The lawn looks pretty good with the exception of the weeds which are out of control again. Weeds around the perimeter of the house and along fence lines are not being addressed. If I can see them clearly, then so should the servicing person.

TeeTime Lawn Care response has been excellent. The Tech could not spot spray on Saturday along with the fertilizer application because his spray tank was inoperable. They returned on Monday to complete the spot spray service.

We live in DuPage County currently very disappointed with Melody and her customer service. Apparently Melody says she is the highest customer service rep I can speak to. When they reschedule for whatever reason they move you to the end of their following week instead of the next day which makes no sense. Started with tee time starting in June of 22. Stayed with them for 23 but the system didnt start our service until June which made our dandelion problem terrible. Made sure this year we were slated for spring had our first treatment late February had to call for the 2nd treat which was overdue. Its late April and keep getting rescheduled for various reasons weather and mechanical issues. Cancelled my service due to sheer disappointment in the attitude of Melody.

Have ask them several times to remove us from their customer list. They seem to have a problem understanding that request. Today I received an email. Will try and request through that.

Overall Ive been happy with this service for several years.Presently the dandelion bloom is rearing its ugly head. My flowering crabapple did the best ever last year due to treatment by TEETIME but it was rather unkind to a few ornamental shrubs on property which Ive lost. I would recommend these folks.

After several years of quality service, I contacted Tee Time last May to cancel due to budgetary concerns and an uncommunicated spike in pricing. I informed them that I would contact them if I wanted to restart their services. To my surprise, a tech showed up today to perform services. I contacted customer service and was told that services automatically renew each calendar year. Clearly, they are incapable of properly documenting communication. I was also told I would still have to pay for todays visit. Informed CSR that I stopped the tech before starting service, and no payment would be forthcoming because no services were provided. If I had not been home, I would have been forced to pay for a service I did not order or authorize. What a scummy tactic to use to basically scam customers. Due to this interaction, there is now ZERO chance they will receive any possible future business from me.

Service quality largely depends on the individual technicians who come out to your property. Ive been a customer for many years, and have seen good ones, as well as some who seem to care less. I always request a call the day before they come out, so I can keep pets/kids indoors, and I ask for the tech to ring the doorbell upon arrival, so I can point out any weedy areas of concern, etc. Most do ring before starting their application, but not all. There is a note on our account about our property line extending 5 ft. past a small retaining wall, but many of the guys must not read the notes and dont treat the area unless I show them. (It would be best if we always had the same technician throughout an entire season who was familiar with the property, but that hasnt been the case.) A few years ago the technicians started using ride-on fertilizer spreader equipment which makes their job quicker, but that makes it harder for them to see weeds as theyre driving. The machines have also caused tire ruts in our lawn when the ground is wet. Our property has a few sloped areas and there have been several times when the guys made quick turns and dumped excess fertilizer in places, which then burns the grass in those sections (arcs around 8 wide and 2 ft. long.) I contacted the company about these issues, and Tee Times Operations Manager, Mike, recently came out to see the problems for himself. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He reseeded the damaged areas, and said hes put additional notes in our account to address the areas of concern so there arent future problems. He mentioned that the company has retained all of the technicians they had last year, so hopefully their combination of experience along with some additional training/reminders will result in consistently better service.

I have been Tee Time Lawn Care customer for many years now. I like they quality and commitment they provide. Their recommendations and reminders for aeration and other areas of concern are very helpful. My lawn looks very green throughout and its very pleasant to the eyes. Keep it up!. Good job.

I decided last year to use a lawn service for the first time. Tee Time Lawn Care was recommended to me. I was tired of all the weeds in the grass and what I was doing wasnt working. I was very skeptical of using a service. The test came this spring when I went outside to see if the weeds were back. Low and behold, the grass looks great and few weeds to be found. As you guessed, I signed up for another season of service!

Had been shopping around to many lawncare services. Decided to call TeeTime. Jim talked with me,and answered all my questions. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Worst service you could imagine, then when you try to cancel they first ignore you and keep coming and then argue with you about canceling. Terrible work as well, which led to my desire to cancel. Broke off our downspout, damaged our gate.

We are rounding out our third year with Tee Time and couldnt be happier!

We are now in August and we have been fighting with this business since March of this year. We had a 1 year contract with them to help us remove our weeds from our lawn. We cancelled services at the end of the 2022 season as planned and even let them know in November. We thought it was a mistake when they treated our yard this year in March and quickly realized we were incorrect as they treated our yard the following month and sent us a bill for both treatments. We called them to remind them we had cancelled and upheld our end and will not be paying this. We had to escalate it to a manager to be told it s been handled to only find out they had cancelled my fathers account. What kind of business is being run here? They can t seem to get a handle of their backend system to save their lives. It s now August and My husband is now getting calls AGAIN for the last two weeks asking us to pay the bill. I ve never experienced such harassment from a business that we ve repeatedly told are incorrect with their billing and what they deem to be a contract. My next step is Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Maybe only then will they finally do what they were supposed to do.

