I had landscaping done. New sod, landscaping rock and small boulders. Installation was a little slow since installer has to work it in after other lawn services. Audi was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Submitted numerous requests for service scheduling from the business. Not one response was received. Their phone is answered by an AI assistant that just takes your information.

Audie and his crew are amazing! They took care of our lawn and made sure our flower beds were clean and never had weeds. We had to move from our rental property and needed one last cleaning service in a pinch and Audie showed up right away to do the last clean out. Couldnt recommend a better company than this one.

We encountered one of their drivers on the Dallas Parkway on April 9th at 3:20 pm and he was rude and aggressive. We are from out of town and had our turn signal on trying to make a right turn and instead of letting us make the turn line the car behind him did, easily, he chose to honk at us and flip us the middle finger. Sad to see that type of behavior from someone with your logo blazing one of your vehicles.

*Reply to businesses response* I can t control the miscommunication on the businesses end that led to no-show #1. As it took me having to call the office to confirm why no one showed up or else it would have gone unnoticed. We were away from our phones at the moment you arrived and didn t see a call. Giving us 5 minutes to answer a random number before leaving without knocking at the door is not what I would expect. The communication with the company was very unique . *Original review* Tried to work with this company but they no showed twice after confirming times with me that we planned our day around with our two toddlers. Interesting way of doing business to say the least

All I can say is that the owner went above and beyond today. He helped me when I was in a bind with a client. He stopped, took time out of his day and helped me tackle the issue at hand. A solid and genuine person. People like this are hard to find. I tried to pay him for his help, he told me to Pay it forward. I love that, we live by that same philosophy.

This company is amazing! We hired them to do a yard clean-up and mulching. Their prices were very reasonable. They came out a few days later and started the work. They spent literally hours cleaning up the yard, laying down mulch, and making sure everything was perfect. I have never worked with a company that was so meticulous in their work. The yard looks better than it ever has. I look forward to working with them going forward. I did hire them to do our weekly lawn care and maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

Augusta Lawn Care does a great job! They are professional and very easy to communicate with. For instance, we requested our lawn be mowed no lower than 3, and that request was in their notes, which they read before mowing our lawn. Also, they are friendly, our yard looks great, and we feel relaxed knowing we found a company we can trust.

Augusta Lawn Care did a fantastic job installing flower bed edging and mulch. They got my home ready for spring! Audie and his team were professional and responsive and helped ensure all my concerns were addressed. They scheduled and completed the work within days of confirmation, so there was no waiting around. I would absolutely use them again.

I have been using Augusta Lawn Care to cut my grass on a weekly basis. They do a great job at a reasonable price and are dependable. I asked for and get a text before each visit. I signed up for auto-payments so that makes things much easier. This is a National company, but locally owned. So, I feel good about supporting local businesses. They also offer other lawn care services such as weed and rot prevention. I plan to sign up for the additional services to keep my lawn healthy and looking good.

Due to being out of town longer than expected we contacted Augusta for lawn care service. They came out and cut the lawn at a moments notice and we were extremely pleased with the results when we returned home. Thank you to everyone at Augusta for handling our lawn care needs!

I have been with Augusta since the summer. My prior company was really struggling and my lawn did not look good. After six months I can say they are excellent. Audie does a great job communicating and treats my lawn as if it were his own. He clearly cares about his business and runs it very well. My lawn looks great and they always do a great job.

They did an incredible job on the shrubs in front of our home, they were grown up so much we couldnt see out of our windows. They cut them back and shaped them and cleaned out the flower beds they are in and mowed front and back. Our lawn looks beautiful! I have to say I have used these guys more than once and if I could give them 20 stars I would give him 20 stars you have to see the work that theyve done you have to to talk to the people it was just Is fantastic working with them I mean the price was well within the means and the means and the job outstandim a person I like to find something that I can complain about and I could not find anything to complain about so thats saying a lot my best advice is call them let them do the work and even if its not what you like they will make it right ill try to get pics so you can see for yourself this was before and after on my peach tree

Awesome locally owned company! So friendly, professional, responsive. Great quality work from a neighbor who is part of the local community. I was a nightmare client but they were incredible. I cannot say enough good things!
