely suggest them to others.

I have had a great experience with Lawn Tech. They let you know beforehand that they are coming out and when they are done they ri g the doorbell to see if you have any questions or problems. They explain everything about the treatment and what to do after to make sure the treatment is affective. My lawn has looked much better since Ive been with Lawn Tech. I hired them because my neighbor across the street uses them and their lawn looked really good so i asked their tech and from there i got them to do ours. They are very friendly too.

We have been using Lawn Tech for a few months now and have seen a huge improvement in our lawn. We had all types of weeds and we werent sure where to start. Lawn Tech was able to take care of this in a professional manner and they were open to answering any questions we had for them in regards to our lawn.

Lawn Tech responded quickly after I sent them an email, asking them to get the grass out of my tree wells. I appreciated so much their punctuality and service.

We have used Lawn Tech for many years as our lawn maintenance company didnt do weed control. Now then do but there was no reason to switch. They always call ahead to let one know they are coming the next day. No weeds to speak of and much better control then when I attempted to do it myself.

We started using Lawn Tech 20 years ago. We moved after a few years and tried another service for a time... BIG mistake. No one compares to Lawn Tech when it comes to creating & maintaining a lush, healthy, weed-free lawn.

Very professional team. I love the web portal and ability to purchase the full year of services to keep me on track. Id forget if I had to schedule each time. Instead, they notify me a day in advance of when theyre coming as a reminder. They also provide recommendations of services based on their treatment on the invoice but dont try to sell it to you.

They do an excellent job of keeping my lawn free of all kinds of little bugs and making sure my lawn stays green and no weeds and thats there is a problem they will come out and service anytime

Lawn Tech performs a excellent job, they maintain the lawn really well, I use to be with True Green, and had a terrible experience with them, and I can see the difference between True green and Lawn Tech, and I would definitely recommend Lawn Tech!! because of me, my friends group switched to Lawn Tech and they are really happy as well.

Lawn Tech has been great. My yard went from 65% grass coverage to 98% in less than a year; their suggestion to use Peat Moss to encourage growth over bare spots has worked incredibly well. Now I just water, mow, and watch it grow.

Low pressure sales approach. We bought a house that had been a rental and the lawn was mostly weeds. Fred at Lawntech assured us that re-doffing the yard was not necessary if we were willing to be patient, the lawn treatment would bring our grass back. We now enjoy a nice green lawn with very few weeds. Very happy with the service and the techs.

Ive used Lawn Tech for many years. Because of the size of my yard, I would always have to buy 2 bags of fertilizer but only use a little of the second bag. Also, I still had so many weeds doing it myself. Once I gave in and hired Lawn Tech, my weeds disappeared quickly and I spend about the same amount of money, if not less. I promise youll be happy with Lawn Tech. They have been absolutely wonderful!

Lost the yard... Lawn Tech got it back quickly I tried to keep up with the weeds by going all in and battling. I thought I had a good strategy and the right products. I was losing the yard and could not get the weeds out and they had reinforcements coming in daily. I finally called for help and Lawn Tech did an amazing job that knocked the weeds out and yard was looking great after only one or two treatments. It has been worth every penny and Im very happy so far. I used another big name company in the past at a different location and they were useless. Not the case with Lawn Tech. I should say that I am hard to please.

Great like all companies at the beginning, once they have you and you have problems, then the truth comes out. Terrible company and ultimately couldnt fix the grass issue. They gave me every excuse on the book and I paid every time for another service. Grubbs, fungus, mites, too much water, too little water, no sun, etc Stay away.

Lawn Tech was my first experience with a week control company and I am so glad I chose them! They are very responsive to e-mail, always on time, give a courtesy call the day prior, and best of all, MY LAWN LOOKS THE BEST ITS EVER LOOKED! So impressed with this company.

We had Lawn Tech recommend and install our Christmas lights when we moved into our house 8+ years ago.. and they have installed them every year. I know we could find a cheaper installation at this point but honestly these guys are fabulous.. they maintain the lights if a bulb goes or wind knocks them loose.. and they un-install them again in January, packing them nicely and ready for storage.. Easy Peasy!! Looks gorgeous and there are NO worries - which is what I like!

We signed up for 5 lawn treatments. My wife had a problem with the way the tech was doing something..I dont remember what. The tech came to my house, knocked on my door (when I was gone of course) and confronted my wife, telling her she didnt know what she was talking about. Who does that? I called customer service and got excuses but no apology from the tech. My lawn looks no better than it did last year. Rude customer service. I do NOT recommend this company.

I hired them because of their supposed expertise in lawn care. After numerous treatments under their guidance, my yard is now disease ridden and dead looking. I paid them an additional $127 less than two weeks ago for their disease treatment and now they want to charge me again because it didnt help. The tech who was onsite today was rude and basically told me that it wasnt their responsibility to ensure my yard remains healthy. They are just here to apply chemicals. Zero accountability and zero stake in the health of your yard. I fired them on the spot.

I have used the service for 4+ years. Do not prepay for the year if you cancel they want charge $50.00 for canceling. In my case new lawn and did not want it treated until next year. Going elsewhere for service next year.

When we signed up with Lawn Tech the beginning of this year, our lawn was in a pretty bad shape, with lack luster grass patches and weeds covering half of the backyard. After the first treatment itself, the lawn turned greener and healthier and the weeds started to wither. They are prompt and accommodating, especially with the free spot treatments.

Our lawn has come a long way because of Lawn Tech. I was going to try to do it myself, but there is no way I could have killed the weeds and reestablish the bermuda in our front yard. Its extremely green and the grass grows like a weed, but not actually growing weeds. It did look dead at one point, but thats because our lawn was mostly stuff we didnt want. We were unsure about why it loooked dead, but Lawn Tech assured us to be patient. A manager/owner even came out within hours after we called to check the condition of the lawn, unbeknownst to us until we saw the notice on the door. We are happy with the way our lawn looks and the treatment from the staff we have received at Lawn Tech. Great company!

I contacted this company by phone and they set up a time and date to come by and talk to me about a lawn fertilizer program. They did not show up, but sent me an email later that they must of had the wrong address and phone number. I sent them the address and phone number again, but never heard back. They wasted part of my day waiting on them. I need someone that is more capable than they appear to be.

Weve been using Lawn Tech for about a year and were happy with the service. They can give you an estimate over the phone by looking at your place on Google Earth. Theyve never tried to upsell us or pressure us to buy more services. They just come regularly and do a good job. Our grass looks much better since we started using them.

Had been using TruGreen and ditched them after being charged for a treatment I didnt ask for. Lawn Tech is a breath of fresh air in the crowded lawn care business. They truly care about and consistently deliver great customer service. I would recommend them over any of the big box lawn care companies.