The service guys do a good job of ensuring the various products are distributed and coverage is good. The lawn looks good following many years of using Tee Time. This year, there was enough rain which helped a lot. Crabgrass was minimized, and saw no beetles this year following grub control.

Tee Time is a great company. They helped me figure out how to get my new lawn to grow and not die in the heat. We love this fertilizer company.

Although we have only had Tee Time for a year it seems like our lawn is doing well. They call in advance to let us know when they are coming. All gates are closed when they leave. I was skeptical of using another lawn service. Weve had not so good experiences in the past. We had a lot of problems with the weed nimblewill, so much so that another company totally killed our yard with RoundUp and then replanted. All we got after that was an entire yard of weak grass and loaded with new weeds. Now that weve had Tee Time taking care of our yard, the lawn looks fabulous. No weeds, healthy grass, and a carefree feeling, knowing that someone with experience is looking after our yard. The bottom line is that with Tee-Time, the do what they say they will do.

Good care when servicing

Overall, we have been happy with the service from our provider. The only thing that concerns me is that we are paying for more than what is be serviced. We have a large ranch with two wooded areas along with a sharply slopped backdrop into a pond. They always let us know when the are coming. They keep us updated with other optional treatments that may be needed during the time period that makes sense to apply them. If there have been problems which have been less than once or twice, the team has always responded and taken care of the issue.

I used this company a few years ago on one occurrence, I requested core aerating and overseeding. The sales man said they use extra seed and youll be really happy with the service. Then after the order was placed they called to have me add-on lime. I said no thank you, they applied it anyway, then charged me. The date they were supposed to do the first service they cancelled showed up weeks later after even though I had then I cancelled had called to cancel due to their lateness by several weeks. Then about a week later they visit again and apply the lime that I did not want. I requested multiple times a corrected invoice/statement with the service I did not request removed so I can pay for what was requested. Because I did originally request the one service and it could possibly be considered that I canceled too late for the first service. Every request was met with pay entire the balance and well refund you the money after I dont believe I can trust that. Why not just allow me to pay the correct amount to begin with. Even when I called to discuss this they acknowledged that I didnt request this service but still are charging me. I believe they are practicing bait and switch practices, sign you up for one thing and do another at a larger price. *Update* It has been many years since I used this company approximately 4 years. I still get aggressive voicemails at least monthly from this company! *Update2* Really enjoy the nearly everyday voicemails threating to send my balance to collections. Personally dont feel good about the requests to reduce the bill for the removal of the review! How about every time you call me I update with a new review or update this review. Purge your Accounts after several years like all companies do and write them off. Please stop endlessly harassing me! *Update3* Received yet another call. Please stop endlessly harassing me! *Update4* Received a call on 11/30 and today 12/19/2023. Updates will continue as long as you continue to call and harass me. After all it has been 5 years!

I stopped worrying about my lawn after signing up with Tee Time Lawn Care few years ago. Our lawn is one of the best looking ones in the neighborhood with no weeds and looking healthy.

Tee Time destroyed many plants, shrubs and trees on my property by using a new fertilizer formula back in April. They told me they would pay for damages and I received a letter outlining our agreed amount. Todate, and after many calls on my part, no check. Im out of pocket a lot of money and not looking forward to looking at my dead landscaping another spring and summer. What a terrible way to do business and awful for your once loyal customer.

If they are scheduled to come out and the weather doesn t warrant it, they will call to reschedule instead of coming out and doing it anyway. Been using TTLC for over 12 years. Could not be happier! They are always prompt and give a call when they will be out. Lawn looks great and very green. This year has been especially nice with all of the rain. Big part of health lawn is the water. If you are not going to water, dont bother fertilizing. Simple as that. TTLC always tells me if the lawn is too short. If you keep it short, it will burn up very quickly in the summer.

Techs work as fast as possible and use as little seed as possible. Multiple times I ve watched the tech skip areas of my yard and when I call about it and include that there isn t any seed on my sidewalk or driveway TT tells me they use a leaf blower to clean the area, I ve never seen the tech use a leaf blower. The final straw was a few weeks back a rep asked how things were, I told him the truth and problem areas I wanted addressed, he said ok and made a note of it . Well today I am home and the very same area I wanted addressed was completely skipped, I am guessing his driving cart was too big for the area. I waited to see if the tech would come back to get the area with the manual push behind, he didn t. He just left. Customer service did little to fix the situation, didn t even offer to come back out. I canceled my service with them. Poor service.

