Generally we are satisfied with your service, However some of your crews are not very thorough when edging. Also your communication with your customers can be improved.
I just needed lawn care for two months since I was moving and hired this random company. When cancelling I had to call twice because they didn’t do it the first time and kept sending me emails and texts about upcoming service. I noticed AFTER cancellation they had been charging me double what they quoted me for every other week. Now a month later they are harassing me for unpaid charges for dates after my cancellation. Edit- you people just charged me AGAIN, over a month after cancellation.
Gave us an estimate and told us they would start service the next week. Never showed up. Neighbors had issues with their reliability as well.
The customer service ladies are spectacular. However there was an issue with almost every single mow so I had to call each time. They would also come on the wrong times risking my dog getting let out. They asked for a key to the gate and I’m so glad I denied that since they were so sporadic and unreliable it could have caused a huge issue with my pet. We ended up canceling once our 6 contracted mows were done which is disappointing.
I would not recommend this lawn service to anyone. They showed up about 50% of the time, on average, and canceled on me 3 weeks in a row, often repeating untruthful excuses as to why they could not honor their commitments. Crazy enough, they welcomed me firing them. Extremely questionable services from this company.
My lawn has never looked so nice. I’m so very happy with my lawn. I met the lawn man he was so very nice and professional.I even got a compliment from a policeman on Friday afternoon so thank you and please thank the lawn man for the great job he did

Made a reservation for one time services got confirmation and everything only to get a call later from someone else saying they no longer honor one time services As a new potential customer you would think that it will be offered so customer can decide if they want to retain services This review is not based on actual service as i never made it that far
It s nice to have a lawn service company that is assessable during business hours and not an answering machine. Excellent customer service and responsive and with a follow up email to confirm the conversation/request. The Lawn Team is reliable and does a solid job with my front and back yards.
Ive been using this service over a year and they are excellent . Always on schedule and if any delay or cancellation they email immediately and reschedule. Love the online billing but I get prompt customer service if I call. Also love I can change amount of service needed without hassle or charges and best of all they dont blow grass cutting and leaves into the pool
The grass looked so neat and well cut they also picked up all the grass out the yard I would highly recommend

Their team did a very nice job on my corner lot cutting our lawn. Edging along the sidewalks looked terrific, better than my previous lawn man. I hired Just Right Lawn because I saw them servicing a neighbor s lawn. It s a lawn I ve always admired for how nice it looked. I m glad I did.
