This is my second year working with Staple Landscape for my fall cleaning and I’d definitely hire them again! The whole process from quote to completion was great and very easy. Communication was clear and when rescheduling issues came up, they were very accommodating. The crew arrived early and did great job. It was also incredibly quick! They took care of all the leaves and left my yard looking amazing. I had a couple of minor concerns with some small branches left on the mulch beds (they were very respectful to not blow the mulch away!) and there were a few mud splashes on the fence (it had recently rained). I contacted the Staple Landscapes team to share my observations and they acted so quickly to address them. Their field manager came to my property to clean the small branches himself and they even sent a power washing company to take care of my fence. Talk about stellar customer care! Thank you so much to Austen and the Staple Landscapes team. Looking forward to working with you again next fall!
If you are into customer service, Staples Landscape Will not disappoint! You are notified of your service dates, if there are any changes due to weather or other issues. Nick and his crew are super responsive to any emails or concerns. No more wondering involved, you can count on them to get the job done as promised and your lawn looking great!
We have used Staple Landscape numerous times over the years. This year we needed out lawn aerated and overseeded. Nick's crew came out and did a nice job. However, the lawn just did not seem right. They came out again and completed the entire job for a second time, no questions asked. Our lawn came in better than ever before and the grass is still nice green as we enter December. Had staple landscaping come out this past fall and do an aeration and overseed. Wasn’t happy with results at first so they came back the next day and did it over again. They still had problems pulling plugs from my lawn( I don’t know why) but I can’t argue with the results. I watered it everyday and the lawn came in thick and beautiful. My only gripe is the men who came out didn’t speak a lick of English so it was impossible to ask questions or communicate with them at all. I’m the type of person who likes to ask questions when I hire people to do a job. But, all in all I’m happy with the results.
Staples Landscaping does an AMAZING job at landscaping! Anything you could possibly want, they go above and beyond with care and communication. Definitely worth the price and will ALWAYS trust them with any landscaping needs. Best in the area!
This is my second year with Staple Landscapes, and I highly recommend. I had them do my spring cleanup last year and did the same this year. Great job! They also did my lawn treatments last year and will have the same this year as well. If you are not pleased with service received, they respond immediately (like, within a few hours). Will always notify in advance when service is scheduled and communicate when service is delayed due to weather.
Staples Landscaping is an excellent organization run by very thoughtful people. Requesting a quote is simple. Quote is delivered to me soon after an in person view of property. Work is completed when they say it will be. After a service receiving an explanation of what was done and what was used on lawn is very useful. I am extremely happy with the company's communication. I know early on what day of the week my lawn will be mowed. If I have a concern it is addressed immediately. Staples Landscaping is a first class operation I would highly recommend.

I am 85 years old and have loved gardening for as long as I remember. I am not able to keep up with my perennial garden on my front yard. The weeds pretty much took over. Staples came in, weeded my beds completely, edged beautifully, and put down mulch. With treatments applied, my lawn looks like golf course! A friend from Florida came for a visit, and said the yard looked terrific....the best on the street! Thank you, th ank you, staples.

Very positive experience. Estimate was extremely thorough with pictures and description of work to be done. Workers did an excellent job. Very careful. My shrubs were terribly overgrown and now they look wonderful.
Stay away - terrible customer service. I received snow plow services for 2 years, referred neighbors who used their services and are now telling my they wont be able to service my driveway this year because its too steep. Go support a business that is better run and managed then this one.
We use Staple Landscaping for our weekly mowing. They are always on time, professional, do a great job, and are very responsive. We have also used them for a spring clean up and also a weed project. Highly recommend.
Let me tell you, I was SHOCKED when I saw the end result of our fall clean-up. I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the work. Extreme attention and care, and they went far above and beyond what I expected. Simple, easy booking process too.

A nightmare. Started trying to schedule clean up for 2 properties on 3/26. Appt for estimate cancelled. Gave up- Needed to go elsewhere for 1 property. Finally connected for estimate 4/30. 5/20, after several questions, I accepted detailed proposal, specifically stating what I needed. Had to pay up front. Service scheduled 6/2. Many conversations/ e-mails ensuring correct property scheduled. Assured correct property. They Rescheduled to 6/5. Message 6/3 advising they were coming 6/4-I could not be here. 6/7- still had not come. Learned they went to WRONG PROPERTY- not either property discussed! Reiterated in e-mails 6/7 and 6/8 need to Mow along driveway. E-mails assured it would be done. I arrive as they are leaving. Driveway not mowed. I ask them to do- big deal- call needed to be made to their mgr. . They did NOT MOW, weed whack a bit- weeds growing into driveway. Property not nice at all on walk around. Sticks, branches in yard/along driveway. I call /e-mail-ask for callback. Nope. Mgr shows up (unbeknownst to me) and follows with e-mail- work was up to their standards- will do nothing . $600 for pre-paid clean-up. NOT professional. Not at all as agreed in DETAILED PROPOSAL. Scheduling a nightmare! A very expensive lesson. Zero stars if I could.
I would highly recommend Staples Landscaping. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did. Fast response and very professional. There were a few minor details I wanted fixed and they were quick to resolve the issues. They truly strive to make their customers happy.
These guys Rock! The owner personally came out to look at my lawn and give an esimate. He even referred me to a friend of his who removes shrubs and builds shed bases! Courteous, professional and they did an excellent job! I hope these guys get a ton more business!
Staple Landscape is literally a cut above any landscaping company that I ve ever had experience with. They are responsive, on time, extremely thorough, and they follow through on their promises. Their use of technology to maintain accurate communication is a welcome surprise in the landscaping field. Ive been very happy with the services that Staple Landscapes has provided. The correspondence is timely and professional which is something I often find lacking in service providers. Switched landscape service this year and selected Staple Landscapes. Impressed with Christines responses and thoroughness of the communication. While setting up my account, emails and text messages were quickly answered. Zack, Adam and Kevin just finished the first cut. (Kinda cool that they all had Staple Landscapes T-Shirts.) My lawn hadnt been cut all year and it was more a hay field than a lawn. They did a great job! My property has a few severe slopes and they handled it with ease. After cutting, trimming and blowing off the yard, deck, driveway and patio, the yard has never looked so good! Thank you, Staple!