I have been using Tee Time lawn care for 12 years. They always communicate when they will come out and if there are any delays. Our yard is a bit tricky and they have accommodated us in that regard. Most recently Ty and Tom were able to work with me to get my fall aeration and overseeding within my budget which was very appreciated.

We had them in the past and they were great! This year we seem to have quite the crop of weeds and so I called and am waiting for them to come out and treat our lawn as a weed and feed service.

Would not do business with this company if it was free. Paid in full, on two occasions they scheduled us for service and never came out, one time saying it had rained (it was a gorgeous day), and second time I even confirmed the day of that they d still be out, was told yes and they never showed. I called the following day for an explanation of the second time and they told me I was scheduled for a completely different day. Told them for two weeks I wanted a refund yet apparently only one person handles that and is rarely in the office. Employees are kind, but this is a poorly run company and when you take my money in full and can t even show up for the first time, that s a serious issue. I was on the verge of issuing a charge back on my card due to lack of responsiveness in getting my money back. Hopefully they resolve these issues but we had no such luck.

Excellent lawn care: organic ( align with caring for Mother Earth), prompt and only needed service through consultation. I highly recommend...based on two years experience. They brought back natural life to my over sized yard.

I dont usually write reviews, but these people warrant one. And probably a lawsuit from the FTC and FCC and please let one of their customers be a bored lawyer. I worked with them many years ago. Now they keep spamming me, robo calling me, etc. at least weekly. This is despite me clicking unsubscribe numerous times, calling back and asking them to stop calling and leave me alone numerous times. Must be whatever they sell is garbage - why else would they do this to people? If you choose to work with them, get a burner phone, a dummy email address, and a prepaid credit card, youll thank me later.

We have been with Tee Time for the past 4 years. Each year the service has improved. To the point that multiple neighbors have stopped by the house to ask who s doing our lawn. Even with the dry weather we have been having, the grass is green and lush. It s never looked better. Highly recommended!!!

Tee Time, has been servicing our property since 2014. No spring dandelions, price is acceptable, lawn is deep green healthy all year long, they arrive and get busy, communications are excellent, application people and office people are helpful and responsive. What is not to like? Tee Time has done and does well by me. Trent did a great job.

Just had my first service from Tee-Time yesterday and I was completely satisfied with the service. Sergio was the man that came out for my first application. He was very polite and very pleasant to speak to. He answered all my questions, and gave advice and solutions on the next steps to take to get my grass looking great again. Great company!!

Ive been with Tee Time for many years. They are timely with their services and are responsive on the phone. The results are usually good except for weeds in the parkway. I usually call and theyll come out to spray the weeds. One guy, Tre, is particularly good. He comes to the door before he starts the service. On a couple of occasions the service was either the same day or day before my lawn gets mowed. Tre has rescheduled his service to ensure the mowing would not affect the effectiveness of his service. That is much appreciated!

We have used Tee Time for 8 years. Back in early August I had called to have someone come out and take a look at our side yard, that was suddenly nothing but weeds. Scott Hand said he would come out the next morning and take a look, and then give me a call to discuss his findings. Well, it is now October, and despite calling Tee Time over 10 times to say that Scott never came out and that we would like him to call us, we have only received one message from him. He told me to call him on his cell phone, and so I left him a message, and it has now been 3 weeks and still no response. Needless to say, our yard is still full of weeds and I am one angry customer! How in the world does somebody not bother to contact a loyal customer and take care of their problem in over 2 months??!! What a terrible way to run a company! Never have I experienced such terrible customer service!!!

I have taken the Lawn care and weed control from Tee Time and my lawn became very bad this year. I have contacted them many times to send someone to take a look at that and fix, but nobody showed up even after following up many times. They are very much interested only to sell their product and send the invoice . Never go with them , very poor service

With my grass browning and weeds starting to take over my lawn, Tee Time jumped in and got my lawn looking beautiful and green again. We have used Tee Time for the past several years and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. I admit I am very picky on how I like my lawn and yet I have never felt that I was asking too much from their technicians or from their supervisor Scott Hand. They are timely on the applications and Scott does an exceptional job of explaining what needs to be done. I had an issue with my lawn last year that produced some bare spots and discolored lawn and Scott knew exactly what to do. I can honestly say that my lawn has never looked better and the neighbors have even noticed and asked about the service I use. I have tried other companies in the past, but they were more expensive and only sprayed the lawn, which was never as effective as the granular application Tee Time uses. This review should have happened months ago, but I wanted to do it now before the Holidays began. Thank you Tee Time for taking care of my lawn and making me feel like you really do care!

