Terra Turf has handled my yard for about a year and their service has been great. I had two leave cleaning services in December 2024 and January 2025. Both were done well. Once my back gate latch came undone and the company came back and fixed it. These are quality people and are happy to help you. Call Matt.

Matt responded quickly to my request for an estimate to re-sod my yard. He set an appointment within a couple of days. He showed up at the scheduled time, and together, we assessed the situation and discussed what needed to be done. Within hours, a detailed proposal was in my inbox. It thoroughly and clearly laid out the steps that TerraTurf would take to remediate my lawn. I felt the quoted price was quite reasonable, and I approved the estimate. Matt asked me to pick a date for the work to begin, pending availability of sod from the supplier (which was available almost immediately). On the scheduled date, the sod was delivered early in the morning, and the TerraTurf team arrived soon after, and began work. They were very careful in removing the old and preparing the ground for the new sod. I was pleasantly surprised that this was done in less than a day. When the new sod was in place, the workers tested the sprinklers to ensure they hadn t damaged any of the lines or heads. (They hadn t.) They adjusted a few heads and even replaced a couple of them to ensure proper coverage. I was not charged extra for this. Matt sent me detailed instructions for care of the new sod. He contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work. (I am.) When I had follow-up questions, he was readily accessible. I would highly recommend TerraTurf to anyone who needs new sod. I can t personally speak to the other services that they offer, because I haven t used them for anything but sod. But based on my experience with Matt and his team, I wouldn t hesitate to hire them for those other services if I needed them.

Matt and the team at Terra Turf did a nice job sodding our entire yard. They started the project on time despite inclement weather and the team worked until early in the evening to get everything done. There was good communication before, during and at completion of the project. Now just need mother nature and the grass to cooperate.

Recently bought our first home several months ago and started biweekly mowing service with Terraturf after seeing all the positive reviews and receiving a reasonable quote. Since then Ive used Terraturf for weeding, shrub trimming, gutter cleaning, and most recently had them out for sprinkler work including installation of two brand new zones. Jonathan was great to work with on our sprinkler repairs/additions and was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions and address any concerns. They are always on time, their work has been high quality across the board, I appreciate the ease of use with their online billing, and theyre easy to communicate with. Terraturf has been our go-to since I feel I can trust theyll do things the right way.

This group always does an amazing job. Recently had some trees and landscaping trimmed near our pool (which is difficult to get behind to get to the landscaping), they did an amazing job and cleaned everything up (even out of the pool). Always so impressed with them!

I confess, I looked at multiple contractors to put turf down at my home. I had several suggest putting down Zoysia grass because they said that there wasnt enough light to grow St. Augustine like my wife desired. It was indeed very shady in the front, side and backyards because of some huge trees and their canopies. I invited Matt, from Terraturf, to come out and he was exceptional. He was incredibly patient with me and explained several options to me about planting St. Augustine grass. He suggested trimming the trees, removing some of the debris in the back flower and shrub beds, and then putting down sod in those places that needed it. He provided the pre-sod plan and a schedule of what to expect. He provided a quote for all the work, including the sod work. It was definitely a higher bid than anyone else had made, but it was both comprehensive and indicative of the quality of work that was to follow. Matt was kind enough to give us a military discount, too. His team was professional and very competent, and in several days I had a brand-new yard. There were a few places that needed a little more grass, and Matt was very generous to send his team to install it after they had finished another job. Definitely a quality of service kind of response. Essentially, now a couple of weeks have passed, and my yard looks fantastic. The weeds are trying to come back in the flower beds, but Im dealing with those. Matt and his team at Terraturf are simply the best in the business as far as Im concerned. I feel I got my moneys worth and then some. Ive already recommended them to several of my neighbors and friends. If you want your yard made over to look its very best, give Terraturf a call. You can be guaranteed of getting high quality work and an amazing team of professionals. I highly recommend Terraturf.

Terra Turf does excellent work. They trimmed our bushes beautifully and and cleared the bush bed of weeds. Their communication is excellent beforehand, confirming everything, as well as after the work is done following up with an email. We have used Terra Turf several times, and they consistently do quality work.

After waking up from the storm of the decade, I saw two big split limbs hanging from a tree on my patio; limbs that looked as if another storm would send them through the windows in my kitchen area; not something I wanted to try to fix with plywood. Id heard neighbors rave about Terra Turf so I called them to ask for help asap. THAT afternoon, a crew came out, took away the threatening limbs AND trimmed the tree so it looked as if nothing had happened to it. (and for a VERY reasonable price.) My backyard was a train wreck, half dirt, half Bermuda grass and weeds. My Live Oak is massive and though I have had it pruned every two years, no one did as thorough a job as Matts crew! Next day they tore out all the grass and weeds, tilled the ground, added topsoil, installed the most beautiful shade and heat friendly grass and checked all the sprinklers! Both crews were helpful, accommodating, friendly and the hardest workers! I have already referred them to two people!

