Star Landscape Inc in Placentia

They do not care for residents safety at all!!! Was literally on my way to work this morning & they had no parts of the sidewalk or anything blocked off nor did they have any cautious signs up yet they had machines going chucking wood & debris everywhere (not even a place for it to catch or collect ) & it was hitting many passerbys as well as myself. Pieces almost got in my eyes! The workers also did not care to warn anyone/say anything/stop people even though there were guys literally just standing around not even doing anything!! Unsafe & lazy. DO NOT TRUST!!!

I've been working with Star Landscape for some time now, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Mark, who oversees the projects, has been very accessible and responsive. Although it can occasionally be difficult to reach him, he always makes sure to get back to me, which I greatly appreciate. There have been instances where they took a while to start a project due to their busy schedule. However, once they begin, a substantial team arrives to complete the job efficiently. The crew, primarily composed of hardworking Hispanic individuals, is exceptionally diligent and accommodating. They are always willing to make adjustments based on my requests, ensuring that I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. In particular, I want to commend our weekly maintenance crew, led by Alberto. This team, consisting of about 6 to 8 people, consistently does an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining the property. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them, and their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. I'm genuinely pleased with the work Star Landscape has done on my property, and I hope to see this company continue to grow and succeed. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in everything they do.

Do not trust these people around your wildlife/pets. One Friday I told them to stop cutting tree in front of my home bc of a birds nest. The next week, they stole the whole nest, parent birds are now without, after 5 yrs being safe here, who knows what else they'll steal. Do not trust this company if you value your home and nature. Saw on Yelp they stole someone's planted avocado tree sapling and took several days to return after contacting the company. Do not recommend!!!!