There an many lawn fertilizer and weed control company to choose from, I am very happy I selected Tee Time in Plainfield. Ty, my rep, has been amazing. He communicates professionally and answers any questions you may have. Also, it s very important to me to stay local as much as I can with all the services I use. Tee Time is a few miles away and they use quality products, provide competitive if not better prices, and most importantly, there customer service is top notch. If you are considering them, don t hesitate. You won t be disappointed. I had to update. I was disappointed. My service concluded this year and I was all ready to prepay for the next year. However, I received an invoice with a 30% increase. After contacting my sales rep, and having my email forward to the service manager, I was told my promotion was over and they couldn t continue to offer me the same rates. So, I canceled my service for the following year. Tee Time provides services that are equal to many other companies, but absolutely not worth a price point of $70 an application. Service is great, but after that first year, be prepared to go somewhere else. I did. I already prepayed, and I m set for spring.

This organization is completely incompetent. I had problems with regrowing some parts of my lawn a year ago and requested that they dispatch only with my authorization. My intent was only to suspend the service for a short time and then resume. However, they proceeded to ignore my request and dispatched anyway. I complained to the office and they confirmed service was supposed to be authorized before they would dispatch. Later they dispatched again without my authorization. Now they want me to pay for a service I didnt authorize. I have sent multiple emails asking them to contact me but only get their automated billing attendant calling to request payment, never actually addressing the issue. I was satisfied with the service until these problems began.

Tee Time has been servicing my lawn for about ten years now and their name fits the job that they do. I cant the number of compliments I get yearly on my lawn. All my neighbors want to use my yard for putting practice, LOL.

Tee time has been responsive to my concerns about persistent weeds after the heavy rains and subsequent heat. Their tech Aaron has been great in servicing our property and taking the time to work with us to ensure our problem areas are properly addressed. Additionally, Aaron identified other trouble areas from his first visit as our property is bordered by an undeveloped space so he has paid extra attention to that property line without us having to ask. I wish all of our vendors were as professional, conscientious and personable as Aaron.

Since Aarron Johnson (Tee Time Technichian) took over last month I have seen a significant increase in the quality of the service. My lawn hasn t look this good in a long time. I believe I ve been a customer for more than 10 years and he is the first technician to take the time to make sure that ALL weeds (including clover & crab grass) get sprayed and sprayed well. He takes the time to talk to me and we walk the lawn to see where the problem areas are. He even blows the fertilizer off my walkway and driveway back into the lawn. A big Thank You to Aarron. Tee Time should make sure all their Techs are so good.

Hi, my name is Phil. Tee Time has serviced my lawn for well over 6 years. They do a great job at keeping my lawn healthy and use safer materials. A few minor things that could be improved are the price (a little steep, but not too bad, since I have 1/2 an acre), illegible handwriting on invoices (sometimes) and no invoice left on doorknob (rarely).

I have had a number of technicians service the lawn over the years, but none better than Aaron Johnson. He is enthusiastic about the product, and follows a methodical plan to feed the grass & attack the weeds. Aaron is truly an asset to Tee Time and well worth my subscription. My lawn looks great!

Update 6/23/2020. This company is still harassing me to pay for a unauthorized service. I have reported them to the BBB. I had this lawn service for 1 summer and was going on a 2nd season, the reason i gave Tea time lawn service 1 star is because the countless upgrades that they offer, now I m okay with sales, every company deserves a profit. I m upset that they did work on my lawn without my consent ( pest control ).

Stay away. After having them for 5 years something changed. Yard was terrible. Got talked into trying this spring. Paid for a treatment. Weeds all over spotty green. Called 3 times. They are completely useless. Don t waste your money. Went to TruGreen and my yard is awesome. These guys suck!

I had Tee Time lawn care for several years and lately they got worse. They wanted to do a grub treatment but they cant even take care of all the weeds. I had them start at the beginning of the year as always and it seems like they were feeding the weeds instead of the lawn, they are so bad this year I even called them on it twice with no good results. If you intend on using them consider throwing you money out the window, you would probably be better off.

My lawn has never looked better and my technician Nathan Brander always does a great job and makes sure my weeds are treated. Thanks for making my lawn look great Nathan and Tee Time!