Staple Landscapes is unlike any other landscaping company I have ever worked with. The level of professionalism they bring to the industry is unheard of. Not only do they provide high quality landscaping work, but they make scheduling easy with online booking options, make billing easy and are very responsive. I got sick of calling other landscapers and waiting days and sometimes weeks for a call back, wondering if Id ever get my projects done. With Staples, when I decide its time to do a project, I know its going to get done when I want it done.

I LIVE IN WRENTHAM AND I HAVE A LOT OF WOODS AROUND MY HOUSE AND A TON OF MOSQUITOES AND TICKS. I HAVE USED SEVERAL COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS TO SPRAY MY PROPERTY FOR THEM AND IT NEVER FULLY WORKED. MY KIDS WOULD GET TICKS ON THEM WHILE PLAYING IN THE YARD AND AS SOON AS IT GOT DARK YOU COULDNT EVEN SIT IN THE YARD WITHOUT GETTING EATEN ALIVE. AFTER MEETING WITH ZACH THERE MOSQUITO AND TICK SPECIALIST AT MY PROPERTY AND GOING OVER THERE PLAN OF ATTACK WHICH INCLUDE 5 APPLICATIONS I WAS ON BOARD. AFTER THERE SECOND APPLICATION I NOTICED A BIG CHANGE IN THE MOSQUITOES AND TICKS AROUND MY PROPERTY. MY KIDS HAVENT HAD ONE SINGLE TICK ON THEM AND WE CAN FINALLY SIT IN THE YARD AT NIGHT AND NOT EVEN GET BITTEN BY A MOSQUITO. I ALWAYS GET A EMAIL BEFORE THEY ARRIVE TO APPLY THERE APPLICATION AND WHEN THEY HAVE COMPLETED SO YOU CAN PLAN FOR IT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS CHRISTINE THERE OFFICE MANAGER IS VERY RESPONSIVE. I ALSO USE STAPLES LANDSCAPING FOR MY SNOW REMOVAL WHICH THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB AT. THEY ARE TRULY YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL YOUR LANDSCAPING NEEDS.
Since starting it has been nothing but canceled/rescheduled appointments. I understand the time. We are in a pandemic and very understanding but communication is key. I have expressed many times if someone is not going to show up just please let me know and the issue happened every single time. I am also busy and many times I wanted to speak to the person about the yard so wasted time staying home for no one to show. I had to reach out to ask when my next appointment was Every time. When i asked that is when it got scheduled and the day of, no one would show. I would wait until end of day and asked what happened and get a song and a dance for response. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I gave one last chance and even spoke to the owner who apologized. I realized my yard is looking TERRIBLE and realized yet again i have no appointment in the books. I reached out and same day I m all of a sudden scheduled. 2 days later I get an email for a different date a week apart. It should not be the customers job to chase and schedule their appointments. That is why we pay money for assistance. It has been a nightmare from day one. As of today going with another local company that came highly recommended.
Staple Landscapes did a great job on our shrub trimming and lawn clean up. We received notification of when our services would be performed and they let us know when things had to be rescheduled due to weather. They were always responsive when we had questions and upon arrival they asked clarifying questions about our property. I felt that their prices were reasonable and we are happy with their services. Staple Landscapes did a fantastic job plowing our difficult driveway this winter. They currently maintain my in laws yard (clean up, mulch, pruning and weekly mowing). It looks amazing! Nick is a hard worker and very dedicated to his business. I have recommended him to all my friends.

Staple Landscapes removed 30-year old overgrown bushes and trees from our yard, and they did a great job after working almost 12 hours. Nick then sent his crew back a second time to remove some stumps and vines from the chimney, which I was not clear about when I talked to Nick the first time. Nick also answered an email on a Thursday night and sent a crew over the next day to cut our very overgrown lawn. Well be hiring Staple Landscapes to replant as soon as our house renovations are done.