Had a issue with a large branch of a crepe myrtle making contact with my fence. Giovanni from Terra Turf went to work to solve the problem and also made the tree look lovely with some additional trimming. What an artist! He also trimmed back two scary wild-looking boxwood bushes. Again, a very professional job. Another member of the T.T.team had my front yard looking like a photo in a landscape magazine. The rating tells you my reaction. Oh yes, rhey cleaned up debris and left my yard looking far better than it was before they came.

My wife and I saw Terra Turf installing stone flower beds at a neighbors house. The work was so professional it highlighted how bad our stone flower beds were (20 years old, installed by myself). We contacted TT and had them redo our flower beds. I cant say how pleased we are with their work. The stonework was so professionally done with total attention to detail. Every stone was leveled and placed perfectly. The foundation was concrete and rebar. The crew was also amazing. In the end, when it was finished, it looked perfect and the cleanup was so complete one could not even tell they were there. 10 stars if there was an option!

The owner (Matt) and all of the workers on our project over the course of 2 days were thorough and responsive to all of our customization requests. They even went above and beyond in responding to a leak we had in our irrigation system after hours. Jonathon and his colleagues were here late into the eve on Saturday, ensuring the leak repair was secure, and our new sod would continue to receive regular watering. We are so pleased that we used Terra Turf to completely redo our front and side yard landscaping. Our flowerbeds were previously overgrown with invasive ivy and ground cover, as well as plants that were inappropriate for the shade and sun conditions and dying bushes from our last few winter freezes. The task of starting over seemed too daunting for us to tackle, and Matt and the team at Terra Turf did such a beautiful job (in the 100+ degree heat wave, no less) of restoring our landscaping. They were very good about staying in contact, job expectations, and working with our budget, as well as communicating any issues promptly and resolving any questions we had. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone (and am hoping I can have them restore our backyard to glory too!)

Terra Turf did a fantastic job with my front yard. They provided prompt quotes and were very keen to listen to my desires for new sod. They did a great job re-grading and sloping my yard to ensure proper drainage. Jonathan and his team were incredibly professional and kind, as well as, informative in providing me some watering tips and times. They also set up my sprinkler system to run according to our city exception guidelines. On top of all that, the gift basket the team sent the following week thanking us for using them was something they absolutely did not need to do. We used Terra Turf for a number for years for yard service. We also tried them a few times for extra services like yard cleanup and tree trimming, which were not repeated. Their mowing service is certainly not above average, but that was acceptable to us given their pricing and reliability of coming the same day each week. They recently doubled our weekly cost all in one increase with only one week notice. Terra Turfs contracted crews are at our home for no more than 10 minutes each week. They are not providing a premium service and it just is not worth it to pay their new fee. It was easy to find a replacement at a comparable price to what we are paying now so we cancelled our service.

They do an excellent job. They are always prompt when responding to customer questions or concerns. Weve been using them for years.

We highly recommend Terra Turf for your landscaping needs. Matt and his crew did a great job installing stone around all of our flower beds. They created a beautiful layout for the new scrubs, flowers and trees. We could not have been more pleased with the finished product! Terra Turf also installs Christmas lights and ours looked incredible!!

I sent them a few pictures to get a quote and they were very responsive. The did a great job removing several bushes for me and they clean the area very well. Happy with the service.

We had issues with our existing grass due to a large tree in our yard providing too much shade. We received a notice from our HOA about the bare spots and Terra Turf installed new sod. The yard looks quite nice and have received several compliments from our neighbors. The men took their time to install the sod and gave us directions how to care for it. They also made sure our sprinkler system worked by testing each section and replaced broken sprinkler heads.

We had one side of our lawn re-sodded because of issues with a large tree shading the entire area. I called Terra Turf and the problem was solved within the week. They were professional and did an outstanding job. In fact, we had a few pieces of sod left over and they filled in a some spots in the backyard. It s so refreshing to do business with a company that takes pride in their work and completes the job in such a professional and timely manner.

We had our large area weed removed by Terra turf. First of all they were quite slow while charging per hour. Second they removed the weed but did not spray anything to prevent it from coming back. We had more weed back within days of removal than before.

We contacted Terra Turf because of standing water in our backyard. Dug up our yard, installed several drains finishing with sod. Also all our plants died due to a long freeze, so we had new plants and mulch installed. The men finished the work in one day, were friendly and courteous. We were very pleased.

