I was given Reilly Tree and Landscape Design recommendation from a friend and that was a great recommendation. I met with Ryan first who came out, we walked my property and we talked about what I was trying to accomplish in my yard. Once we pretty much nailed down the areas that needed landscaping beds etc., I then met with Neal Reilly who had some other ideas that seemed even better than mine. Communication was always key in doing anything that I or they were doing or thinking of needing to be done. Off to the nursery Neal and I went to choose some landscaping items, that I chose to add and it all came together perfectly and quickly. His crew that worked the landscaping were the best. Tim, Joe, Jared, Matt, and if I left anyone out, my apologies, they were all great. Everyone from start to finish were professional, responsible, reliable, courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable about anything to do with landscaping and tree work. They took great care while on my property. Each day they cleaned up, and left my property looking good. We had some great laughs pretty much every day, and it was an all around amazing and very fun project. Id like to add that I did not know that Neal was the owner, I thought for sure he was just one of the guys. Once I was told that he was the owner, I had to laugh as I was joking with him just like the other guys. I was impressed with his very casual ways never giving an ego or air about who he truly was. I was treated kindly, his estimates are reasonable and I cant say anything negative. I look forward to having them maintain my property with no hesitations at all. all the way!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Outstanding service we use them at the Hockomock Area YMCA at all of our properties. Great for annual trimming, specialty projects, and Emergency service. They come out to walk the sites with us before they start and great communication from the office, when they are coming.

My lawn is green!!!! My trees are thick and full! I have tried several landscaping companies over the years and was just about ready to give up. As a last hope ditch I reached out to Reilly Tree and Landscaping last year. I cannot believe the transformation. Everyone said it would take three years to see a difference. Not true. Yes, I made sure I watered and stayed on top of things. But I felt like I had a partner in the process. Anytime I had a question or a concern Richie was extremely helpful! Love this company!

Had them do some work for me last fall trimming some hedges and clearing. I had set clear expectations and we had agreed on a date of action. Before the date I got a last min. call from Kyle saying that they would be in my area today and could move me up.. apparently they cancelled because it was raining. Turns out its pretty impossible to landscape efficiently in the rain (grass keeps getting knocked out of the way etc).. they guy that canceled knew that, I did not. I was supposed to get the team for the day to execute a pretty clear cut olan. We got 3-4 hours of work in the middle of the rain storm. The outcome was beyond sub oar and I felt fleeced.. It was also originally explained to me that Kyle would have been there to supervise and project manage, he wasnt there at all that first day. To Kyles credit when I called and explaned that I felt taken advantage if, he planned another day (free of charge), where he would actually manage the project and finish the work. Idk if he actually did do the project management part, but when I got home they had done a good job, and I was happy enough.. we hit a hiccup but Kyle made right on it, so it is what it is... Only thing is , a couple weeks ago I went to wash my cars , and it turns out somebody on his team decided to cut my hose. Apparently they couldnt remove the hose and made an executive decision without consulting with me (I would have said no).. anyway, when I tried to remove the cut hose, I couldnt remove it either (partially down to the fact that it had already been stripped presumably by Kyles crew).. anyway, so now I call Kyle and he says he will come out and fix it that day.. He comes the next day, looks at it and says he will have a guy fix it later that day with the proper tool. That was three weeks ago. I spoke to him once in between and claimed that the number he had for me (my wifes) had his number blocked (she didnt) and he couldnt get through to me. He said he would be by to have it foxed later that day and still never showed up (about two weeks ago). I have called , e mailed, done everything to get this guy on the phone and its clear hes ignoring me. Especially after today because I called him about ten times in a row and now my numbers blocked. Meanwhile I have tried numerous times to fix this problem myself with a large rubber strap wrench. This is going to wind up being a costly repair because Kyle and his team are disorganized and untrustworthy. I will take this bad review down if Kyle actually gets in touch and makes right on this situation. If you can read this review assume that this man is incompetent and incapable of managing a team. You wouldnt want somebody to do your landscaping if they could easily remove their one bad review (out of three reviews), and chose not to.

Ive had Reilly Tree out twice to do work. Both times theyve done exactly what I asked of them. Crew chief Bobby was professional and went above and beyond cleaning up afterwards. Even removing debris that wasnt from their work.
