If I could give Thomas-Hill Lawncare 6 stars I would. Very professional business that takes pride in their work. The owner, Brandon, goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. They do outstanding work with Spring clean-ups, mowing services, and landscaping. I highly recommend them for any lawncare services that you need.
Brandon and his crew are always great and treat my yard as if its their own. Highly recommended A++
Customers beware. Following a major snow storm that dumped 30" in a 24 hour period, I was left to shovel my driveway. The storm had ended by Saturday, though roadways were impassable for quite some time. Once the town plows arrived mid-day Saturday I sent an email to request confirmation my driveway would be cleared by Sunday evening. No response. Hours later I called and a prerecorded message indicated current customers would be reached by Sunday afternoon. Another email was sent indicating that there was no need to rush but requested confirmation that the driveway would be cleared prior to Monday morning. No response. By 6 p.m. Sunday evening, with no response and nearly 3 feet of snow on the driveway I began to shovel. At 8:30 p.m. a truck arrived….after I had completed about ¾ of the driveway. The driver and crew stopped at my driveway and I told them that a call confirming they would be there would have been appreciated. I understood they had been working the entire weekend and did not blame them for the delay. They asked if I would like them to finish and I told them not to worry about it. The next day, I sent another email as follows : XXXX- Your message indicated that current customers would be reached by Sunday afternoon….after I didn’t receive a call by 6:00 p.m. I had to shovel the driveway. Your guys showed up around 8:30 but I was nearly finished so told them not to worry about it. I would still like to continue plowing service and wanted to confirm in case of another storm. The owner of the company finally responded the following day by email and indicated if service could not have been provided by Sunday evening he would have called. There was no way to believe that as the previous year they NEVER showed and provided no notification. The owner went on to say I had been disrespectful to his crew and he “does not tolerate that from anyone.” His reply ended with “At this time I’m not sure I would like to continue providing service.” I was shocked to see that a business would readily walk away from a year round customer (they provided lawn service as well). So I say again…customers beware.