My lawn went from average to bad. I never had crab grass issues till this year after using their service and it got worse over time. Maybe coincidence maybe not. But non of my neighbors have this issue. I asked them to come and look to offer a solution and they blew me off saying we can cancel remainder of your service for fall. I have used Tee Time for years. In the past, the service has been good. This year, however, has been different. While I realize the weather has taken a toll on my lawn, I had weeds in my yard all summer. I spot sprayed every time I mowed the lawn. When Tee Time did a service, the service summary said they spot sprayed for weeds. No such spraying has been done. I am disappointed in my service and will not renew next year

We have been very pleased with the weed control services provided by Tee Time since early 2017. This year we have added on their lawn pest control, as we have suffered extensive lawn damage from moles. Ill update Google summer 2021 with a note regarding the new service.

Ive used Tee Time for nearly 20 years now because they are the best.

Tee Time was very responsive when I called them mid-season to address a fungus in the yard. They came out, laid out the plan for the rest of the summer and called each time they were coming out. I have handled my yard myself for over 25 years, not anymore. Tee Time has earned my trust and I am handing it all over to them. All of their people have been great, friendly, and responsive and their service has been impressive.

Had service for a couple years and in the beginning was fine as far as service received. The last year I had the service my lawn had more weeds than before and never saw much in the way of actual application after the first one of the year. Usually there was some residual fertilizer in areas that arent in the lawn. After being home while I had supposedly received an application and never saw anyone in my yard I cancelled after October. All was fine for a couple years until I started getting contacted and was billed for November and December the year I canceled for lawn care in winter which I never wanted or received. Emailed about the fact that I had canceled service and continued to receive bills and noone actually listening on their end. Now I receive a notice for collection for fertilizing in winter after cancelling. I Would never recommend to anyone else looking for actual service and not a bill dropped on your doorknob.

Company came out to do service in the spring of 2016 that was never requested and then sent a bill for it. I talked to 3 different people and they said it would be resolved and now the bills started up again recently (3 yrs later) this time with a collection notice. Not sure if they are in financial trouble and need the billings but this company seems to be much better at sending bills then servicing their customers .Seems like from other reviews this is common for this company. Scammers.

Stay Away! Please read all their reviews on Yelp, Facebook, indeed and Better Business Bureau. I would give them a -10 if I could. They killed my grass, broke 3 sprinkler head and made my sidewalk and driveway orange. Manager came out and looked at the damage but did nothing to fix it! Even sent me bills for the service for several years before sending me to collection.

I had issues dating back to 2014 with this company that were never resolved. They have a new general manager and I can tell the direction of this company has done a 180. He took care of the issue and I would actually do business with them again.

STAY AWAY! I used them in 2014. I prepaid for 7 lawn visits throughout the year and it was fine. My grass looked better than usual, but not so phenomenal that I wanted service for in the future. I decided not to renew. Fast forward to spring of 2015, they showed up at my house one day while I was at work and gave my lawn treatment. They sent me a bill, so I emailed them saying I think it was a mistake as I had not ordered any further services. They replied by telling me that they automatically renew the next year. I didnt want this, nor did I ask for it. The sales rep had never mentioned it when I spoke with him the previous year. It would have been nice to know, considering I had previously only pre-paid for a few treatments....Long story short, I did not feel that I needed to pay for the treatment as I didnt ask for it. 4 years later, they have put me in collections and are charging me an additional 90 dollars in interest. Really makes me feel good as a customer.... On a separate note, in 2014, I also paid them over $1400 dollars to put in a french drain in my yard for my sump pump output. The guy promised me we would never see water overflowing through the drain unless there was a major flood. Since then, we have seen water coming out of the drain all over my front yard year round, every year since they put it in. So aside from the shady practices, they still couldnt actually do their job right... Go with someone with better reviews. I wish there were these many reviews available in 2014.

Total Scammers, Never provided the service. Never did any written contract. Even my residence number and my name on the statement isd wrong. First told me that they will send the voice recording. Later told me they they cant send and will talk to their legal department first. Never send me anything in writing about the start of the services. Only thing sent was statement and later kept on putting the surcharge so the amount from $48 has gone up to $144. Total scam artists. Forget about the service and een dont pick up their phone. Their sales people can can put your name and number they called. Put your home number wrong and start charging you the money and later start putting the surcharges.

Finally I had Scott come out to my home and explain that I didn t have grubs but shade damage it was nice to talk to Scott who knows what he s talking about and told me what to do and how to seed he put my mind to rest

I used them a few months back and everything was good. This time around the service was poor. Mowing was done several days after the promised time, they left a few patches of uncut grass that my husband had to go over himself, and the manager Jessica has very poor and unprofessional people skills. She doesnt call back when stated she would, tries to justify everything instead of listening to the customers concerns, and even tried several attempts to offer me to cancel services instead of trying to rectify the issue and find a better solution. I recommend you spend your time and money elsewhere.

