What an amazing lawn service provider! Their team is equal parts great communication combined with quality delivery and follow through. The pricing is transparent and fair, while the billing is organized and simple. They consistently go above and beyond our expectations by doing things we weren t expecting. Their weekly visits are a treat, except our dog goes wild. Good news is: They re fast!

Chanc and the team were able to provide designs quickly that aligned with what I was looking for. My project required two Crepe Mertyls to be removed, removing my old front yard grass, installing new sod, revamping my gardens, and extending my patio with stone. Their finished product as well as their turnaround time from design to installation was superb and at a reasonable price.

Plano Landscaping has done some work for us a couple of times now. They helped us replace an ice storm damaged/killed Palm Tree for a reasonable price as well as helped to secure a fence and some gates that were in need of repair. They did a great job and resolved anything that we felt needed additional adjustments or further work. I will definitely call them again for any future work we need to be done. Chanc is very professional. I recently did a quote from him about my garden work. Although it didnt end up with a final business with him (due to budget issue), I absolutely enjoyed the whole process working with him. His response is always quick with all the details. He gives ideas and options for you to choose and put everything clear on paper. Very awesome job and I really appreciate it!

Chanc and the team were awesome! They helped us visualize our blank space backyard and designed and installed great landscaping and hardscape. The brick work installed around the edging is impeccable and gave our backyard the boost it needed! He and the crew were extremely responsive to texts and took care of every last detail to make sure we were happy with the final result.

After reading so many good reviews, I felt confident in reaching out to Chanc and asking him to give me a quote on my backyard. Fairly big project - around 25k. I originally reached out to Chanc on January 25th. We had several subsequent conversations and he was responsive during this time. Thats where the good news ends. From there - he has been extremely unresponsive. After about a month, they finally came out to look at my lawn (around beginning of March). He brought his whole crew - which I thought was a good sign that he was serious about taking the job. He said that he would get me an estimate ASAP. Ok - a little irritated that it took 2 months to get to this point - but things happen. I was very understanding that he might be really busy because of the February winter storm - so ok - lets just move on. From there - I would send him a reminder every week to week and a half...no quote...where are we at... At one point, I even told him that if the job was too big for him - no problem and I can go elsewhere. His response was always - NO - can totally get the job done. COVID has just really made his business busy so he is behind...excuse after excuse. It is now May 16th - a full 5 months after I initially met wtih him. 2 weeks ago - again - more promises - totally sorry for the delay someone will come out to do measurements over the weekend and we will get you a quote immediately...still nothing. At this point, need to move on. My advice to anyone - he is a nice guy, but in WAY over his head. If you are looking to use him for more than a quick basic job - I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere.

I recently had some work done on my patio Chanc Killion with Plano Landscaping Company discussed several options with me. He took the time to listen to my ideas. He is very knowledgeable and works within peoples budgets to ensure the end result is a beautiful, quality product. He assigned one of his project managers to do the work ensuring that all aspects would be covered in a timely and professional manner. Miriam did an excellent job. She was very thorough and took pride in her work. Even though what I needed done was on a small scale, Chanc and his team treated it with the utmost care.
