Used this service for 4 years and never had an issue with their service techs who are normally very friendly BUT today was different. When greeting their tech and asked how he was doing, he said not great and turned away.. I then asked him what that meant, he said sir Im just here to do my job and turned away shaking his head. I told him if that was the case, he could leave and send someone else.. he said fine and I dont like being talked to like that and turned away again and so. I told him to send someone else and he said oh they will and then refused to give his name so I could report him and not have him again. Called customer service to see if someone else would be sent and to talk to a manager about what happened. CS Kia refused to let me speak to a manager saying there was not one available and said it would take a a bit for someone to get back to me. Waited for a call and nothing. Called Kia back and she said she sent it to a manager and would take at least a day for a response. I told her that was not right and to cancel my service completely, which she gladly did. I would not recommend them at this time.

I opted for Weed control, fertilizer and liquid aeration plan and customer service confirmed twice to me on it. Now the day before my 2nd lawn treatment. Customer service person told it s not in your plan. They told manager will call and they updated notes and no one called. Every time a new person is calling from same number and not confirming any thing. Better look for another provider.

One of the drivers almost ran me off of the road this morning. Please learn how to drive before you hurt someone! I took pictures of your license plate as well in case they were to hit me or anyone else. Makes no sense to be driving reckless like that!

This company has been a complete nightmare. For a while, the service was good. We have a good-size lot. Then, for whatever reason, I would watch as the person treating our lawn would have his work done in about 7 minutes, then go sit in his car for 25 minutes. This happened multiple times, and not surprisingly, our lawn quickly went south. I called out for retreatment a couple of times, but I finally grew frustrated and canceled service in February. Only to get a text from GroGreen weeks later telling me they were coming out to treat my lawn. So I called GroGreen and AGAIN canceled my service, making my frustration clear that I did not want them to come treat my lawn. Now, I get a phone call telling me that I owe $80-something for a lawn treatment I specially told them NOT to perform in April. So now I m dealing with that. The complete lack of reliable service at any level has been frustrating and disappointing.

When i used gro green my grass was brown until June. This year I did it myself and my grass is already green and it s March. Worst of all, they kept blaming me for not giving enough water.

Today Grogreen provided fertilizer service, but only covered about 75% of my grass as I watched. That is unsatisfactory. This is the 3rd and last chance to do a satisfactory job. West Plano customer no more.

Really rude and bad customer service. Calling to get a quote of lawn service, and the guy refused to send emails with package details but instead only tried to get me signed up the contract over the phone. When I rejected saying I need to compare and consider, the guy hung up directly. I called this company due to the 4.8 stars rating, now it seems really suspicious to me.

Avoid using their service if you do not have security cameras to check what their technician is doing to your lawn. This is what happened to me: I was using their lawn fertilization service for a year and I was trusting them that they were providing the service they claimed they were providing to my lawn. It was until one day I checked them on my security cameras out of curiosity, and realized that their technician was sitting in his truck for about 25 min and came out of his truck and poured some granular lawn fertilizer on some part of may lawn, clearly missing several noticeable areas of the lawn. His entire process took about 5 min. They indicated about 30 min of service in the work report they sent me! It was a clear dishonesty issue, which I cannot tolerate. I reached out to them and let them know about the incident and sent them the camera footage, and I cancelled the service with them. Now, after one year, they keep calling me asking why I terminated my service with them and what they can to to earn my business back. I explained everything to them when I terminated my service and again when they called one year after. However, they do not stop calling, and every time, they ask the same question. It seems that their internal system in all messed up.

Cameron did a great job. We had some dead spots in our front yard and he was able to get the grass to come back.

I can tell you that he left for awhile and I noticed immediately because the other workers left granules all over my driveway and sidewalk and my lawn didn t do so well. I started using GroGreen after seeing my neighbour having an exceptionally well growing yard. I have now been with GroGreen for about 1.5 year and have been very pleased. Scottie Adams is the tech that comes to our house and he is great to work with, always punctual, makes sure he explains what the plan for the day is, and a gentelman of a person. I have had to reschedule a few times at last minute and he gladly accomodated me by making changes in his route so my yard gets the care it needs. I would highly recommend you consider GroGreen for all and any of your Yard, and Pest control needs.

Cameron with GroGreen has always done a good job with our lawn and is very thorough. We have had GroGreen lawn care for the last two years and have been very pleased with how our lawn has stayed looking nice in all seasons. GroGreen sends texts prior to my service date and Scottie always politely knocks on my door when he arrives. He always leaves a personal note on what he did, what I need to do, along with other options for service recommendations. He makes it easy for me to be on autopilot and not worry about my yard.
