I used this company for many years. We originally contracted a price per cut. At the end of the season they would then charge me an hourly fee to clean up leaves when there was not many leaves in the yard. This charge was sometimes double or triple the charge of the lawn cut. Then after two years they tell me they are going to a fixed monthly charge. I argued with them about it but conceded. My argument was that I get roughly 4 cuts a month and I know when you cut. Based off of this method you can literally cut the grass two times per month and charge me for 4. Well I was right. This is what they do. Additionally they charge a full month for April and a full charge for November which they are only cutting the grass one or two times in those months. On top of this, they were only cutting some of my grass this year, skipping over a portion of my back yard which is out of site. They also raised prices over the years without a single notification. I used to recommend this company in my neighborhood now I just simply don’t trust them with billing. They are taking advantage with a monthly charge.

These guys are the best. We've used them for years. Amazing service and they stand by their work.

Horrible customer service , cant get a person to come give an estimate or even call back half the time, not to mention I've seen thier trucks speeding and blatent disregard for stop signs and other traffic laws. NEVER GET MY BUSINESS!