I have been working with Ty for the past three seasons. When we moved into our house to say we had SOME grass is a massive overstatement. From day 1 he was not pushing me to purchase more services than what I needed/wanted. Up to this day that statement is still true. My lawn has never looked this good in the 21 years this house has been here. My neighbors recommended working with Ty and working with Tee Time and I would pass this information along to anyone in the neighborhood. The service is better than the big box companies and you have someone who lives in the area who cares about the community. Regardless of what my needs are, I know that I will get an honest answer from Ty, if it does not fit my specific needs, he will not push for me. Ty knows his materials and knows how to get a lawn looking bright and green for the entire year-on top of that, I have not seen a weed in about 3 years. Great service and a great company to work with.

I use them Five years ago and now they have the audacity to try and send me a bill.I was a renter there. It has been how many years later calling me harassing me on my phone always paid them when they came to my house in full. I have called the Better Business Bureau on them. I have my receipts. If they did a service when It wasn t approved That would be on them never had a contract. They only came when they were called they should ve never have came without a call. Literally had to change my number.

Had an issue with my lawn, Tee Time technician Scott came out and did an incredible job! He spent a long time walking the property, making sure to hit all the areas affected with weeds! You dont find to many peoples these days that really take the time to do the job right like Scott did!

Romeoville, Illinois Would never use this company again! We have used Tee Time on and off for several years. My husband called to have the lawn spot treated for weeds between applications. We have done this in the past at no charge. The technician arrived and also wanted to put a heat guard on the lawn. My husband spoke to him and declined the heat guard, but asked him to spot treat for weeds, which he did. To our surprise, we received a bill for a full application of weed treatment. My husband called and spoke to Margie, who was very rude. He wanted to talk to a manager. Instead of receiving a return call from a manager, we were emailed an itemized statement of the charges. My husband called again and spoke to Jessica. After explaining the situation to her, Jessica flatly refused to take the charge off the bill. She claimed the whole lawn was treated for weeds, and she would make no adjustment to the bill. After speaking to Jessica, my husband looked at the statement which clearly stated that the lawn had been spot treated for weeds. Three phone calls later, there still has been no response from Jessica. To add insult to injury, the grass is full of weeds, and a section of the front lawn was burned during a previous application. We had already decided not to seek any recourse for the burned grass, but due to the circumstances, it does merit mentioning. After this experience, I have seen many negative reviews about Tee Time. Not surprisingly, many of the complaints were similar to ours. I know Jessica has seen them, because I have read several of her responses. She claims to be fair and reasonable with customers, but I have seen no evidence of this. At the very least, I expected my phone calls to be returned. We have since decided to pay the bill just to be rid of Tee Time. I expect this is their strategy for dealing with their many unhappy customers. I dont expect something for nothing, but neither do I expect to be charged for something I didnt get or request. My husband and I both feel as if we have been robbed. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Going into my second year with Tee Time! My yard needed a lot of work last spring but the progress that was made this year was awesome.

One year, we did switch to a different company who offered a better price, but their work was not as good. Their workers are very professional. Our lawn looks great. We have received compliments on it.

So this last year was the first year I used Tee Time Lawn Care. I use them for weed control and my back patio and all of my lawn look better than ever. They were great all last year. We will be using them again this year! One of the best things about them is that they are a per application company with no contracts or anything you have to sign. All you have to do is call and say hey I need my lawn taken care of they explain the payment process and that s it... You start seeing results after the first couple applications. We had a little bit of an issue but one call is all it took and it was rectified without any problems. They are a small company and they are local which is why I picked them. They care about the customer and want to make sure the job is done right the first time. I would recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend Tee Time Lawn Care. They use quality organic treatments on the lawn that are safe for the kids as well as my raised garden beds that sit in the middle of the lawn. They do not use any of those nasty harmful chemicals which is key! Customer service is outtanding. Weve been a long time customer and our lawn care has always been top notch!

This is a horrible company, please do not use. 4 weeks ago they came to my house to spray and killed all of the perennials in my back yard. I ve called numerous times and emailed with no response. I finally talked to someone a week ago who said they would come out to replace perennials today and they haven t come. After writing this review, the owner posted and said they cannot find me in their customer database and to call the office. I just did for probably the 10th time in 4 weeks and was told they would call me back.... which doesn t happen.

My issues were resolved with management once I spoke to the correct person.