+++++Since my review was removed from public viewership under my account I am reposting it here on my spouse s account because our review on services that we paid for by this company deserves to be heard!+++++ Original Review: We hired this company to weed and mulch 3 of our beds (2 at the front & 1 at the back of our property) exactly 3 weeks ago. However we are now noticing weeds growing through the freshly laid mulch in our front beds which indicated to us that the beds may not have been weeded properly. I contacted the company and left a message regarding this and received a call back from a guy name Matt. He quickly started off by attempting to not accept responsibility by stating that our beds were bad to begin with hence the reason the weeds are back. At that point I corrected him by reminding him that the problem is occurring in our front beds and that the back bed was the *ONLY* one with a lot of weeds. At that point he quickly shifted blame stating that it s been *OVER A MONTH* and so we should expect new growth after bed weeding (*With fresh mulch*) and that bed weeding should occur weekly even with fresh mulch down. He emphasized that he is the expert and knows what he is saying to be true) I then corrected him stating it has only been exactly *3 WEEKS to date* and reminded him that the back bed (which was the only bad one) was doing fine and other beds on the property we had gotten done by a different company around the same timeline are also doing fine. He responded by stating it was the same crew who did all three of the beds and so he finds it hard to believe they wouldn t have done a good job as they did with the (bad) back bed. I kindly explained that it is possible the guys could have been tired after working in the back since that bed was the overgrown one and so the rest of the work may have suffered. At that point he shifted the blame again stating that the weeds may have blown in from our neighbors and the fact that it is getting warmer outside the weeds will grow quickly (on a freshly mulched bed). He made it clear to me that in order for his guys to return to re-weed the beds (that they didn t weed properly to begin with) I will have to pay a discounted rate rather than have them return for free to correct the job they didn t do properly initially. I will have to be crazy to give this company another penny after the terrible service I received. If you want your job done correctly look elsewhere. Unless you don t mind paying twice to have the job done properly by this company. Upon hiring them there services was friendly and good hence the reason we choose them. Communication throughout the service was also great. So you can expect that when calling for service BUT you better hope and pray (if you do that) that you are not disappointed in the work; because at that point all good customer service goes right out the window and it becomes a finger pointing, blame throwing attack. It will be a *Your* problem/ fault and never there s!

Excellent, professional, highly recommended for landscape work. On the day work was to begin on removing and replacing a very large 20+ year old tree Matt looked at the slightly blooming tree and suggested not removing it yet and deleted the item from the invoice. Positive

Update 6/10/21 I just reached out to the Terra Turf team expecting a text or call within 24-48 hours (which I think is pretty fair in this current market/conditions to get material). They responded within 5 minutes to a couple of jobs that I need done on an investment home and my personal home. Speed and politeness are strong qualities for these guys. Again, you wont be disappointed with these guys! We met the guys through friends of ours whove been using them for awhile. When we called for an estimate, they were fast and extremely competitive. The work was done above my expectations. They will remain my go to team!

I hired Matt and his team to reinvent my landscaping. His landscape design partner hit it out of the park and Terra Turf came in and delivered as designed. There was no overselling; where possible, they repaired and integrated existing landscape components and tied them into the new design. The team was on time, courteous, creative, accommodating and is the first crew I ve ever hired who actually cleaned up after themselves. It was amazing. They left no detail untouched. As they were packing up to leave, they noticed a leak in one of my soaker hoses in the front yard. They stopped, fixed it and tested the sprinkler system a second time to ensure that the issue was fixed and the water pressure change did not impact the rest of the system. Will hire them again.

Matt and his guys did an amazing job solving my backyard landscaping issues. Considerable effort was put in undoing an old water feature and coming up with and installing a new concept. Cannot recommend Terra Turf enough - super responsive, great follow through, and a great looking backyard!

Hired Terra Turf to install sod and install drainage. Crew was very hard working and did a great job! Sod was installed just as heat hit Texas so watering diligently and Matt is working with me regarding any sod issues (might need a few pieces replaced). Very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly!

They took the time to draw the plan (which we edited a few times) and did a great job to install exactly as we discussed. I ve used Terra Turf for over a year now. The price is good, the results are solid, and the service is incredible. We ve used them to mow, clean up leaves, and trim hedges. One of our sprinkler heads were damaged during a mow this morning, I let them know around noon, and it was repaired before I got off of work. No questions asked. 100% recommend.

The crew did an excellent job on installing new sod in my backyard. They pulled up flagstone steps that another company had laid and did a better job putting them back after sod installation. Everything was cleaned and hauled away. They also notified me of needed sprinkler repairs in the front yard (which was not part of this job). I would definitely recommend Matt Brady and his crew to family and friends.

Its amazing to find a company like this one. I have always been treated courteously, professionally and they dont blow you up with email communication. I like that. Quarterly offers or extra options for service discounts come seasonally, at the right time. Their staff is friendly and efficient. I felt like it was a fair price for what I regularly subscribe to. Ive been a client for more than five years and still get personal follow ups from the owners just to make sure everything is going well. They post a schedule for the year noting the days theyll be there. They offer weekly and bi-weekly service. Lawn always looks great. Have also used them for other service like sod install and stonework. I would definitely recommend them.