Not too happy being a first time home owner . Sales guy signed me up, spoke a good game and I still have all my weeds and 3 to four different grass types. No one has time for follow-up and or consulting. My huge yard needed a little more attention and care and they pretty much generalized my situation with cookie cutter solutions and old and expired product. (This was from an inside guy). I offered to pay half of the service and walk away but they are not savvy. Going to a bigger more reputable provider. Sorry Tee Time....my yard sure as hell does NOT look like a golf course. Take a look for yourself. Treatment for weeds since May this year.

Dont waste your time. Very little care for customer. Saleman gave me a great pitch and run around then couldnt do job as requested when crew arrived. Very expensive for the 3 minutes crew took to cut part of my lawn! No followup from office then invoiced months later with extra charges. Bad business.

I have been a customer for about 7 years. They do a great job with my lawn, trees and shrubs and pest control. Everyone is friendly and if I have a problem, a quick call gets a tech out to fix it. Highly recommend Tee Time!

Tee Time is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and the office staff is extremely friendly.

We have been very happy with their people and the service we receive.

I had issues with them showing up more then what they had originally stated. Kept sticking me with bills for unauthorized work. Dropped there service. Talked with Ed Brewer who no longer works there to discuss my issue. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. They were only allowed to come if the personally spoke with me. They left a message the day before said they were coming out. I did not confirm it, once again they showed and left a bill. I dropped the service that day and told them I was not paying it. Its been over a year and they keep sending a bill with interest charges. Spoke with the receptionist today who was very rude. I explained the situation, basically she said to bad thats how we do it. If we dont here back from you, we assume its ok to come out. Stay away. My next step is to report this to the BBB. Just reading some yelp reviews. Seems Im not the only one with this issue.

Tee Time Lawn Care is absolutely the best lawn care company I have ever worked with. They are professional and very attentive to my lawns needs. The treatment plan they use on my lawn is top notch and as a result I am told by many that our lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood. These people dont understand that when you cancel service they shouldnt come out anymore or bill you for service you did not order or approve of. Something they dont understand. They bill you regardless of providing service... Additionally, their service is a complete waste of money so I wouldnt recommend them to begin with.

Nice company, run by well trained employees that are willing to answer questions. They are reasonably priced, and offer an array of different lawn care services keeping grass green!

I wanted to compliment your employee, Aarron Johnson, on the fine job he does and the polite manner that he treats me when he is at our homesite. He seems to go the extra step to do a good job.

Cancelled after several years of service. Their service began to get poor and this last year, they didnt even come out for any service even though they promised they would several times. Got a full refund.

I used Tee Time Lawn Care for about 5 years. They came every spring and started the lawn care. My neighbors would get Dandelines and weeds but my yard always stayed clean from dandelions and weeds. The only reason I stopped using them is I sold my house and moved into a townhouse. I do recommend them very highly.

Lawn care is not a miracle. They explained the process to get my lawn back in shape, it doesn t happen overnight. I was patient and my lawn looks incredibly better after two seasons. Now it is on the right path!

Horrible product and horrible customer service. We went back to our previous company from our old house and our lawn is beautiful. We would NOT RECOMMEND Tee Time.

It is that time of year where Lawn Care places call you. Please do not talk to them. They did my house last year. I think they fertilized the weeds and not the grass. The weeds took over the yard and grew better than the grass. I called them to come out to respray everytime and that did not work. Very bad customer service.

Its incredibly frustrating when you contact a company MULTIPLE times asking them to be sure to shut the gate when they leave. Yesterday, they came for the first time this season and once again the gate was left open and our dogs ran away.

I have been trying to reach Tee Time all week. After remaining on hold for 10-15 minutes, I press 1 to leave a message, but I get the mailbox is full. You cannot leave a message. An error has occurred. Not any way to run a business.

Great company they have always done a wonderful job on my lawn. Eric was very respectful while walking my property and the sales manager Brandon got him out within 5 business days as promised. Come to find out my damages were due to not having grub control, and Eric even went through my soil and showed me the grubs. Love this company this is our 7th season with Tee Time.

Paid in full in March, have yet to hear from anyone. No overseeding or fertlizer done yet. Have called several times, nobody answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER SERVICED THE LAWN! I only gave them a one star because I had to put something in there but this has to be the worse experience I have ever had with a company. I was told over a month ago someone would be out to fertilize my lawn. The date they told me they would be out came and went. I followed up and they told me they would be out in a week. That date came and went and never heard from them. I finally got a date they promised they would be there and they never showed up. I paid for my full year in advance and they had no problem taking my money but never came to service our lawn. I canceled the service and now they are telling me it will take three weeks for a credit. They didnt even try to make it up or say sorry just that it was canceled. I will be telling everyone I know never to use this company. I should have believed the other poor reviews before I signed up with them.

Their service crews actually do a decent job but unfortunately their customer relations and communication is deplorable!! I have never worked with a company for any type of service that I could not reach to pay my bill!! Then I called multiple times to receive quotes for additional service and receive ZERO calls back! I had to locate one of their managers online and message him through Facebook. He then (after 6 phone calls) had the office contact me. I was able to pay my bill and I was directed to speak with a service manager who promised that the communication gap would not happen again and gave me his number to contact him next time. I received the quotes I needed and specifically told them to change my service from weekly to bi-weekly. I came home 2 days later to find a bill for the lawn care that I specifically canceled! Once again it took half a dozen phone calls and a facebook message to have someone return my calls. They explained to me that they were incredibly busy and had 6 people in the office answering phones but they get 1000 calls per day. But every time I call I sit on hold forever and then am forced to leave a message that says to expect 2 to 3 days before they will call you back. I did get them to clear my bill for the service that I didnt order and I asked that they could have the scheduler call me to set up the next appointment. No call was received but I did come home the next day to another bill on my door for the services that I called to get a quote for! When I got the quote I explained that I didnt own the house and the landlord would be splitting the bill with me so I was calling around for prices. It was clear that this was only a quote! But the services were done without my authorization anyway! Needless to say I was upset and I made another half dozen phone calls to the office with ZERO response! After sending multiple Facebook messages I received a reply that he would have someone from the office contact me. Of course that has not happened! The message when you call says a company you can rely on... The only thing I would rely on them to do is not call me back and bill me for services that I didnt ask for! This company needs a lesson in communication and if they are too busy to answer phone calls then they either need to downsize and stop taking new customers or they need to hire additional staff to meet the demand!

Last few years I would have rated them a 5 but something changed in 2017 as they have never shown up after several calls, they take a few days to call you back and that is only if their voice mail is not full. Very disappointed.

Something must have happened because they were ok in the past. I just cancelled my pre paid service because as of 5/22 they have not serviced my lawn once yet. I called a couple weeks ago and he promised they would come....they never did.

We agree with past reviews that this company was at one time reputable. Last year I experienced problems with my lawn. Called and asked if someone could come investigate but request was ignored. This spring my lawn came up barren. I hard raked, seeded the lawn and cancelled my service with Tee Time via voice mail. Request ignored They came out anyway. They put down emergent which pretty much killed any chance of my seed growing. (They used to call the day before coming out which had they done that this could have been avoided) . I paid the bill, and called and cancelled again. They came out again this time right after my new lawn service put down fertilizer. I called they told me that I would not be charged and now I am receiving a past due bill. Still not resolved have to wait to talk to a manager. Very frustrating experience.

Dont like these people, whenever you want to get a hold of them by phone they are never there. Their voice mail is always full. But this is not the biggest problem. Ordered an application for 2016 and paid my balance in full for that year. But these people decided to continue their service in spring 2017. After 3 days of trying to get a hold of them, finally someone picked up the phone. Explained to them that I never ordered this service for 2017 and that the property was for sale. But they are still trying to get the money from me for the service that was not ordered. Leave me alone!!!!!

Used them for several years then stopped because pricing kept increasing and not the service.. Last year they asked for another chance and my lawn looks horrible covered with sticker weeds and just sad looking..Took several calls to finally reach someone besides the mailbox is full message.. Sending someone out next week and was told if not cleared up in 10 days they will come back for a free respray.. FREE respray??.ummm this spray better be free as well cause isnt that what we pay for to start?? I am starting to remember why I left before and might be time to sever this relationship.. Seems like they have plenty of customers anyway since they are too busy to handle the ones they have already

Our front lawn is ruined. They said it was a fungus, seeded and told us to water. We did. 4 weeks later our front lawn is worse than it was before. Called and called. No call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Now we have to pay for sod. Wont be paying them. They owe us money.

This is our second home to have Tee Time services. They have always tried to help us get the best yard possible. Our service person, Kevin B. is an exceptional person with great integrity who cares about your concerns and needs regarding your lawn. He is always willing to stop and answer your questions, always with a smile on his face. Give Tee-time a try, I believe you wont be disappointed.

These guys and gals do a great job! Had my lawn slit seeded this spring by Eric and it was the best decision I ever made! Saved thousands by not getting new sod and I have to say I appreciate the service they provided! Brandon was very informational with the service as was Eric when he made it out to our home! Highly recommended !!

Terrible service. Fired them for lack of service and not returning my calls a few years back. And now they keep telemarketing my cell phone in spite of several requests to be removed from their list. Crappy. Avoid at all costs.
